Instructors are nice and classes are fun BUT stricter enforcement of no-photo and no-video policies in class should be implemented! I don’t want to be in the background of your picture and you ruin Solidcore for everyone.

I visited this location during a work trip and highly recommend! Both classes I took were a super tough workout, but the instructors gave helpful demos, cues, and hands-on support for anyone who wanted it. I took classes with Rachel and Loreleigh, both of whom were excellent instructors and very welcoming.
I was also impressed with the wide range of class times. Usually it’s hard to find early morning workouts on weekends, but this location had a 6:30am on a Saturday which was great. I stayed in the area for my trip and walked to class, so unsure of the parking situation. Overall a great experience and I’m hoping to be back!

Solidcore Tysons delivers an amazing, tough workout that really pushes you. The classes are no joke—challenging in the best way—and leave you feeling strong and accomplished. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the coaches do a great job motivating you and helping with form throughout class.
The only downside is the parking situation. It’s located in a garage where the spaces are super tight and can be tricky to navigate, especially during peak hours. Finding a spot can take a bit of time, so I’d recommend arriving early just in case.
Despite the parking, it’s absolutely worth it for the quality of the workout. If you’re looking for a serious strength-building class, Solidcore Tysons is a great pick.

I visited this location while on a work trip after attending 3 classes (1 starter and 2 foundations) at my home location. I went to a Starter50 with Stephanie. Stephanie was an incredible coach. Even after attending 3 classes previously, Stephanie explained each move with so much detail that I had more clarity on how to use the reformer and what my move should look like than I had from the other 3 classes. I had more comfort with the SolidCore machine this time around and was really able to focus on my body's movement with each move set.
Thank you, Stephanie, for being thorough and clear throughout this class! I'll definitely be back to this location next time I am in town.

I love the Solidcore location in Tysons. Plenty of parking spaces, the facility is always clean, and the staff is super helpful!
Shelby is my favorite coach — she really pushes you to your limit, has great energy, super encouraging to where you leave the class feeling so good about yourself!
If you haven’t booked a class — DO IT NOW! You won’t regret it 😌💙

Love this place! If you’re looking for a low impact high intensity workout, this is the place for you! The Tyson’s studio is very clean and offers classes at almost ever hour daily. I also love how they offer military, student, teacher, and healthcare discounts. Highly recommend as a supplement to anyone’s workout routine!

Solidcore has shaped my body faster and better than any other workout I've tried or sport I've played. I'm almost 50 classes in and 16 weeks of being consistent. Stick with it, I promise it's worth it!
I've tried a few locations and really enjoy this one. My favorite coach is probably Shelby but I haven't been disappointed by any of the coaches!

Worst experience. The music was so loud. Could not hear any instructions given by the instructor. I bought a two week package and on the very first day i came out within 30 mins. Did not even attend the whole class. The instructor doesn’t give proper attention. I was left at the mercy of myself and was only doing exercises by looking at my peers. My shoulder is already injured due to lack of proper instructions. I did not use even 1 day from my two week package.
Sent them email twice through the webform on their website. Haven’t received any response yet.
Worst service and extremely disappointing experience!

Similar experience as others, I signed up for a class through Gympass but was never given a door access code and could not get anyone to answer the phone and let me in. Parking in the garage is limited and after driving through Tysons traffic and spending time waiting for a parking spot to open, it was insanely frustrating not being able to physically get into the building and having my daily credit wasted.

I bought a buy one get one class for when I went to solid core with my friend in CT. Since then, I set this location as my studio for when I decided to use the other pass since I live in this area. I have not been yet. I have NEVER been to this location and I was charged for a drink that I did not buy. I called on the phone and nobody answered. Im reporting them as fraud.

1 star for the costumer service- they do not provide any solution and they do not try to resolve any issue. they just copy paste the same answer through emails. 1 star for all those fees that are not clarified / explained well-

I like the workout but I won’t be going back. They turned my friend away for being “over 5 minutes late” when she was trying to explain the code wasn’t working and she arrived 3 mins late the instructor Sara didn’t listen and shooed her away. That was so rude and I never want to experience that personally. I don’t understand how they turn people away if it is their money/time being wasted if late. I have done other group classes like RowHouse and orange theory and have never seen anything like this happen. This was for a new client who was really looking forward to this class. The class wasn’t disrupted by her late arrival. It just doesn’t make any sense. I went to another location and a girl came in over 10 mins late and she was able to get in and join the class with no issues so maybe it’s just the Tyson’s location with this issue.

I went here for my first time and had a really bad experience couldn’t even do the class because the door wouldn’t unlock and no one answers when you call. The trainer was Sara who wouldn’t let me in and was very disrespectful looking me up and down. Don’t know if I’ll even try Solidcore at the point.

RUDE staff member. Came in 5 min late for the 1st (!) time on Sat weekend excited & wanting to try smth new in Tysons! The staff member named Sara(h) was lying down on couch (I mean literally lying down with a phone), ignoring me and rolling her eyes. She aggressively opened the door immediately saying I was late and couldn't come in. She didn't allow me to say a word, continued monologue for minutes and kept saying "you're 5 min late & no one would allow you in." I was orangetheory fitness member for a year and wanting to try a cool group workout in the area. Would not want to revisit Solidcore Tysons due to disrespectful attitude, unprofessionalism and aggressiveness to new members (forget customer service). SO sad

I love the trainers! but the temperature is really high inside the class, sometimes I feel like I’m going to faint! Also the communication is really bad with the studio as the don’t really answer any phone calls, and they really slow of responding! So if you have any problem with the code or the booking you are on your own 💁♀️

I love, love, love Solidcore! The best workout, the best coaches and tons of encouragement! They really do help with core and strength development. I came looking for a Pilaties workout last year on my birthday and ended up finding so much more. They have a great community as well! Everyone is helpful and kind. They help you become the best version of yourself.

The coaches and workout are good enough. I have complaints about the value and temperature though. In terms of value, they stopped offering towel service and also make you wipe down the machines and reset the springs after class yourself. Similarly priced workouts take care of details like this for you. The room temperature is always very hot. Today I was sweating before class started. Lastly, when booking through Classpass I don’t receive the door code and have to make sure someone else lets me in.

Terrible
Showed up exactly on time.
The code they sent me via text wouldn’t open the door.
Instructor saw me at the door and ignored me .
Drove all the way out here for nothing !

What a little secret this solidcore spot is. They offer a lot of prime time sessions as “off peak” (aka $10 off the price!). Also the workout will absolutely [crush] you, in the best way possible. Staff is super friendly, love coming here!!
