Have been working out at Exercise Coach for over a year now and love the 20 minute workouts twice a week. Trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and they take a personal interest in the goals you want to achieve. I personally have seen an improvement in my balance, my bone density scan and my muscle mass. All thanks to the Exercise Coach team!

Friendly and experienced coaches - Flexible and dependable hours - I usually go at 6:20 am and someone is always there! There is always positive encouragement- even after workouts that may not be as good as last one - the coaches remind me that itโs the long trend that matters. I always feel good after done!

I've been a member of The Exercise Coach Richmond West End since March 2023 and I am planning to keep renewing my membership. Those 20 minutes twice a week was all I was looking for to keep myself strong, given my busy daily schedule. Coaches are great and knowledgeable.
