I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this facility. Recently, I discovered that one of the employees had been secretly recording us while we were working out as a group of friends. Even more concerning, when the situation was brought to light, the manager admitted that she had instructed him to do so—all without ever coming to us directly to discuss any supposed issues.( she also mentioned that there are signs all over the facility about not recording.)

This is an unsettling and unacceptable breach of trust, privacy, and respect. If there were concerns about our behavior, communication should have happened openly and professionally—not through covert surveillance. She mentioned that our face was blurred, but How do I know that she is not lying.

As a member of this facility we deserve transparency and a safe environment, not to be monitored in secret. This experience has greatly damaged my trust in the management here, and I believe serious changes are needed to ensure no other member is treated this way.

I’ve been a member for a few years at Results, it’s a huge facility with lots of space and variety which me and my group of friends really enjoyed and loved. Unfortunately I got kicked out because a trainer Robert McCoy accused me of training people under the table when I had made it clear to the staff that we only try use the space in studios while they don’t have a class to work out and i do not get paid at all by any of my friends . In my last day, we even went to the classes and instructor encouraged us to join them. And we would also let people use the space/machines if necessary!!

All I did was invite women of any age to join a group to encourage each other to work out . Some women may find themselves with low self-esteem or public anxiety that’s why we created a small group to help each other achieve our fitness and mental goals.

Since I joined the gym Robert McCoy has tried to hit on me and my girl friends disguising his approach with “personal training” . From what me and my friends observed Robert seemed to really be bothered with our presence as he was not getting any payment or any intimacy from me or my girl friends and put a complain to the owner. Keep on mind that Robert has been known as a pervert in this facility for the amount of complains he has from women in this gym.

I do appreciate the patience and kindness from the staff specially the owner Bob Shepherd and Josh in sales and I apologize for any inconvenience me or any of my girl friends have made.

(In response to your comment; at no point did they say that no member could be trained for free, and it wasn't by training their members but by helping my friends who joined their gym because of me. And if you want me to show you photos where they told me it would be better to go to the studios with my friends, let me know. Luckily, you lost more because about 14 people joined because of me, and we all left. Your incompetent trainers were bothered that a simple Latina was training more people than they were at their gym.)

We used to train with a group of friends, and the trainer, Robert, reported that one of those friends was being paid to train us , which is not true. Because of that, we were prohibited from training together as a group at the gym.

We decided to cancel our membership. The truth is, we actually felt really good at the gym because the staff was very kind, specially sr Josh…but that trainer took it out on us simply because he didn’t see any benefit from our group.

I regret to say that my experience with this establishment has been extremely disappointing and concerning. The front desk staff consistently demonstrated unprofessional behavior—disrespectful, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to customer concerns. Instead of fostering a welcoming environment, interactions felt hostile and uncaring.

What is even more alarming is that I witnessed a man masturbating in the parking lot WINDOWS DOWN!! HE MADE IT VERY CLEAR WHAT HE WAS DOING. When I brought this serious matter to the staff’s attention, the response I received was apathetic and dismissive, with remarks such as “that has nothing to do with the gym. MAN that’s richmond hwy for ya” and laughs. This is deeply troubling, as such an incident directly affects members’ sense of safety and the overall reputation of the facility. A responsible business should take immediate action to protect and reassure its members, not minimize their concerns.

Additionally, when I attempted to cancel my membership due to these issues, I was met with resistance and further disrespect. Rather than addressing the problem with professionalism and care, the staff showed no regard for the gravity of the situation or the basic principle of customer respect.

