Owner parks in the fire lane for whatever reason ALL THE TIME. I'll go to dollar tree right next to it and almost always see him parked in the fire lane with the vehicle unoccupied and when told he can't do that he gets snarky and pulls out his sheriff card and says "I'm a sheriff, I know the law."

I've been looking for a gym near my home and Universal Fitness is perfect for me! Plenty of free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment. Each area is clearly marked for Arms, Shoulders, Abs, Arms, Chest, etc. Showers and lockers on site as well as fitness trainers.

Five Stars 🤩 Needed a pop up gym while on our family vacation and this place was perfect!! Plenty of equipment for EVERYTHING and mostly two of everything too! Pleasant atmosphere and loved the personal touch from the owner and managers while there. They genuinely care about people and socialize with their gym family. I grabbed a two week pass for $30 which was very affordable. We will be visiting this gym each year for our family vacation for sure!! Very clean and the other members were very friendly to us “newbies” and we even snagged a free delicious protein brownie! Comfortable supportive gym environment 💜 Definitely would recommend!!

Great locally owned gym. No nonsense, get in and lift weights kinda place. Members are friendly and respectful. All machines are maintained. Bathrooms have showers and are kept clean. Monthly rates. Open 430am to 930pm during the week. (I hit it on the way home from work. ) Saturday 8 to 5, Sunday 11 to 5.

This place is great! I love that it's not too big and that everyone is very friendly. It has a family feel to it. Everyone is very welcoming. This gym has everything you need and you won't find yourself waiting on equipment. The staff is superb! I have no idea where they find such an amazing staff! I've joined other gyms in the past, but I've never gotten so much out of a membership like I have at Universal Fitness. The staff is great, there is plenty of equipment and a great environment for anyone. The trainers are AMAZING. Working with Shaun Moore has totally changed my life. Amazing gym!! Friendly staff and incredible trainers who will change your life; overall, a fantastic atmosphere. A great variety of resistance equipment, dumbbells, and there's ALWAYS a bench available. It's also very affordable! Probably the only gym in the area with no joining fee. I recommend this gym to everyone I meet. It caters to people of all ages (18 & up) and fitness levels.

I have been at Universal since they opened last February. They offer different variety of cardio equipment and enough of it to not have to wait on a piece. They have a large variety of equipment and again enough pieces to not have to wait on a specific piece. They have a great staff, who are knowledgeable about the equipment.
They also offer personal training who are all very knowledgeable.

It's getting to the time of year when people start thinking about their goals for the coming year. If you are looking to add or change your fitness goals check out Universal Fitness. I've been working out there since it opened this past February and love it. There is a large variety of cardiovascular equipment, weight training machines and dumbbells. All the trainers are certified and very knowledgeable. You can workout at your own pace but the trainers are very helpful if you have any questions or you can sign up for personal training sessions at reasonable rates. The membership fee is also reasonable and is done monthly. If you are looking for a place to work out that is reasonably priced, conveniently located, with lots of work out equipment you need to check out Universal Fitness!!

Great lifting gym. Clean and well equipped. Never need to wait for a piece of equipment as there are multiples of the most used types. Dumbbells up to 140 pounds. Feel free to grunt if you want. No judgements here either. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Staff promotes a friendly safe atmosphere for both men and women.
