Had my first session today and left feeling great. My instructor Celine was kind, attentive and made me feel comfortable even though it has been a while since I’ve did Pilates. Looking forward to my future classes!

My friend and I just completed 10 duet sessions with Instructor Jiyeon, and we couldn’t be happier! Since we’re both pregnant, we decided to try Pilates to help prepare for childbirth. Jiyeon was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, and her guidance throughout the sessions was excellent. I’ve already signed up for another 10 sessions with a the other instructor and will update once I finish those. :)

I strongly recommend this Pilates studio! It was my first time learning Pilates, and while people have various reasons for starting, mine was to improve my bad posture. I recently completed my 10th session, and I can feel that I'm gradually getting better! There are two instructors at this studio, and I've taken lessons from both. They are both great and caring. You might find it challenging at first, but you'll get used to it. It's definitely better than lessons that are too easy. I love this place!

Great experience with an instructor, Jiyeon. She caught my body problems and resolved issues step by step. After 10 sessions of pilates with her, I felt my body was getting fixed and balanced. Highly recommend. I want to try flying yoga next time.

클래식 필라테스가 무엇인지는 잘 모르지만 워낙 다양한 운동을 좋아하는 저에게는 너무 첼린지 하고 힘들면서 재밌기도 한 운동을 이 곳에서 배웠네요. 말로만 파워하우스 하던 그 파워하우스는 조금은? 알 것같은 너무 좋은 스튜디어에요. 지연선생님 너무 파워풀하면서 정확하세요! 최고의
