As an individual with advanced age and multiple health conditions, it was essential to find a trainer who comprehends my limitations and can devise a workout plan aimed at enhancing my strength and flexibility while preventing injuries. Tracy was my solution as she created a workout plan which has improved my flexibility, cardio, and core strength. I've known Tracy for a few years but only started training with her early last year. I hit menopause during Covid and thought "this is my life now". Working with Tracy has shown me that it's not just about weight loss. It's about mindset, nutrition, positive energy, the right environment and overall wellness! She meets you where you are and constructs a plan for YOU. There are group workouts as well as personal training but regardless, there are variations with each individual's specific needs. Her training doesn't end when you walk out the studio door. Tracy is there calling, messaging, texting...she is your coach, your trainer, your nutritionist, your accountability partner and especially, your biggest cheerleader. She genuinely cares about her people and it shows. She believes in you and pushes you to work hard & also to believe in yourself. Training with Tracy has been the best
