I am so grateful to have found Nancy's pilates studio. She is the best instructor around. Nancy was a student of Joseph Pilates' protege Romana Kryzanowska very few people in the world have studied under the direct tutelage of Romana. Nancy teaches the body, mind, spirit connection of pilates. Her methods don't just improve your strength and physicality, they also improve your overall quality of life. I could not recommend her enough. I have been going to her class for over 2 years and I absolutely love it.

Nancy changed my life! I never liked working out and I was very out of shape when I decided to take a class with Nancy. She is amazing! She listened to my concerns and she did everything to make sure my goals were met. She helped me correct my posture and my back no longer hurts! She is also few of the Pilates instructors that got trained by Romana herself. Not only is Nancy a great Pilates instructor, she also has a heart of gold and is one of the sweetest person I have ever met. Miss you Nancy!!

Just want to thank Nancy for opening up this studio. I love it and she is a wonderful instructor, explaining everything so well and giving great instructions so I feel like I am doing movements correctly. Having had three disc operations over the past 25 years, my back is not as durable as most. However, since working with Nancy over the past couple of months, my back seems to be stronger and virtually pain-free.

I had never done Pilates before and had no idea what to expect. Nancy was so wonderful! She was very encouraging and gentle,making it feel more like a treat I was giving myself than a chore I was expected to endure. I wasn’t even sure I had done enough until the next day. I wasn’t sore but I could feel that I had used muscles I hadn’t in a while! Nancy is very passionate about her love of Pilates and truly wants you to love it also. I can’t wait to go back!!