In summary, this establishment prioritizes money over member safety and satisfaction. The lack of professionalism, basic respect, and accountability is unacceptable. For anyone who values safety, courtesy, and integrity in a business, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have been at this gym for about four years. While I like the convenience and price I do have gripes. First facility needs more space for functional training that little space in the corner is not big enough. Equipment everywhere it is crowded with stuff everywhere it is too much like broken stuff and others Equipment constantly broken takes too long to fix. Prices keep going up. Trainers need to be more considerate to other due paying members they act like they own the gym not all but it is enough to notice. Lastly if you are going to have an outside please keep it up

Results fitness is just a convenient gym for me because it offers fairly what I need such as great location, good equipment, management do some good changes from time to time. However, it is a big disappointment that members of staff talk to gym members in a very disrespectful manner. One incident, which happened very recently, has made me very dissatisfied. This male personal trainer named Ife Skinner talked to me in a very challenging and threatening way when he asked me to move myself from the area he so bad wanted to use with the person he was training. An area, where the sled is pushed, that up to this point people use not only for pushing the sled but for other exercises with equipment that belongs to that same area. I would’ve had understood if the other lane was being used but mostly if appropriate tone and attitude, especially from somebody who represents Results Fitness, was present. A female gym member, who heard and saw the whole thing happened, said to me: “he was ready to fight you” when he came in close to my personal space. I personally took offense but not acted upon it, because it was completely unnecessary to overreact and lower myself to his unprofessional provocation and not to mention that I know how to defend myself because that’s the beauty of practicing combat sports. I believe that anyone would agree that speaking aggressively to a customer, guest, or an active gym member for over 5 years is completely unacceptable. This was brought up to the general manager right after it happened who only God knows what he did or not to solve this issue other than smiling at me and acknowledge when I come in or leave the gym. I have now even lower expectations about any issues to ever be solved at the gym. And I say this because ever since this happened, other gym members had told me about issues that they have had in the past and have not properly been addressed by management but I’m not here for that. I’ll stay as a member as long as nobody touches me and again, just for the convenience.

I’ve been coming to Results Fitness since 2010, when I first started working out right after high school. Even though I moved to Miami, every time I come back to visit family, this gym is always one of my stops. Many of my family members have also been members here, and it truly feels inviting for all ages.

The staff and trainers are consistently friendly, supportive, and make you feel at home. The gym itself is spacious and offers so many great amenities — my favorites being the outdoor workout area and the pool.

I especially want to shout out Erika, who is such a remarkable human being. She has the warmest, most inviting energy and always remembers my name, which makes the experience even more personal and special.

Grateful that Results Fitness has been part of my journey since the beginning. I definitely recommend this gym not just for the equipment, but for the positive vibes and community it offers.

I’ve been going to this gym since the beginning of May, so it’s been about a month now, and so far I’m really happy with it. The facilities are clean and well-organized, and there’s a good variety of equipment, which makes it easy to get a full workout without having to wait too long.

One thing I really appreciate is how clean the bathrooms are. It might seem like a small detail, but it definitely makes a difference in how comfortable you feel using the space.

The overall vibe is great too and the staff is friendly and helpful without being overbearing.

I have been a member for over 15 years, and have watched as Bob, the devoted manager, has nearly doubled the footprint, including adding a pool, a ladies only gym, sauna, whirlpool and an outdoor gym.

He has also invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in the latest equipment. The maintenance staff works hard to keep the equipment, locker rooms, workout areas, etc. in great shape

But more important, the staff and trainers are universally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. As a result, the members typically display a positive vibe. It's not unusual to see a 220 lb bodybuilder helping a 78-year-old lady with her form.

I have been a member of many other gyms over the years and this is by far the best equipped and the best staffed. Thanks for an excellent gym

A truly incredible combo because pools aren’t yet in season (during winter and spring months) and other places have you get a punch card! I've been a member here since late 2022 and haven't really had an issue. Their main selling point was a lowly month cost with the standard amenities that come with any normal gym. However, I didn't feel compelled to write this positive review until recently.

See - I had just signed up for physical trainer to the tune of $400 a month when 3 (business) days in I incurred a mammoth expense that would preclude me from being able to afford the PT. I was a little worried they'd fight me on cancellation but neither the trainer I signed up for nor the owner, who I spoke to, gave me any issue.

