I went to see Brian because of knee pain. I wasn't able to go up or down stairs without experiencing a lot of pain. I was sure that I was just going to have to live with it, but after working with Brian for 6 weeks I am able to maneuver stairs pain free. He is very knowledgeable about the body and how it works. Brian patiently demonstrated all the exercises to make sure I was doing them correctly. I highly recommend him.

I have known Liz and Brian for going on n 4 years and have worked with them both on a couple occasions for help with pain from different injuries. The work they’ve done has been tremendously helpful and I had continued to use the exercises and techniques they’ve shown/taught. This past year I had been dealing with severe hip pain. I was seen by my primary care provider, did a couple months of Physical Therapy, had x-rays and MRI which showed the severity of my osteoarthritis, a labrum tear and large cyst in my hip joint. I tried steroid shots that only lasted a couple weeks. I was unable to sit for more that 20 minutes without pain walking afterwards, going upstairs was extremely painful, I could no longer do so many of the things I could before and my quality of life felt like it was only getting worse by the day. I had been seen by 3 orthopedic surgeons and all recommended that the only treatment at this point was a full hip replacement. This was in May and in June I had dinner with Liz and Brian and told them about my hip and Brian asked to work with me for a few sessions to see if he could offer any help with my pain. I met with him at the end of June and he gave me three exercises. During the visit the exercises instantly helped with the pain in both my hip and knee. I felt more balanced and stable. I continued the exercises at home and while I know that my diagnosis and injury were not cured by the exercises, they would offer relief that lasted beyond what I had experienced from PT. I met with Brian a second time after a vacation I had taken where I wasn’t exactly consistent with my exercises and I felt it. Brian evaluated me and tried a new set of exercises that again, instantly provided relief and balance. I continued these exercises in the evenings as they helped me sleep a bit better and I wasn’t waking up with the pain I had been before.
I am so incredibly grateful for Brian and I believe the work that he did with me was extremely helpful in so many ways with pain relief. His work with me gave me a better understanding of how my body functions and while I still had my surgery I know that the work and knowledge I’ve gained will be beneficial to me in the future.

I took my daughter to Brian after a friend recommend him. We didn’t expect for him to fix what was wrong, but man I was wrong. My daughter plays soccer and she was having excruciating knee pain when she played and it was struggle to keep her in the field. She went through physical therapy for many months and that was doing absolutely nothing to make her better. We met with Brian and he thoroughly explained his process with the benefits and decided to give it a shot. We are EXTREMELY happy with the results. My daughter has regained her confidence back on the field and has been playing pain free ever since. Thank you, Brian!

Liz and Brian are beyond exceptional. They truly care about the well being and physical mobility of their clients. This is a life changing program that I will continue to recommend to anyone and everyone. I constantly use the term “wizardry magic” when speaking about their process, because they KNEW what they were doing and how to address my pain like Wizards! I went in with Wrist, Back, and Knee problems, and being only in my 20s, I felt that I shouldn’t be feeling uncomfortable at a younger age. Within the first couple of sessions, I was already noticing my wrist and back pain was subsiding tremendously. That is when I realized, Strength From Within is not a “One and Done” fix. It is a true commitment to changing and moving the way my body was meant to move. After finishing my sessions with Liz, I can confidently say my initial problems are closer than ever to being resolved and now I can get back to enjoying the things I love like Adult Softball, Working out, and playing with my nieces and nephews! About 5 years ago my hips had enough of me not giving my body the care it needed. I was told if I didn't stop running, I wouldn't ever be able to run again. What that did to my being was crushing! I took time off from running because the pain was so great I had no choice.

I have a never giving up spirit so for the last 5 years, I have tried so many different things to get my body to cooperate. Even though I'm a massage therapist, sometimes I still can't see what's going on with my own body. Sometimes it takes an outside perspective to show you what your body is going through. I might be able to feel what's going on and have an understanding of how the body works, but I needed someone to help me who has a complete different perspective, yet can understand my love for running.

Liz Roberge Johns totally gets it! She met me where I am, she looked at my body and knew exactly what I need to do to keep running pain free. She is teaching me simple exercises and breathing techniques to naturally reeline my posture, strengthen muscles and activate muscles that haven't been firing properly. She hasn't told me to stop, she has taught me to readjust so I can keep going!

With my type of personality and spirit, this is exactly what I needed. I needed someone to understand my love and passion and that I'm not going to stop at anything. Life is about readjusting, when life is painful readjust, don't stop, don't give in, don't give up. Find the people that have the knowledge you need to help push you forward in living a life you want and love ❤️

Today I feel that I have taken my power back because I have been given tools to do what my body needs when I'm doing what I love. There's nothing more powerful than being in control of your own pain, your own body so you can keep moving forward ❤️

Before hearing about CadeFit, I was struggling heavily with low back pain. I had been to doctors and chiropractors and none gave me any long term solutions. After just a few meetings with CadeFit though, my back is already feeling better. I could hardly play sports, go fishing, or even cut the grass before going to CadeFit. I had been a college athlete, a state police officer, and I was still in my late 20's and I would have to rest for 3 days after doing simple tasks around the house. Within 3 weeks at CadeFit, I could function better then I had in years. After a month, I could play golf, fish all day, and play basketball again and have no pain afterwards! I just got out of a session of coaching and I can honestly say I have loved every step of this process! At our first posture visit, I was taught simple exercises that helped manage areas my pain was coming from and I experienced immense relief within the hour (and each time I complete my menu at home)! I also had the opportunity to try a coaching session for my mind as Brian worked with me one on one to address some of the mental obstacles I'd been struggling with. We did some clarifying conversations and I can even feel the tension relief from those exercises as well. I tend to carry a lot of stress and anxiety and it hinders me from the lifestyle I want. After walking out of strength from within I feel physically and mentally less burdened and more adequately prepared for my week. I can't recommend this place enough with how much they've been able to help, thank you Alisa and Brian for all you do!

