Tribe Fitness Exclusive Training, a 1,100 square-foot fitness haven opening on September 1st, 2024, in Midlothian, Virginia, offers more than just workouts. It's a dedicated space designed for machine-free movement and longevity, guided by highly skilled trainers who provide focused, personalized attention through one-on-one, couples, and small group training sessions. With four trainers specializing in a range of disciplines, including Kettle Bell training, Performance Enhancement, Strength and Conditioning, and biomechanics, the team at Tribe Fitness leverages their advanced knowledge to help clients achieve their fitness goals, move better, and maintain a stronger, healthier body.

I’ve been training with Aaron, the owner of Tribe Fitness, for over a year. My spouse and I started out with a single one-hour partner training session per week. I will admit—at first, I looked for a reason not to like it. I have never been “fit” or particularly enjoyed working out, but I needed a change in lifestyle as I approached middle-age.
After the first few sessions with Aaron, I could see and feel results. He designed engaging, dynamic workouts that my spouse and I both enjoyed. After just a couple months, I felt stronger than ever and really started to take pride in my progress. After about six months, we stepped up to training two days a week. We met with Aaron and he revised our program to fine-tune our objectives and set new goals.
Aaron is super knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and awesome to work with. He provides just the right amount of motivation while helping you unlock your potential. I look forward to our training sessions.
The facility is very nice and doesn’t feel like a typical gym. There is a variety of equipment and Aaron customizes each session so that no two are ever the same. There’s also great music to help keep your energy up.
Thank you, Aaron, for helping me discover strength I never knew I had! We are looking forward to continuing our fitness journey and are excited for the upcoming expansion of the facility! Keep doing what you do—you are making a real difference in people’s lives!!

Mallory, who we have worked with for many years, doesn’t just “train” her clients, she approaches her practice with a holistic, evidenced based and safe methodology. My son was hit, and almost killed, by a car in February of 2024. His accident resulted in traumatic brain injury, which required an immediate crainiotomy, many trips to the ED post discharge for clots, and major reconstruction of his right knee. Mallory knew my son prior to the accident and was more than willing to take on the task of getting him back as close as we could to his baseline. I am happy to report my son is closer than ever to pre accident status and we certainly could not have achieved this without Mallory’s expertise. The fact Mallory is also a certified physical therapist, gave me so much comfort as we embarked on this journey. My family cannot thank her enough ❤️

**Excellent Personal Training Experience!**
I’ve never had a personal trainer before, but finding Aaron (the owner) at Tribe Fitness has been such a great experience! He has tons of certifications and experience, and is worth every dollar. The gym provides a convenient and friendly environment that makes working out enjoyable.

I absolutely love this gym! I recently recovered from an injury and started working my way back to strength training. There is no physical therapist better than Mallory Seal. Not only has Mallory helped me rehab a debilitating herniated disc but she’s helped me significantly improve various other movement dysfunctions and muscular imbalances that were causing me pain and discomfort for years. One of the things I love most about working with Mallory is that every session is a personalized blend of corrective exercises and functional strength training - her library of movements is creative and endless. This is not conventional physical therapy where you repeat the same five boring movements every week. Mallory is incredibly knowledgeable and is always spot on in identifying and addressing any issue. Working with Mallory is the best thing I could’ve done for my body.

This studio is life changing. Kimber is the absolute best. I have had personal training before and no one has been able to tap into my potential the way she has. She really has mastered the ability to push you to your individual limit and also she learns your body well enough to know when to ease back. I recently attended a Saturday morning class with Aaron and it was such a great time. I was challenged but also felt comfortable exploring new workouts. I think my favorite part of this experience was being explained what the workouts were doing for me and which body parts I was meant to be engaging. I’ve been to a few fitness classes and it’s usually just someone telling me what to do but not truly explaining the why and how without making me feel embarrassed. I traveled all the way from NYC for a visit but knew I had to try this out and I can say I will be returning again whenever I’m in the area.

Great experience with owner/operator Aaron Reyes. His knowledge of functional fitness methods and concepts is impressive. As a 54 year old who's been lifting weights since I was in my teens I feel the kettle bell workouts that were suggested will allow me to continue to remain fit while, at the same time, spare me from injuring my joints as I age. Aaron's knowledge of kinetic chain exercises will allow me to reap the benefits of kettle bell circuit workouts to move through life injury free. The facility is clean, sparse and fresh. It has everything needed for a great workout session without all the clutter of a typical gym. I highly recommend becoming a Tribe member and following Aaron on social media for his insights and workouts.