Both were completely polite and courteous. About two weeks later, I got a refund for $300 (-$100 because I had one session with the trainer).

I just wanted to highlight this interaction when sub-standard customer service seems to be the norm everywhere else.

I'm currently a member. For the price, it's what I expected. The fitness classes are great. The ladies locker rooms are kept clean and dry expertly. The ladies area is a nice feature but it's hot in the back. They have extra fans at least. It'd be nice if there was updated equipment there. The pool is mostly well maintained but sometimes it has debris and such in it which is frustrating. The pool lights also pop out. I gave the gym 3 stars because of some maintenance issues overall. Some of the showers have loose or missing drains, the pool is a bit rusty and can get a little dirty, and some of the equipment overall needs to be switched out for new.

I've been coming to Results Fitness for the last couple months and it is the best gym I have been to in the Northern VA area. It is spacious and has an excellent selection of high-quality equipment. The staff at the front desk are friendly and welcome you when you arrive. The cleaning staff do an excellent job maintaining the workout area as well as the locker room. The sauna and pool are nice as well. There is plenty of free parking if you drive. Overall, Results Fitness is a great place to workout.

As a long term member of Results, I drove an hour to pick up my nephew and cousin so they could accompany me to Results. We had visited before, and we had no trouble signing for my underage cousin and didn't need to present any documentation other than my ID proving I was at least eighteen. However, the guest policy states AT THE FRONT DESK that if there is a member who is underage, you need a parent or guardian to sign off on them, a fact I had previously been informed by several staff members. I was then informed that I had to be 25 years old and present proof of some sort of custody that i needed to go to a judge to get a stamp. This was not mentioned in the guest policy anywhere on the website or in person. I don't believe the staff member when they tell me that they "called" the owner after that. In Virginia, you are regarded as a legal adult once you turn 18 and should be able to sign documents on behalf of others especially those to who are related to you. Because of my frustrations, I'm thinking of canceling my membership. I was hoping to attract more members to results, but the lack of transparency and a clear policy discouraged them. the manager told me that she needs to "train her staff better" or that you should perhaps make the policy obvious at the front desk.

It was perfect for $35 a month I signed a contract even in daycare $2 per child, and from one day to the next they do not notify you they do not send you any email with any information about any changes since if you sign a contract you do not have to charge yourself more, now Daycare no longer costs $2 per child but $5 for 2 hours. Can you imagine if you have more than one child paying $5 each time for 2 hours? It is preferable to pay your family and give up the gym, what is annoying is not even the payment but rather that they do not comply with what they said when signing the contract so if you go to this gym expect them to charge you without warning or make one-day changes for another without warning...

I never once visited this place in my life never lifted a weight or seen a machine yet they have taken me to court to receive money for a membership that was never used. We all know a contract is legally binding and we forget to unsubscribe from things. Never did I think this would lead to consistent phone and endless emails. After they get with there dollar trail period the contract is for a year. They will charge you for the full after 30 days even if you never go. Then they send it to collections and garnish your wages if you don’t take their buy out offer. It’s a RACKET. They have a team of in place to make sure the process is swift. If I ever got anything like phone or a couch or car I would understand because they company lost something. This gym didn’t lose a thing they are always on the winning said you pay and work out their they pressure you to buy time with a trainer as all gyms do, you don’t pay they take you to court for the membership. How can they lose? It’s sad to see a company that does business this way. They literally aren’t losing anything but I struggle to make my rent on time due to there theft. It’s really sad……

I mainly use the pool. It’s well maintained along with the hot tub and the sauna. The bathroom attendants are why I’m writing a review. They are on top of drops on the floor and are cleaning constantly. They keep the bathroom nicer than any gym I’ve ever been to. Even when it’s busy it never gets dirty. I so much appreciate them and what they do.