I was seeking help for chronic lower back pain and Brian Cade offers help through a series of exercises and stretches. The program (Egoscue Method) focuses on creating balance within the body. Brian is excellent at listening to your specific needs and creating a program that is just right for you. The facility is clean and precautions are taken to provide social distancing. It is a very uplifting environment. I did posture alignment work with Brian which significantly reduced the amount of pain I have in my back. Learning this program has also given me tools to work through any pain that occurs. This is well worth your time and effort!

For years I have had pain that has kept me up at night. I was lucky if I could sleep more than 4-5 hours without being in severe pain that would wake me up and bother me all day. I was asked a thought provoking question by Brian one day. “Do you have any pain? What if I told you that I have a way, without medicine or surgery, that could get you feeling less pain?” I immediately waited for the sales pitch, but there wasn’t one. It was simple, go to his place, learn the techniques to better align my body, and then the pain would subside. I thought for sure he was crazy but I was up to try it as nothing else had ever worked, so why not?! I had no idea what I was in for and went to my first session. The techniques, stretches, and alignment was amazing. After my first session, I slept through the night without waking up! I was amazed! I had my second session today and again amazed. The techniques are easy, the program is awesome, and I personally felt almost immediate relief from pains and limitations that I have had for years. I feel so lucky to have been able to get connected and to start on this journey! Thank you Brian!!! I’m excited to keep this going!!

Prior to coming to cadefit I was often times in pain due to my bursitis in my right hip and when I came to cadefit they were very helpful in making sure that none of the exercises caused me pain and they were further than that by using techniques they know to help with this pain. I was always told that my bursitis will pretty much always cause me some problems and pain, but since starting at cadefit and them going the extra mile to ensure that I have a relief of pain I have experienced very minimal pain in my hip. Not only that but the way that all of the employees treat me and ensure that I keep going and motivate me! I’m so thankful to have found cadefit and would recommend them to everyone! Cadefit is not just a gym it’s a home and it’s like having another family. Everyone here cares about each other and the cadefit family really cares about helping others achieve their goals.

I recently had a rapid transformation therapy session with Brian Cade. I was open to various avenues in hopes to overcome some obstacles I had been facing; RTT seemed like it would be a great opportunity. From the beginning of this process, Brian made me feel very comfortable and explained how the session would run in a way that I easily understood. Since my session, I have noticed some positive changes in my behaviors. I have even had others remark on my shift in attitude. Gained 20 lbs in 6 weeks!!! I signed up for the 6 weeks challenge to gained back the weight I had lost post military. I was able to gain and surpass my goal thanks to the motivation from the staff and the help of the meal plan. From the moment I started I was extremely impressed with the meal plan specifically designed to help meet my needs, the trainers’ knowledge of the various workout routines and their attention to each and every client. Each day there is a brand new workout that will definitly challenge you and help you improve.

My passions for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle have been fully restored and I owe it all to this gym, especially Amelia and the workouts with the 6AM Crew! They offer a 6 week challenge from time to time and its posted on facebook. I signed up for it at the beginning of Octoberand i went from 269lbs to 241lbs in 6 weeks. Everyones helpful, encouraging, and make sure you get used to certain exercises. I left for a few weeks after i beat the challenge because of car issues but once i fix it im definitely coming back. It's worth the time your willing to spend hands down.

As a 6 week challenge participant, I was a bit skeptical at first, but the meal plan really does work! The first half of your weight loss comes easy if you follow their plan, but the rest needs a little more diligence. It was most beneficial to have accountability and support--the team is here for whatever you may need, and each staff member is extra knowledgeable in different subjects. The workouts are not crazy hard either and they pay close attention to each person's fitness levels and needs. Quite unusual for most people that come to this place, I came in to gain some muscle, increase my energy and strength levels. Everyone was very supportive, the workout is pretty rigorous yet so much fun, meal plans are very effective and every member is like family. I actually met Brian Cade (CadeFit-Owner) at a BNI meeting. Completely unrelated to fitness. I wasn't looking for a personal trainer. I had my own established workout routine 4-5 times a week and felt like I was seeing enough progress in lifting heavier weight over time. After talking with Brian, I realized that I could be making more progress in a much shorter time period. At this point I was spending about 45-60 minutes at the gym each time I went. What I didn't realize was that my form (and weak core) was completely getting in the way of my ability and significantly stunting my progress. I decided to put his knowledge to the test. After two weeks I can see and feel my core becoming stronger and making it significantly easier to lift weight that I couldn't even picture myself lifting in the first place. In just two weeks, I went from deadlifting 85lbs to 135lbs in three sessions because of all the core strength training we did up front. It's amazing and I'm so proud of myself. I would have never set this goal on my own, let alone continued to surpass it. And I thought I was pretty fit! I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't experience it firsthand. You owe it to yourself to just try it.

If you are thinking about getting in shape, Brian Cade is the best trainer, ever! I told him I had some trouble at the beach when a wave knocked me over so he said, "Let's fix that." Then he asked me to try a new exercise, a lunge. I tried but got scared about falling over and said, "I can't do that." He simply said, "Ok, let's try something else." No pushing, no negatives, just, "Ok." Well, by the end of my hour, he had me doing that lunge, not just once but multiple times! He had broken that movement down and showed me that I could do it, without my even realizing it until I was in the middle of that lunge. Thank you, Brian Cade, for believing in me when I don't believe in myself!
