I wish the teachers would pay attention to the kids. My daughter is 5 and she’s in a beginner class. She has no idea what she’s doing and the teachers just walk past her and talk amongst themselves.. I’ve reached out to the director and was told sorry, unfortunately I feel like my daughter is going to hurt herself so we need to find another facility.

Great gym with a wonderful facility, caring/courteous staff and very attentive coaching. The owners take pride in investing in the gym and it shows as soon as you walk through the door. My daughter loves it at VIGS. Highly recommend!

The classes were great and my son had fun but the office is pitiful. They auto enrolled my 4 year in a second set of classes after we signed up for a set of 5 classes. They have been unresponsive to emails and the desk was no help. Two weeks after our first attempted contact we get a condescending email saying "We are sorry that you did not understand VIGS policies when you joined classes."

Predatory tactics to make money from fine print are an awful way to conduct business and take advantage of people. It's my fault for not reading it, but why it's hidden is worse. Be up front about how you charge.

If your young child is actually interested in learning, this is not the place for you or your money. The staff that teach the Monday night beginners classes could not be less interested or involved. Last night one instructor sat on an incline mat starring off into space while the kids invented their own moves around her, not being taught a single thing. The only time I saw her engage was when too many kids were on the springboard at once, which they wouldn't have done if she was actually teaching them anything. Same for most of the other instructors, save one who was visibly trying to teach despite having a boot on her ankle. (The one star is for her.) Also it's concerning that there's no security monitoring anyone that comes in to observe.

This place has always been the best the coaches are amazing and talk to the kids I love it here. I have learned more in 2 years then at any other place. I have been doing gymnastics for most of my life and this is the best place I have ever been to for gymnastics. Lots of space for everything. And also is very clean they clean the stuff after kids use it and they replace the floor to a clean one. The coaches give you great feed back help you with anything. Love it here thanks vigs.

I have been at gymnastics for about 2 years and I took a break and now I am back.This place is amazing I love it so much and the coaches are always there when you need there help.They always give you feed back on what you need to work on and I love that.I would recommend coming here because they help you a lot and the coaches are just so sweet and helpful so thank you VIGS.

My daughter attended there a while ago. She had been there for awhile and was doing great in intermediate. She was placed in advanced and soon began to lose interest. The girls were not that friendly. When she showed interest in learning more and competing the coach shrugged her off and said that's only girls who started in mommy and me classes. I always say a coach can make or break a child and I refused to let her break my child. Happy to say six months later we started back. We took a break and she was ready again. After being with a new school that is encouraging she made the team.
This one particular coach at Vigs showed favoritism. During practice she did not give much assistance to other girls except the one girl consistently. I should have written this review months ago but someone was asking me about the school, so I figured maybe I should now.

We’ve been going to VIGs for over 2 years now with our now 7 year old. My daughter loves this place. She’s not on the team, or any sort of gymnastics prodigy, but she works hard, and the teachers support her and recognize her determination. In the two years she’s been there, she’s gone from not even able to do a cartwheel to now working on spotted back-handsprings and front flips. She loves being able to learn new skills and grow! We’d definitely recommend VIGs to young kids looking to learn more about the sport.

We recently attended a USAG competition here. Small but well equipped facility with staff that was very friendly. Staff did seem overwhelmed and unfamiliar with hosting a gymnastics meet.

I went here 9 years ago, & it was the worst experience ever. The teachers were impatient & showed favoritism towards the more 'advanced' students in the class, which was not helpful for beginners or intermediates. The girls in the class were quite stuck up & mean, & very exclusive. I don't regret my decision to quit AT ALL