I have been a member for over 10 years and love this place. The gym is always clean and when you walk in you don't smell bad odors like other gyms. Plenty of equipment that are in good working condition. Staff is always friendly and the owner is always willing to listen, if there are any concerns or issues. The pool is fantastic and so are the classes that they offer.

The gym is a step up from Planet Fitness w/ better equipment the only annoying this about Results Fitness is that they almost NEVER have the air conditioning on. There’s no reason for it to constantly be so stuffy in there.

My partner and I have been going a few months and enjoy it. It can feel a little crammed equipment wise, but the positive to that is we’ve never had to wait for a machine/to use anything.

Absolutely horrible I tried out this gym thinking it would be nice .I have two kids ones 7 months the other is 2 years . The one that is 2 years is extremely shy .so when she went to the kids club they thought hey she will be okay I told them my daughter is extremely shy and guess what they did !!! After I left they put her in a stroller and let her cry !!!!!!!! I thought maybe they are busy . Worst child place ever two little kids got into it .and another kid after I left was sick !!! They didn’t even tell me my kid was there for an hour and I was watching them closely . Tell parents when someone is sick first hand do not wait to tell them after ..

This is the best gym in the DMV for people who want to get fit and stay fit. It has the equipment for whatever you want to do be it weight lifting, cardio, personal or group training. Also tons of classes and a huge lap pool all while being one of the lowest prices in the area. It's not a corporate chain or some trendy flash in the pan boutique. This is actually a neighborhood gym with a local owner employing your neighbors. If you have a problem, you can walk right into the owner's office and get a resolution. The negative reviews of this gym based on some billing mishap, a broken price of equipment, or a staff member that was mildly rude are ridiculous. Come here if you want to improve your fitness.

Update: After 3 months as a member, the last two with the additional support of Results Fitness trainer Kaitlyn, I just have to write to express how incredibly happy I am to have found this place. Kaitlyn had been intentional, inspirational, and truly the crucial piece I was missing in my fitness journey.

I’ve had many trainers over the years. She is by far the best. She motivates and pushes me to do better each session. She is friendly, warm, and thoughtful when planning sessions; always mindful of my goals, need for encouragement and support.

I’m 51 and feel like I’m well on my way to being in the best shape of my life. Something, I never would have thought I could say at this age.

This difference is a trainer who understands and utilizes the perfect blend of science and motivation!

The gym is clean, friendly, updated gym with equipment, classes, and trainers to meet all your fitness goals!

Matthew is the front desk ambassador who made me feel welcome, explained all the details, remembered my name (and everyone else’s) and greeted me with a smile every time I walked through the door.

The facility is large, there are plenty of free weights, circuit training, TRX, functional fitness area, pool, and studio classes.

I’ve taken group classes with several instructors and they are all very good. Jen’s Body Pump class is excellent. Spinning is also challenging and fun. Classes are well attended but not crowded.

Classes are first come, first served. No app or sign up required.

The value ($29/mo), clean facilities, variety of equipment, instructors, and staff are top notch.

Investing in your health is one of the best investments of time and money you can make.

Horrible Customer service, I opened a membership as this Gym was close to my work, the next day I got a better job offer had move to new location, came to the gym and canceled the membership, 3 months later I received a call from collection saying that I Owe the Gym 500$, came in o the Gym the next day spoke to manager, he asked me to Pay her $100 in cash and she can close the account.

This gym has many amenities which is a plus but the downside is the tanning bed never seems to work they always have guys working on it. You need a code for the massage bed. The sauna at least in the woman’s locker room has roaches that come up from the drain so I assume they are in the showers, pool area, and other bathrooms and locker room. I complain about it to the staff a couple of weeks ago and the roaches just seem to be multiplying. The equipment that is broken it usually takes them a few weeks to fix. The stairmaster in the women’s gym was broken for over a month before they fixed it. Results is usually a good gym but they need to fix issues when they arise.

