Look no further than Apex for your physical therapy needs. They are wonderful in every way ... professional, responsive, committed, dedicated, with personalities that encourage and make the hard work even enjoyable. My doctor suggested Apex and I understand why. Kristin and Scott developed a coordinated plan to address my back problem. Kelly has the front office running efficiently and together they provide exceptional service. When I was later diagnosed with Parkinson’s I knew immediately where I needed to go. I enrolled with Apex for Rock Steady Boxing. It's been a huge blessing, and I'm forever grateful. - Carolyn

The Rock Steady Boxing program is essential to keeping my best life possible while having Parkinson's Disease. I've done Rock Steady Boxing at two other facilities that were good but not quite the same as here at APEX PT. The program at APEX PT is perfect for what I need. I get the right kind of exercise with others on the same journey as I'm on overseen by instructors who really care (and work in physical therapy) as well as social events monthly. It's a twofer, good exercise for my PD and a fun support community!

If you are newly diagnosed with Parkinson’s or are looking for a way to become more informed about the disease and how to slow down the disease progression, check out Rock Steady Boxing and Apex Physical Therapy with Scott Brubaker. Scott has specialized training in using exercise and movement to fight the long term effects of Parkinson’s. I have been in training with Scott for almost 6 years now and love his unlimited energy and commitment to his clients. He offers several different class times for the different levels of client’s abilities. For me, the socialization and fun with other clients with similar problems helps give a positive mental attitude, physical movement and give Scott and Apex an honest 5 star rating.

In addition to back pain, I have Parkinson’s and Neuropathy. Rock Steady classes have been a blessing. For about 7 years, I did no exercises. Now, I exercise with Rock Steady twice a week. The program is very friendly and the staff carefully watches the participants to assist as needed. In addition to the regular classes I attend, the company has other activities we can participate in such as bingo, chili cook offs and fund raisers, all voluntary of course. The instructor owner Scott Brubaker is a delight. He not only provides custom exercises that can be designed for those with Parkinson’s with both sitting and standing exercises.

This is a wonderful gym for those fighting symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Coach Scott creates an upbeat vibe in his classes, but underneath this fun is expertise in physical therapy that is beneficial to PD clients. There is a caring, family feel to the classes. I have been going to this gym since it opened, and the dedication of its staff has remained consistent.

An incredibly philanthropic company. Not only an amazing gym, but helps raise precious funds for critically ill children. Great staff with even bigger hearts!

Rock Steady Boxing APEX PT has a wonderful program for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease. This is what Rock Steady Boxing is all about. I have witnessed first hand how this program helps the “fighters” of this disease. The coaches are so very caring and they truly motivate their fighters. I would recommend this facility and program to anyone dealing with Parkinson's. S Brubaker, Sr.

Not a boxing gym for physical therapy. I was told it’s not open to the public. If you search boxing gym they are the first one to appear. Very disappointing.
