Nice facility, clean locker rooms and dry sauna. Indoor and outdoor basketball court. Good number of cardio and indoor walking track. Pool is reserved for official use. More upper body machines than lower body machines, but several racks.

Good for anything else, but cardio. A hot gym is great for burning extra calories, but trying to do an intense cardio exercise will find you out of energy within minutes.

The gim has everything a regular gim should have. Q-80 also has a nice basket ball court, two indoor racquetball courts and an entertainment center that has pool tables. Really can't get bored in that building fr.

The indoor pool is always clean and pretty free of people from the few times I've gone. The little bathing suit dryer next to the pool is so convenient and I've never seen one before. The gym itself is also very nice, working out here is always easy and I've never had any problems.

Most of the staff I have come into contact with have been very rude whether it be about scheduling PT or showing complaints about the PT session. I come here sometimes. Place is decent. Gets packed and can smell. Also can get really hot in the summer. One staff member is off putting. Told my friend and I to stop โbangingโ the weights with attitude when we werenโt and they barely made any noise. Plus itโs a gym, people are always dropping weights and making noise. There were other people doing so but she came up to me out of everyone. She just seemed stuck up and was rude.

I give 3 stars for the weight section. I'm not rating the other functions and sports held at Q-80. Q-80 weight section is really small, not a lot of machines and has a silent vibe. If you're a hardcore body builder this is not your place.