I walked in with my husband because he has a membership there. We are still new to the gym as he has only been one time. Note that we have held memberships at plenty of other gyms in the past. Upon arriving I expect for my husband to scan his card and then they let the both of us in (I’d be his guest or +1). One of the gentlemen behind the counter looks at me and says, “That’s not how this works. This isn’t Planet Fitness.” Incredibly offended, I responded by asking them to cancel the membership altogether. That was so rude and came out of nowhere. Literally any gym (Xport, LA Fitness, Lifetime Fitness) allows for a member to bring 1 guest. For you to assume that we were regulars at a Planet Fitness or something was extremely odd and felt like socioeconomic discrimination. I did not appreciate that experience.

I’ve been a member for over a year and I moved as an emergency and I was not able to cancel my membership 30 days before the monthly payment. I spoke to Manager Christie to ask for more information and also a refund because I did not go for a whole month and they still charged me even though I explained her that I wanted ro cancel before my due date. I emailed her over two weeks and I still haven’t heard anything from her what kind of costumer service is this? I was being respectful no communication at all.

Terrible attention to the client. Today January 2, 2022 around 4:40 pm . I visited the gym to apply to the installation, and the workers at the front desk were kind, however, the person in charge of giving more detailed information about the gym (Ericka) was a selective person , and a discriminated person. She doesn't respect the time that a client arrives. The reason for such feedback is that they made me wait more over 15 minutes, and when my turn had came , other clients who came later after us went first, even though that the 2 workers of the front desk told (Ericka) that we came first before the other clients. with this being said Ericka decided that the other clients who came later had the right to go first that us who stayed there for over 15 minutes. Pretty much more time then us.

One of the best gyms I've seen. Excellent equipment and variety. Prices are reasonable, although there are some hidden cancellation fees, so make you ask because they will not tell you until you do. Above all however, they have no real mask policy. Other than wearing it when you walk in/out no one wears a mask, there is no social distancing. Unless you've been vaccinated... I wouldn't recommend going here.

It has Keiser machines which are not common, outdoor gym area, huge turf area separate from the mats, multiple squat racks and deadlift area, huge weight pit and many different options of machines. It’s one floor, lots of cardio equipment, women have their own area, always clean. Great gym.

I have been a member of Results gym for almost 15 years. They do not have good customer relation or management skills /services. They do not address customer disputes or disagreements well. They drag on and on for months without a solution. They make little effort to resolve billing/contract disputes. Contracts are manipulated by them to reflect the best outcome for the gym. Terms are changed without customers knowledge or consent. I have been waiting since March to get a resolution on a contract issue, overpayment of training fees and the suspension of monthly fees. I have been denied refund for personal training fees and told I would have to use them. We were poorly treated during the COVID-19 pandemic. Told we needed to provide a doctor’s note explaining the risks to my health if I come back to the gym in order to have my personal training fees refunded. We did. We got nothing. Said we were misinformed. We were not. We stopped our monthly fees. We are still being billed. We get annoying texts advising something is wrong with our account. We had to have our bank intervened to prevent Results from continuing to bill us. My husband is the one who pays the gym fees and has done so from the beginning of our membership. Now, they refuse to talk to him because he is not the member on the account. He terminated his membership almost 5 years ago. But, I continued. They really do not care about you or your physical well-being. They care about your money & how they can get and keep it. You take a big risk joining this gym. I would suggest you not do so.

Charged me for months after I went through procedure to cancel, conveniently couldn’t get in contact, then condescendingly sent me a cookie cutter email when I found out and got in touch.

I was a member of Results when it was Golds Gym from 2015-2017, and like many of the people that have left a review below, I attempted to cancel my membership, which apparently was never processed, and they continued charging me until I switched debit cards... when they decided to continue attempting to charge for months and racking up a bill until they decided to call me once, then allegedly sent me an email (which I never received). I didn’t find out about this until a few weeks ago, but my last visit there was in early 2017. I tried to communicate this to their accountant, Christie, who responded with “We have no record of your cancellation, please remit payment at your convenience”.

