Omari is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. He got me into incredible shape for my wedding, and after taking a year off, I came back to him to redefine my relationship with fitness and nutrition- and I’m feeling better than ever! His private gym setup is perfect, offering a comfortable and focused environment to train. He has extensive knowledge, gives great feedback, and always knows just how to motivate his clients. His technique cues and modeling have helped me improve so much, and he makes every session both fun and productive. Your goals are his goals and he works hard with you to make them happen. I have worked with a number of trainers throughout my life. Omari is by far the most dedicated, organized, effective, and congenial trainer I have had. He takes the time to really tailor workouts to our needs and listens to our feedback in order to adjust them as needed. I swim, run, and bike for my cardio and the work I have put in with Omari has enabled me to do it with more confidence while helping me avoid injuries and stay balanced both physically and mentally.

My husband trained with him for a month before I joined in. I’ve never had a trainer before but I’ve worked out on my own following some programs online. Despite that though, he still gets me into that mood or zone where I just love and hate him at the same time lol. His workouts are challenging but still realistic. My husband and I train with him at the same time and he makes use of every second to get us drenched in our own sweat! And encouraging us to start/finish together during a set makes it feel like more of a team effort.

Preparing for an adventure
I am a 56 year old Man going on an adventure of a lifetime to the wilderness of Alaska this summer. I turned to my former college soccer student athlete Omari Adderly to direct and prepare me for such an ordeal. Omari was patient in observing my body and applied a holistic approach to steer me in the right direction. He has included cardio, strength, core and nutrition, with an emphasis on flexibility as a foundation for my preparation. I used to be more of a gym person, but Omari at Xtras really made me understand the value of personal training - whether you're doing all personal training sessions or combining it with a gym routine. His workout programs are customized and extend beyond his training facility (which is like having your own private gym) so that you can continue with your program at home or at your gym in between sessions. It's more teaching than just telling, and you can tell Omari is well educated when it comes to fitness and nutrition. He's the kind of guy who is super friendly but will also push you as he learns what you're capable of and what your goals are. Great for athletes or fitness newbies - thanks Omari!

Omari is an excellent fitness trainer. If your looking for a personalized workout to fit in your schedule that you can see results quickly then this is the trainer for you. I'm over 50 and constantly struggling with weight issues that have lead to having pain in my knees. Within two weeks the strength in my legs had enabled me to walk up my stairs free of holding a handrail for stability. I had more energy than I've had in years after these two weeks. Omari encouraged me to do cardio on my own and I'm successfully keeping up a weekly routine in and out of Omari's fitness studio.
