In such a technologically advanced era, far too many people feel far from fit and healthy. With only 20% of people in America belonging to a health club, it's evident that conventional fitness has failed many among us. At The Exercise Coach®, our passion is to be the perfect fit for people that conventional fitness wisdom has failed. This includes people that are busy, sick of gyms, or concerned about physical limitations or getting hurt. We have created an innovative process that solves for these challenges through the delivery of personally optimized exercise.

I highly recommend this place. The exercises are very effective for muscle strength and toning. John, the owner of this gym is kind and very professional. My personal trainer, Jason, is patient, inspiring (a wonderful cheerleader) and kind as well.

This is the perfect program for those of us who are looking to get fit w/out a standard gym. The coaches are incredible and the equipment is state of the art. I look forward to my sessions each week. It’s a rigorous 20 minutes per session but well worth it.
