My husband and I toured Pump24, knowing it has limited weight-lifting machines and limited cardio machines because the gym is small. However, limited is an understatement. There is only one elliptical, one recumbent bike, and two treadmills. Eventhough the person who gave us a tour said rarely do any of our machines break, there was a huge sign that said the elliptical was out of order, which means you are stuck with either the treadmill or recumbent bike. So very few cardio choices.

I am game for music in the gym, but the music in Pump24 was ridiculously loud to a level that you won't be able to hear your own music while working out. I also know it is a theme for the gym to have dark or low lighting, but it was too dark because we couldn't see the rack weights, and they weren't placed back in their correct location. Good luck finding the weights you need in such low lighting.

Most of all, though, the membership price is way too high for such a small gym. They quoted us $33 biweekly, $66 a month, for one person. I know it is a 24/7 gym, but it is not staffed 24 hours a day, so you can't justify that high price.

This gym is way too small for its price and the management is horrible. Aside from that, the equipment is always broken and the bathrooms smell terrible. The manager has an attitude to whoever doesn’t match her taste in demographics!!!

Love this gym! It’s small but has an excellent selection of equipment and is always clean. Nice to have the 24-7 option too. Managers , esp the new one, Jordan, have done a great job at creating community and helping with questions about form and workout planning.

The gym charges too much for the quality of the place, no hand sanitizer, napkins, and dirty bathrooms. I've noticed staff bringing toddlers in the facility and it's overall a safety hazard. There also is a reeking smell coming from certain areas in the gym.

Jordan has a weird attitude towards people she doesn't like personally.

If I could give this gym 0 stars, I would. The lighting change is horrible. The music change is unbearable. One staff member, I believe the manager, makes customers uncomfortable. I have seen this and heard from others before. No surprise everyone is canceling their membership.

I guess some Karens complained about the lighting of the place, although that’s what made it very unique, and now they removed their dark ambient and blue lights. Lame.

Also, it would be nice if the sanitizing wipes were refilled when they’re empty. Staff at the front desk are sometimes too glued to their phones to notice. Wish the price of this place would be lower due to how small it is.

The gym is decent, but I find it a bit overpriced for its size. It’s quite small, and some of the equipment is awkwardly placed. For example, loading plates on one of the two squat racks is tricky, and one of the bench presses is right next to a column, making it difficult to use. The leg extension and hamstring curl machines are so close together that it can be uncomfortable for two people to use them simultaneously. There are only two ellipticals, so depending on the time of day, they might be occupied. Additionally, there isn’t much space for functional training or stretching. Overall, you need to be patient and flexible when working out here, as equipment availability can be an issue.

Not worth your money comparing to other gyms in the area! There is no locker room ,and they only have the lockers across from the front desk. All the equipments are so close to each other and pretty much way overpriced comparing to other gyms that have more amenities.

Great vibes and really nice equipment, but small compared to other gyms in the area. Haven’t dealt with a crazy crowd yet though! Rates a quite high for the size of the gym. Compared to The Shop (similar style gym) it’s almost as expensive but 1/4 of the size

Working out at Pump24 has been a great experience through and through. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the new equipment has been extremely fun to use. 24/7 access is the cherry on top for me, knowing I’ll be able to workout no matter the weather conditions makes it that much better.

Pump24 is awesome. I've gone nearly everyone morning since they opened for pre-sale members and am excited that we finally have a gym local to the area thats not a mindless globogym with horrible equipment. They have everything here. DB up to 125#, belt squat, multiple squat racks, leg extension, hack squat, turf, Torque sled, Woodway treads, the Torque version of the ski-erg, etc. If you cant get a good lift in here, you should probably stay at the house and do P90x. Staff is great too and very helpful. Pump24 being 24 hours too is great. 10/10

Ive been to plenty gyms like Golds, LA fit, The Shop, and DMV Iron, and this one by far is the smallest but has really nice equipment. Theres not alot of equipment in this location though. Theres only one of every machine you can think of. There was one bench press station, and yes, im aware you can use the squat racks to bench but the one regular bench station is akwardly placed by the trash can. The lighting is neon blue wich is cool I guess but some natural lighting inside would definitely help so my eyes dont get strained. Staff members are kind and the gym space is very clean; they have free wipes to use as well. Overall, if your looking for a lowkey 24/7 gym to workout in, this place is perfect.
Hopfully they open more locations(like the big lots thats closing by my house in sterling *cough *cough) or make the space bigger.

I was told in writing if I came in i’d be getting a membership for X price. I came in that day and even though I had in writing they wouldn’t honor the price they told me and had just raised their rates. Not to mention they have been aggressively hiking the pricing before opening. The gym is not that big and definitely not worth the price. Has some of what you need but everything is very close together
