Pilates Loft is the best! The instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and always help with form and modifications. Tara is amazing! She takes injuries into account, checks in with everyone, and makes sure the class feels welcoming and judgment free.

I absolutely love this studio and have NEVER had a bad class. Although Pilates can feel expensive I think it’s well worth the cost as each class is a combination of exercise and physical therapy like care. I used to get weekly massages and haven’t gotten one since January when I started here because I’m almost never achy or sore any more. I recommend that anyone who has ever considered (or tried) Pilates give this studio a try. Best classical Pilates training around.

Love Pilates Loft at Vienna and all the other locations! They all have such a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The exercises are tailored to you. All the instructors are great and so knowledgeable. If I had to list a negative, the only thing I could say is that I wish they had more evening classes 4-7pm since I cannot go to the morning classes. I truly cannot recommend this place more. I wish I could be there every day!!

The Pilates Loft Vienna is everything genuine Pilates is and should be. Classical Pilates instruction with tailored sessions to fit every level and objective. I have loved every minute in the studio and am constantly challenged and engaged. My love for Pilates began well over two decades ago. I am a purist, but have sampled many different studios and teachings. This studio and its instructors is by far my most favorite. I have been more connected and self aware of my practice than ever. Beyond happy they are in Vienna, VA!!!!

I just love this studio! Classical instruction has helped me alleviate my sore back and strengthen and tone. The atmosphere is calm and soothing and it is so beautiful and sparkling clean. I highly recommend Kelly as a private instructor who pushes me to improve while being cognizant of my weaknesses. Give it a try

Having discovered the life-changing Pilates Loft through glowing reviews, hoping to benefit others by sharing that the Vienna studio is gorgeous with sessions offered by many favorite instructors. I also have been a longtime student at the Arlington locations and spent more time in the car than at the new studio for a class, and it was worth every minute! I was warmly greeted by the brilliant owner and master teachers (while awestruck by the beautiful interior). I’ve been a client of the Pilates Loft for over 2 years now. I usually attend classes at the Arlington locations, but I made the drive out to the new Vienna studio and it did not disappoint! It’s a beautiful studio in such a cute area. The instructors at all of the locations are amazing and incredibly knowledgeable! You won’t find more knowledgeable or friendly instructors anywhere!

I have been a regular at the Arlington locations for a while, but now happily make the trip out to Vienna a couple times per week. The new studio is lovely, and I would follow these instructors anywhere. Cannot recommend any of the three locations enough. I had taken pilates years ago at a different studio, and truthfully had no idea what I was doing until coming here. Every single instructor I've had has been wonderful, and I'm so much more confident in my practice and enjoy pilates so much more because of them.

SO excited a Pilates Loft has opened in Vienna since I’d previously been making the trek to the Arlington locations. The instructors at Pilates Loft are SO much better than any other place I’ve been — they focus on form and queuing and it makes such a difference.
