Two sparrows is the best place to dance! I started doing lyra here back in March and quickly started doing pole too because everyone in the studio is so kind and welcoming. So many amazing instructors and overall a very positive encouraging environment.

Such a lovely, supportive environment!
I enjoy the variety of weekly classes and the opportunity to take workshops with award winning pole instructors from around the world! You can also rent the pole and lyra rooms for an hour (or more!) to do whatever you like or book one on one time with the instructors at the studio for a specialized pole experience. I highly recommend Two Sparrows!

My only issue!!!! Read all policies before signing up folks. Things happen and once they have your money there is no flexibility ( i.e credits or refunds) if you can’t make the classes which includes family emergencies, traffic accidents, weather delays ect.

I moved from Texas to Fredericksburg, VA 6 months ago. It has been hard finding adult dance classes or a place to fit in and I happened to find two sparrows and try it out. I have only taken ONE pole class in Dallas and after coming here, it has been an amazing experience mentally and physically. Ester, Charlie, Hannah, Morgan...to name a few have been extremely patient and awesome!

I'm so happy to have found this studio! I had wanted to try pole for so long but was always intimated. I took a 3 class intro course in Apr 23' and fell in love, not only with Pole, dance, but the amazing people/community at Two Sparrows. I love the diversity, the empowerment, and the friendliness of this studio. If you are looking to get into pole or try something new highly recommend Two Sparrows!

Two sparrows is amazing!!! The first time I had ever stepped foot into this studio I felt so anxious but then everyone was so welcoming & I immediately felt like I belonged there. Every single person you meet is a breathe of fresh air. This is the place to be if you are looking for an outlet from life & want to be in an uplifting environment full of powerful beings!!!!! Two Sparrows is a beautiful studio with an even more beautiful community of dancers and creatives. The staff is phenomenal- responsive, caring, extremely knowledgeable and all around helpful. If you’re looking for classes anywhere from beginning your pole journey to competitive poling this is the spot! As a testament, I gladly drive an hour, at least once a week, just to learn from the incredible instructors. I’ve been to many studios in Virginia so trust me when I say, Two Sparrows is top tier! Do yourself a favor and sign up for a class, like right now:)

This studio is simply magical! Such a beautiful place to dance and every instructor is uniquely amazing. Such a positive, uplifting, and inclusive environment for everyone (and I mean EVERYONE). A magical place.

First of all the studio is gorgeous -- but that's obvious as soon as you see it. Go look at their IG if you haven't yet.
The instructors are all so supportive and give you the cues and confidence to learn how to execute aerial tricks, flow through a dance, and try things didn't know you were capable of. There's an assortment of different classes so you never get bored: Lyra, pole tricks, pole flow, choreography, flexibility, and fitness ...and they are always adjusting/adding based on the interest/demand of what people are wanting).
