I LOVE CHARLI!!!!!! i have been to her intro to pole class twice and she really takes the time to look at each and every dancer and help them with their individual form. She also helps promote positivity and confidence in the studio. I was worried I’d feel shy my first time going, but by the end of class, everyone shared that they “felt more confident than they expected to” and I agree. Charli helped me feel comfortable beautiful and sexayyyy with the dance moves !! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!! i’m hooked for life

I drove over an hour on a Saturday to take the class "Living on the Edge:Heels Edgework for Pole" with Abby. The studio was easy to find, with ample free parking, and in an excellent safe area. Once inside the space is beautiful with high poles, lyras, and the perfect lighting for videos and pictures. Abby is everything I look for in an instructor. Kind, warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. It's evident she knows her stuff and enjoys teaching. Edgework classes aren't offered often, so I was thrilled to attend hers and left with a wealth of information plus a well choreographed routine. I highly recommend her classes, and the studio in general. I will be back! Well worth the trip! Thank you❤️

I took an Intro pole class through ClassPass and it was super fun. They walk you through everything and there’s a lot of encouragement! We learned various body waves and two different spins. Would highly recommend :)

Fell in love with this studio after one class. All of the instructors are so kind, welcoming, and fun. The studio setup is really clean and spacious too, and they offer various classes for all levels. I highly recommend this studio for anyone, whether it is your first dance class or if you are advanced and want to really challenge yourself.

I feel so lucky that I found Pulse Pole when I was looking for a pole fitness studio! It's not a guarantee that you're going to find such a wonderful and inclusive community, such welcoming vibes, and such high-quality teaching. They're always adding new workshops and guest instructors too, and even professional photography opportunities! Amy and the gang aren't just my pole dance instructors, they are friends and family.

Great community!! The instructors are coaches ready to meet you where are at to reach your goal. Every class is upbeat and encouraging. Even when I am having a bad day, after taking a class, I leave laughing, feeling supported and oh by the way I had a good workout.

Amazing well-rounded pole studio in the Ashburn area. I was visiting from out of town and built new fundamental inversion skills with Amy, the owner, who is so kind, patient, and a great instructor!! I also took Mandys choreo class and had a blast getting in touch with sensual movement. In addition to the great teachers theyve got high quality poles. HIGHLY recommend!!