She called me once, allegedly left an email after months of allowing charges to accrue, then when I finally get back in touch, she doesn’t even bother to try to have a conversation about why my paperwork or cancellation never was processed, she simply sent me a cookie cutter email about how I needed to “remit payment at my convenience”. I’m not normally one to leave a bad review, but after attending this gym for years and having a very good experience, I didn’t think it was appropriate to endorse someone that doesn’t believe in finding a resolution for their previously very loyal customer.

Do not waste your time, I am not the first person they’ve done this to, and I’m sure with this track record, I will not be the last.

Wow, I have never been part of a gym that has such horrible communication with it’s client. I’ve spoke to three different people, and none have been upfront with me when I explained that I was canceling due to COVID.

First time I called and was told that to cancel all I had to do was either email which could take a few weeks or go to the office and fill out a form. I decided to go in office for a quicker cancellation.

Then the employee I spoke to explained that I could freeze the account for six months. He made it sound as if the account would be frozen and I wouldn’t have to make payments until unfrozen. It wasn’t explained to me that I would still be charged during the frozen period and payed back one reopened. It’s the most ridiculous frozen policy I’d every heard of.

After getting charged the following month, I called to find out why. Only then the frozen policy was explained. I asked for the email, so I can cancel. It was given to me, but still did not mention that I wouldn’t be able to cancel due to COVID under the terms of agreement. That was explained to me two weeks after I sent the email by the office manager.

The lack of transparency came off as both manipulative and deceitful. If everything had been explained to me upfront, I would have no reason to complain. However, this company clearly doesn’t care for their clients once the start up agreement is signed. You would think that during a global pandemic, they would allow anyone who was worried for their safety to cancel. Instead they only care about getting as much money as they can.

DO NOT waste your money or time working with this company!! I went in and cancelled my membership about a year ago, in person, by completing a form on the computer at their facility. I have received no contact from them since this time. Then, I get a call from a collections agency yesterday telling me I owe the gym $89. I was floored since I had cancelled my membership. I called the gym and they say they have no record of my cancelling. As I physically went in person to cancel, I don't know how this can be possible. I then ask why they haven't been billing me if this is true. They said they have, but I have not received one bill, electronic or otherwise. They said the only way to resolve this is to pay the balance to "officially" cancel the account. So because they "lost" the record of me coming in last year to cancel my account and apparently "sent" me bills, I have to pay them money to rectify this. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and unprofessional. I have now had to pay THEM money for THEIR mistake as to not impact my credit. HORRIBLE company, customer service, and business. Absolutely would not recommend.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been, people that works there don’t know anything and can’t give you the information you need. I went into the facility in March and cancelled my membership before the corona virus shut down the club. I had about 2 weeks left on my membership and they closed so I wasn't able to use it, and that's completely understandable. I just chucked it up to a loss. In August I noticed that they had charged me, I look back into my accounts and they also charged me in July. Called and was told Christy was the one I needed to speak to. I tried to reach her, for 3 days she was either out, or had left. By the 4th day I was irritated and told the guy who answered the phone about the situation and he offered to help me. He told me he was the one who had canceled my membership originally and that he would take care of it and that I'd also get my 2 weeks that I didn't use back, he just needed a few days. Another week goes by with no call from them and then today they have charged me again and this was for 54.99 when it's usually 29.00 a month! Three months now they have been charging me! I spoke to another guy today who said he will handle it and call me back today. Let see how this goes. I loved the gym and was really looking forward to going back when we got through the corona virus, but the way they handle business makes the facility trash!

Update! Christy actually called me back and told me that they will be refunding my money in 7-10 days. When I asked her about the two weeks that I had left on my membership she told me that they would have charged me another months fee, because they require a months notice to cancel your membership, but they didn't because the facility was closed in April. They certainty did not tell me that when I canceled my membership in person with them in March. So heads up to that! She will be giving me a credit to use the facility for 2 week though as a courtesy... Not really a courtesy though considering I paid for it, but at least they are finally fixing the issue.

