Staff isn't very personable but the quality of the classes are great
My daughter loves going here but I have very little communication with her coach(es) & staff
Also there is never anyone at the front desk to help or be of guidance.

The adult gymnastics program is life changing. I couldn't ask for more. Amazing coaches and wonderful people all around. If you're looking for an adult program, consider here. Everyone is encouraging and welcoming.

We love Xtremeheights Gymnastics. They have knowledge supportive coaches who stay with your gymnast thru the levels and can help them grow. My competitive gymnast and her teammates are a family and it's an overall positive environment. I also have a little in their recreational class who is learning developmental skills and having fun.

The atmosphere at this gym is extremely warm and inviting. They truly care about each gymnast. They support and encourage every gymnast no matter what level they are at. They develop very well rounded gymnasts that are strong mentally and physically. We love XHG!

Terrific gym. My daughter started with the tumble class and loved it so much she is going to join xcel team. Great coaches, they allow you to try classes to find the best fit, and great communication. Highly recommend.

We have been a part of the Xtreme Heights family for almost 3 seasons now. The coaches are positive and uplifting and my daughter and her teammates are like family! Xtreme heights far exceeds our expectations and we are thankful to be a part of such a wonderful program! They offer recreational classes, tumbling classes, 2 different teams to suit your level of needs/commitment, open gym, parents night out, home school classes, mommy & me class, and they even have pole vaulting! We LOVE it here!

We enrolled our daughter in rec classes here about 4 years ago. Before that we attended a few other gyms that just didn't fit my daughter's needs. My daughter started competitive gymnastics here and there is a great balance of love and discipline. My daughter loves it so much here that she wants to go to any extra open gym opportunities on top of her training hours. It is her 2nd home.

Nice family gym with great coaches, positive environment, recommended for kids of all ages and all levels. It has limited office hours, so you might have to wait for a call back, but it's worth.
