The prenatal yoga class with Paula is fantastic! Along with yoga that helped with my pregnancy pains, the class is a wonderful place to meet with other pregnant women. The class starts and ends with conversation. It was a great way to share, commiserate, and learn, especially as a first time mom. Highly recommend for any expecting mamas!!

After baby, I joined the baby and me yoga class. It was equally wonderful. Many of the women I did prenatal yoga with also joined this class. Again, gentle yoga to ease postpartum pain with fun additions to bond with your baby (think yoga with songs and doping poses while holding your baby). Highly recommend!!

If you haven’t had a chance to have a class with Steve Wolf, please make the time. He only teaches Sunday’s at 12:15. He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled and really “teaches”! His students, and he has a loyal following, and YWorks are extremely lucky to have him. He’s a gem!

The staff is super friendly and the classes are unique. I don't feel like you have to be a guru when you walk in the door and all levels are welcome - there's no shame and total welcome. I cannot wait to keep going back!

I was thrilled to learn that there is a YogaWorks in Alexandria and promptly registered for a workshop. When I needed to make an adjustment to my registration, I emailed...and received no response. I called and the number went to the Arlington studio, the kind woman offered to help resolve the problem, and asked me to confirm with the studio manager via email. I emailed the manager directly...and received no response. I have been trying to reach them for 25 days to no avail. The yoga may be fabulous...if you can make it in the door.

I love this studio - for many reasons
It is beautiful, clean, open and intimate! I never commit to anything long term and I have an infinity enrollment. Not because yoga de-stresses me, but because I love my yoga teachers (very caring), the variety of classes and the level of workout that each class provides me. I am in yoga heaven when I take Lewis Hope, Paula Giammarco, Liz Jardim, Chandra Kaur classes. I also enjoy the Pilates class. Lewis’ Wednesday class is a great mid-week energy booster! Chandra has taught me a different level of relaxation! Plus, lots of friendly staff – nice way to start off a class! AND I rarely write reviews.

I appreciate the multiple modalities of yoga taught at Pure Prana. Both locations and the studios within are comfortable. I especially enjoy the Yin practice with Faith. It is a gift to practice with such a thoughtful, graceful, and knowledgeable person. Thank you.