Dishonest!

When I paid upfront for a 2 year membership I noted that I was in the military and there was the potential that I could receive PCS orders out of the area. I was told that if I had orders I could get a refund for the months I didn’t use. 20 months later, and I have orders out of the area. I tried to get a refund but was told I couldn’t get one despite the verbal promise by “Oh” that it would be possible.

Physically huge facility - awesome selection of gear; equipment I want to use is always available. Well run organization, nice folks, coaches with specialties in different disciplines, and overall well-rounded. Easy to use (safely) in COVID context because facility is so large - 6 feet is easy to maintain. For ladies who prefer a little privacy, there is a well-equipped ladies-only wing. There is a weight lifting wing for those very serious about weightlifting. There is a pool. This place is awesome.

It's a great gym with great staff. The holiday/weekend hours are frustrating when it doesn't fit your hours and there is no climbing wall which is unfortunate but other than those two issues, it's an amazing gym.

I just got back to the area and didn't gym shop at all. This is the best gym hands down. It's so well run and organized. Bob, is great and went the whole 9 yards (and then some) to make it as safe as possible for people to come back during covid. I don't know why everyone doesn't go here. It has everything you could want (with the exception of a climbing wall). Results fitness for the win!

5 stars! Erica is by far the best club associate I’ve ever worked with. I after calling multiple gyms in the area to see if they had a specific treadmill I wanted (Results by the way is the only one), she gave me a tour and I was sold on the spot. My membership dates were tentative but she made it so easy to work around my move. After my first workout there, she knew I was new the area and made sure I knew the quickest way to get home. Extremely thoughtful and a true professional.

It has been a bit disappointing that 1 of the only 2 treadmills I joined the gym for being out of order since I’ve been in. Though they are specialty equipment, they are still in high demand at peek times. All-in-all very glad to be a member here!

So very thankful and happy that Sujakta was teaching the 8 am yoga class at Results Fitness. She is an expert yoga instructor having trained and grown up in India. Her natural and healthy healing approach to yoga makes her classes exceptional. Although I mostly enjoyed my membership, I'm starting to get concerned because they refuse to answer the phone. My membership is over and I've been trying to call to confirm, but no one has answered the phone in the 3 days that I've been calling. I'll update with the results, if I ever get an answer.
UPDATE: I went into the gym to get a resolution and I was asked to complete a cancellation request. After submission I was told that someone would email me with a response. Never got the email, but I did get another monthly charge today even though I only signed up for a year and my year should have ended October 31. Other reviewers warned of this, so im really not surprised, just disappointed that they just HAD to get another month when I just wanted to end the fulfilled membership. The cancellation form also mentioned a $50 cancellation fee. Let's see how far they go trying to nickle and dime me. So instead of just parting ways, now they also get a bad review and a customer that won't return, nor recommend their business.

I MISS THIS GYM!! I went to this gym for a little over two years before moving to AZ. While i was there I loved it. It is by far the best gym I have ever been to. The staff, the trainers, everyone. Now that I am in AZ, I find that I miss it even more whilst trying to search for new gyms! Robert was my personal trainer for quite a few months and he was absolutely amazing. He worked with my budget and really made me want to train with him. Luis was also very friendly and outgoing! I just hope this place continues to do well because I miss it every day. This really is the best fitness center for the $$ and is a lot like the higher end fitness clubs. Great variety of classes, good client diversity, the gym equipment is well stocked and the space is open making it comfortable to do your workouts. When I spoke to sales, or whoever this guy was, he refused to tell me the closing time, instead, he kept asking my name. I asked him one more time about closing and asked him if he even knew. He said "I don't know you..." What is this? Your private house? Or was this guy just losing his marbles?
