I can't say enough good things about the Strong Camp! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported by both the instructors and fellow members. The variety of classes offered is fantastic, catering to all fitness levels and interests. Whether it's high-intensity interval training, yoga, or strength training, there's something for everyone.
The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and motivating, always ensuring that everyone is performing exercises safely and effectively. They take the time to offer modifications and encouragement, making sure no one feels left behind.

Outstanding full body fitness program that scales based on your own fitness level. The program is great for developing functional fitness for all ages and delivers results. The group is a great community and there are multiple times on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to accommodate a workout for early risers and for those who prefer to workout later in the morning. Joy and Brett are outstanding instructors who truly care about your fitness and wellbeing and take the time to coach and polish your technique to maximize results and avoid injury.

This is probably my first review of any product or service, EVER. This how much I like these guys and what they offer with Strong Camp. When I found out that Master Moore, already my martial arts instructor, was going to start the Strong Camp program, I knew I had to try it. His disciplined approach, experience and breath of knowledge are top notch. This is complemented by Mrs Moore, who also brings a great deal of expertise to help create an individualized plan to meet your own goals.
Add to that, what other reviewers have commented about the camaraderie and the great community that the Moores have built in a short time and it has been the perfect program for me.

Strong Camp is a terrific place for working out and camaraderie for all levels. Master and Mrs Moore have created a great atmosphere and are extremely knowledgeable and supportive.
When I was recovering from my recent knee surgery they helped me modify the various workouts and were a huge part of me getting back to normal.
The other participants encourage each and help push each other.

I went after a couple of invitations from my brother, just to check it out, and after some hesitation, I went for a day or two. Before, my only exercise was a little basketball here and there, and some workout at home. But I gave myself a chance to try Strong Camp, and I have stayed as a regular now.
I like that the coaches are always there to guide and explain you the workouts. The sessions are made very dynamic, fun and enjoyable. I like going to break that sweat in! Heck! I’m even going to the 6:00AM session, and I wasn’t an early morning person! I’m working out again and in my mid 40’s, and to me that’s a win!
I feel the camaraderie in the group and we have fun working out! Go and check them out, there’s nothing to lose, but a lot to gain with the Strong Camp crew!

Strong Camp is so much fun, you *almost* forget you're working out! The workouts are killer, tailored for any fitness level, and done in 45 minutes including warm up, detailed instruction, and stretching. Instructors are amazing, super knowledgeable and supportive. The community is top notch. I highly recommend Strong Camp- you will see and feel the changes in your body and strength within your first month!
