Ring Gymnastics has been a God send for our family. Our younger daughters have learned so much and developed their skills in the year that they have been taking lessons. They're both a part of the competition team and love their teammates and the team parents are so supportive of all the kids and families. It's truly a family atmosphere. Even our oldest daughter loves to go hang out while her sisters practice.The whole gym is incredibly inclusive and teaches our kids to be. You can't go wrong sending your children to Ring for gymnastics instruction. They're truly prestigious, fun, endearing and affordable.

Ring is truly a special place for anyone interested in gymnastics. The staff and coaches have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. My daughter has only been there a few months, but I’ve seen her confidence and skills improve so much in that short time.

My daughter started going gymnastics at Ring in January of 2025. The staff has been extremely welcoming from the very beginning. When she started she didnt have any experience in gymnastics. With her class each week she has grown so much in her skills. She is now on the bronze competition team. She loves all the girls that she is on team with. My son has also been participating at Ring also. He really enjoys the instruction he gets from his teacher. He has also came a long way in his skills since beginning. All the instructors really good at keeping the kids motivated, challenged and excited to learn new skills and continue to improve. It's truly a great place to be a part of. We Love Ring Gymnastics.

Ring Gymnastics has been absolutely amazing for my two girls who have special needs. They provide one-on-one aides for them since they struggle in a traditional class setting, and we feel so welcomed every single time we walk in the door.

In the past, I’ve struggled to get my girls involved in extracurricular activities—other gyms and dance studios told me they were too disruptive or couldn’t follow instruction. Ring has been the complete opposite. They’ve embraced my girls, supported them, and truly made us feel like part of their family. For the first time, I don’t feel like a burden—I feel like we belong.

The owners, Lydia and Stacy, are absolutely wonderful. Even though Ring isn’t the closest or most convenient option for us, I wouldn’t consider anywhere else. I’d gladly drive double the distance to make sure my girls can continue here. We are so grateful to have found Ring Gymnastics!

I stopped doing gymnastics at 12, and had a newfound passion for it again at 18. I began to look for a gym that was affordable and accepting to participate in. Ring Gymnastics exceeded and continues to exceed my expectations. The coaches and owners and teammates are all amazing and so inclusive. This gym is perfect for EVERYONE and ANYONE!!!

Ring Gymnastics while only 1 year in business has shown incredible growth and has been an asset to the community giving us affordable options to gymnastics instruction in the Roanoke Valley. Most importantly, this is a family. From the owners, to the coaches to the athletes everyone is included, treated fairly and with love and respect. My family have grown to love them all and my daughters have expanded on their skill sets so much and we've only been with the company for 5 months. I look forward to seeing not only where my kids go with the skills and tools they're learning but I can't wait to see Ring continue to grow and make their mark on Roanoke and the surrounding areas. Ring is flipping fabulous... literally.

my almost 2 year old loves the fun with my big classes! at first i was so nervous first class she didn’t want anything to do with what the coach says but each time she works with her more and more and my girl did her stretches last week with the class which is a HUGE deal. i don’t feel bad about my toddler being a toddler in this class which is so important at this age because they are still learning. and the coach are doing amazing at teaching my girl highly recommend!
