Sweatilates has truly changed my life in the best way! Melissa is an incredible instructor who’s passionate about Pilates and her clients’ progress. I’ve been going twice a week for over a year, and every class brings new movements and creative sequences I’ve never tried before. Even in group settings, she checks in with everyone and tailors each session to address individual goals or issues, always keeping things appropriately challenging. Her coaching style is clear, encouraging, and precise, which makes it easy to understand and feel each movement correctly. The studio is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the community of clients is friendly, inspiring, and fun to work out with. Melissa genuinely cares about your success; I wouldn’t be able to perform the sports and activities I love without supplementing my routine with regular Pilates at Sweatilates!

Melissa is amazing! I’ve been going to Sweatilates for over a year and have never felt better or stronger. I did yoga for over 15 years and never felt this healthy and strong. I really love the intimate environment. Melissa plays great music and there are only 4 machines so she is available to assist anytime you need it. Pilates has reduced my back pain, increased my strength, and my flexibility. Melissa is an incredible teacher!

I highly recommend taking a class with Melissa at her home studio. I had never taken a Pilates class with a reformer before, and I immediately felt at ease with Melissa. She is competent and friendly, and caters to individual experience and ability. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the workout was effective!

Sweatilates is such a great studio and Melissa is fantastic! Every class is different and challenging. When needed, Melissa offers options for different attendees, like when my knees are an issue. I've worked with other instructors and Melissa is the best! After a long day at work, a class with Melissa is just what I need to work out my stress and make me feel strong! I've been going for over a year and feel so lucky to have found Sweatilates with Melissa.

I am lucky I found Sweatilates and Melissa. She is an amazing teacher and I love when we do advanced Pilates that I had no idea I could actually do. The studio is small, very private, calm with easy parking. It’s an uncomplicated experience, ideal for busy people who have only an hour per day to train. Love it and love Melissa too ❤️. Highly recommend!

Melissa is amazing, falling in love with Pilates again with her work outs. Her classes are challenging utilizing Pilates, core strength and weights for overall conditioning. My line of work causes me to bend over and work on patients all day, so Melissa’s classes really help my posture and release any muscle tension that I have due to the work that I do.

Melissa is a wonderful instructor! She tailors each workout specifically to your needs which is unheard of in the world of corporate owned Pilates! In just a span of one month, I have progressed much closer to my ideal body goal because of her individualized approach to teaching Pilates! I am so happy to have found Sweatilates. I had never done pilates when I showed up for my first class and immediately felt comfortable. Melissa is such an excellent instructor and I love the small intimate class sizes that allow for feedback and adjustments that ensure I'm learning and being challenged. Melissa is an excellent instructor! She consistently challenges me with a creative variety of exercises that focus specifically on my exercise goals. I especially like how I am provided with photos of various routines, which provides helpful visuals that assist me with correcting my form. She has immensely helped me with improving my posture, balance and core strength. I highly recommend Melissa!

Amazing experience at Sweatilates! This was my first time trying Pilates with no experience whatsoever. Melissa made me feel comfortable and confident. Had a great session with Sweatilates! Melissa was an amazing instructor! First, I’ve never worked out using a reformer. I’m glad my first time was with Melissa. She made me feel comfortable and confident on the reformer with her easy to follow instructions/cues. I felt my safety was Melissa’s primary concern, which I truly appreciate as well. Secondly, I have a knee injury that limits my range of motion in my right knee and I was unsure of the impact or pressure on my knee during the session. Melissa knew exactly how to modify each exercise to accommodate my knee and also had tips on how to strengthen the surrounding muscles which is great for my recovery. Lastly, I enjoyed that the workout focused on strength and was low impact. (But don’t be mistaken, I was definitely sore the next day!) Thank you Melissa and I’m looking forward to future sessions!

You won’t be disappointed!
This was my first time trying Pilates so going to one of those bigger gyms scared me, but I felt very comfortable here. Melissa was incredibly knowledgeable and kept in mind the couple of previous injuries I had (she tailored some of the movements for me to ensure I got the workout without it hurting). She has this really good flow of energy and kept the pace at a perfect ‘challenging but still enjoyable.’ Her transitions between each movement were so smooth and her instructions were easy to understand so I didn’t feel like a newbie at all. And I definitely left there feeling like I worked out but not like I was dying lol. It’s clear she has a passion for this and she’s fantastic! This is gonna be my new favorite place and Melissa my new favorite person because I can’t wait to keep going and see what my body can be transformed into.

It hurts soo good!! Had another amazing workout with Melissa! This time in her studio with the reformers. Can I say what an amazing workout and dare I say fun too!! As a busy mom of 3 having the flexibility of scheduling a class with sweatilates has been easy and stress free. After a recent abdominal hernia surgery I have been looking for the right type of exercise to strengthen and rebuild my core and pilates has been amazing! I feel stronger and more confident in my every day movements. Melissa is very patient and knowledgeable so she can help you work on those problem areas! Highly recommend!!

Had an amazing experience at Sweatilates! This was my first time trying Pilates and it did not disappoint! Melissa does a great job walking you through the movements and explaining everything. I’ve been looking for something that gives me a total body workout to strengthen and tone for running. The reformers are a great option for anyone looking to get a good workout in if you struggle with chronic pain or injuries. The resistance was smooth and easy on my joints! Over the years, I have experienced various injuries from years of high-impact exercise and overuse. I sought out an experienced instructor who could help me increase my range of motion, improve my flexibility and could help me with my form. Melissa was incredibly knowledgeable and I appreciated the clarity in her directions and cues. Having never done pilates before, I was able to follow her instructions easily. I loved working with Melissa - she was very detailed, and challenged my muscles in ways I wasn't used to with my traditional cardio and weightlifting routine. She teaches an athletic, challenging class that is fun, and makes you sweat! Our sessions are never boring, and I'm already seeing improvement in my flexibility and range of motion!

As a lifelong athlete and former personal trainer, I have extensive experience in the fitness field. I also suffer from chronic back pain so I consistently need to work on strengthening my core. After discussing my goals with her, Melissa was able to create challenging and tailored sessions that have helped me not only reduce my back pain, but work on my muscular imbalances and reduce the risk of injury so I can continue playing sports with less pain into my 30s.
