Leslie Maryk is an amazing instructor with an eye for detail. Her classes are challenging, encouraging and fun. Pilates has helped me with muscle imbalance, core strength and flexibility. I highly recommend Studio 120!

Studio 120 has such a welcoming, small-studio vibe that makes every class feel personal. The instructors are fantastic—Caroline’s Thursday relaxing yoga class is a favorite of mine, but every class I’ve tried has been a wonderful experience. The people here are genuinely friendly and supportive, creating a community atmosphere that’s rare to find.

Studio 120 is the best around! I have been attending classes with Leslie, and others, for over four years which has built my confidence, while strengthening my health journey. With the Studio offering classes in Yoga, Pilates and more, it gives a nice variety for what you need week to week. The monthly fee suits me best to drop in on different classes for how I am feeling day to day! Thanks to Leslie and her team!!
