If you are missing Cuban sandwiches from Florida, this is a pretty good alternative to fulfill the need. We enjoyed a Cuban sandwich and stuffed potatoes. The Goya pineapple and cola champagne were a nice addition as well. They are a little.on the pricey side but the portions are large. We shared a single Cuban and both enjoyed a stuffed potato ball and took the leftovers home to family. One Cuban sandwich will adequately feed 2 people.

Went here before they were open now today @4:17pm they are closed and they are not answering there phone at the business so that's very disappointing. They say open to 6pm to 8pm so I would suggest just not taking a chance unless your near there.

Love Samskara!! Honestly their prices are the best in the area, especially if you catch a seasonal sale for a 10 class pass. Their classes are incredibly adaptive and accessible, and the instructor provides all kinds of modification options to allow what feels best for your body. A lot of yoga studios in this area are very competitive and fitness-focused, power to you if that's what you're into, but I believe this studio teaches yoga as it was originally intended: to promote mindfulness and a healthy mind-body connection.

Hello all you crystal lovers. This location is great. Its a one stop for all your body, mind and soul interests. There is a lady and gentleman that are amazing yoga instructor. They also have a very knowledgeable lady who sell amazing crystals as well. They have beautiful jewelry for all areas of your soul. There is a person who does animal readings. As well as crystal readings and tarot readings. Who'd a thought that Ashburn had this hidden GEM. When i want a crystal, i am so elated that I don't have to travel all over the DMV for a crystal or crystals. The crystals they have are amazing . Apparently her crystals are fair trade. Which makes them even better. So if you are tired of running all over the DMV for all your body, mind and soul needs, Come check this little gem out. I am glad I did. They also offer some really good classes of different sorts. If your interested in learning about cards, crystal and more come check this place out. I am sure you will like as well.

The Samskara 200YTT certification course exceeded my expectations. It is a rigorous program, that quickly begins transforming the student into a teacher.

I knew YTT would be challenging, especially living 7 time zones away, but I was always excited for class. The curriculum not only provides the knowledge to teach confidently, but allows the opportunity for self-reflection and growth.

I am beyond grateful to Chelsea and Jerome for their guidance on my journey and look forward to the lasting relationship I’ll have with them.

Samskara is wonderful. The focus is consistently on creating an environment of inclusion and a safe space for all students to practice exactly how they like and how they are able.

They offer a range of classes in and outside the scope of yoga.

I went to a New Moon Circle has had a wonderful experience! Everyone there was absolutely amazing. I’m going back tomorrow! Honestly, I would love to go back every week if I can! What an amazing place to be. I honestly felt at home the entire time!!

Our team has been working with Samskara Yoga & Healing for just over a year and honestly its been such a pleasure. Chelsea and Jerome are fantastic folks and run a top notch studio.
