About the Club

At Training Ed, our mission is to provide high-quality in person one on one personal training and online coaching experiences. We want our clients to fall in love with exercise through education of movement and healthy eating habits for an overall better quality of life.

We take a personalized approach to program design. We understand that each one of our clients have different lifestyles and unique goals that require individualized training. That's why we're helping empower our clients with the knowledge of movement in person and offering online coaching, so that your training doesn't have to stop at the door of our facility.

We are 24/7 access with sessions by appointment only. Please reach out on our website to schedule.

As someone who is overweight with a physical disability going to the gym and working out when I didn’t know where to start was kinda intimidating. My friend recommended Training Ed and speaking with them was SO pleasant. First walking in I LOVED the space. It was modern, clean, welcoming, and not overwhelming. During getting to know me I really felt heard, we spoke regarding a customized plan tailored to me and my needs as someone that has cerebral palsy. I really enjoy that even though I do have CP I wasn’t treated like I wasn’t capable of pushing myself. My initial feelings of guilt and shame for my body really have transformed into appreciating and loving my body but acknowledging that I have a goal of health and feeling better physically and mentally and taking steps to get myself there. I’m very thankful that I have training Ed to support me on my journey to getting there.

I cannot recommend this studio enough! If you are even a little bit like I was a few years ago, and perhaps put off by the atmosphere or stigma of the typical gym environment, please consider giving this studio a try. Ester is an amazing person and a personal trainer. Over the years I have not only gained strength, lose weight, learned new skills but also received best motivational support.

When I started working out with Ester, I couldn’t even lift 10 lbs kettle bell and now I’m doing deadlifts over 100 lbs. In every change of my life and I had few of them, Ester made my sessions adaptable to all my needs. Ester continually amazes me with her knowledge. I have a pain and she finds an exercise that can fix the problem and within a few days of performing this exercise the pain goes away. I lifted under Dylan for many years and cannot say enough good things about his training style and dedication to his craft. I first found him after tearing a labrum and he helped me rehab and relearn correct movement patterns. Eventually I was able to lift pain free while increasing my strength and almost doubling my numbers on all my lifts. I've been lifting under Dylan for several years now, and I can't recommend him enough. He's very focused on his lifters and isn't afraid to invest the time in them to make sure they're getting the most out of working with him, you'd think you're his only client by how much he pays attention to your training.
He has a very methodical approach that builds a solid foundation of technique first and even as you advance in strength, the focus on technicality never diminishes. This is important to me having battled several injuries in the past from poor technique and overtraining.
Rather than simply give you one-sided workouts, Dylan encourages you to engage with him to determine where you need to focus your efforts. I've found this to be a big help in ensuring my workouts stay relevant to my goals. The more questions you have for him, the more he wants to share his knowledge.
If you're looking for a trainer who is dedicated to his lifters and takes a very methodical and scientific approach to strength training, you can't go wrong with Dylan.

Dylan Smith has been my coach for 4+ years and I would highly recommend him for any fitness goal you have. I came to him relatively experienced in powerlifting but quickly got humbled by stripping my lifts down to the basic and building them back up.
