Our daughter is 8 years old she has been going to Youth Sports for the last 3 years. She has moved through the various practice teams and started her first year on the competition XCEL team this past September. We have personally watched our daughter grow from knowing nothing about gymnastics to being on a team and winning various medals at competitions. We really love what Youth Sports has done to help our daughter grow as a gymnast and as a person in general. Everyone at the gym is very nice and encouraging. We started our 3 year old son as well in January and hope to watch him grow with Youth Sports as well. Coach Shay and Coach Jasmine have been especially encouraging. Coach Mindy is a pro and gets the results out of the children.

My girls do like this place but not for gymnastics reasons but for the friends they made. Beginner girls instructors donβt seem to care about what kids are doing. Didnβt see involvement or adjustments being made when kids were making mistakes they just let it play out and continue to the next kid kinda disappointed

The exercise leaders don't pay attention to detail. Poor form is not noticed or corrected., the leaders r young and Cheap, so u get what u pay for.

The operation needs an upgrade. My kid was referred twice to move from beginners to intermediate class.I left my name and phone number at the front desk on several occasions to be alerted when a time slot opened up. During one of my regular weekly checks in, I found out that they had a slot open (did not get the call). Anyway, I sign my kid up for the long awaited intermediate class and was told she could start on the 29th. Guess what, she was kicked out of class because the payment was for the month of May. The management team needs to be on the same page about their operation. I wasted a day and went home with a disappointed kid. Do better.
UPDATE: I received a call from the owner, who apologized and made it right. Needless to say my kid likes the coaches and does not want to move gyms. So weβre there every week for 2 hours. Thank you.

I'd give zero stars if I could. My experience with this place was disheartening to say the least. I called ahead to inquire about the gyms ability to accommodate kids with ADHD. I spoke to Mindy about a month ago and more recently spoke to another worker to schedule a visit. During both calls I disclosed the situation and both times I was told, it's ok. We attended the trial class today and were not received in a welcoming way. My conversation with Mindy was not pleasant and when filling out the release form the man at the front desk was rude. I ended up pulling my child from the session and leaving. It's unfortunate. If a parent is thoughtful enough to call ahead and have a personal conversation about their child, please be kind enough to let them know you cannot accommodate their child in a respectful way.

We took our 4 year old to try out the gymnastics for toddlers program here and I want to start off by saying that my daughter left in tears. The 2 instructors were very young(highly school age) and looked very bored and unhappy. This was my daughterβs very first time so there was no compassion or praise given to any of the young kids there. There were 15 kids in the class with 2 instructors. They initially told us it was a 6:1 ratio. For us being first timers we would have figured there would be some kind of guidance from start to finish. We had to figure our way thru this process. Very disappointed because we were referred by a friend. The place isnβt very big so get there early or you will be standing the whole time. Donβt forget a stadium chair because the parents sit on bleachers. Very disappointed with my experience. We will try somewhere else that is more professional and organized with their classes and teaching methods.

Disappointing. After my daughter did 2 "lessons" we cancelled. Very disappointed in the "coaches."

My 7 year old was in the Spring Break camp, unfortunately Youth Sports did not do a great job.
When my child had a bathroom accident on the first day of camp, we did not receive a call home. When I picked her up, no staff mentioned her accident (until I asked).
When I picked up my daughter on the last day of camp she told me that she was the only camper to not get pizza at the end-of-camp pizza party. She was somehow overlooked and when she tried to tell an adult, she was told to "sit down unless it's an emergency." She's shy and a rule-follower so she sat down. No staff noticed that she went without lunch (we were told not to pack any since the kids would be having pizza).
Finally, the sign out system was really worrisome. Adults would sign their kids out, then tell staff the child's name - that's it. There was no effort to make sure that I was the parent of the child that I was picking up or that I was an authorized adult.
These were the 3 most alarming things we noticed, but overall the camp was a letdown for our family.

With some interruptions, my daughter has been doing gymnastics here since 2015, and this place has never disappointed us. The gym is clean and the equipment is in great shape (compared to another local gym that we tried, that was dirty, outdated and overpriced). I just watched the staff carefully spray the mats between classes and my daughter loves her coach. She is very shy but this place makes her feel comfortable. I did recommend the gym to a friend and her daughter loves her classes too.

Weβve been to a few gymnastics facilities.. Youth Sports is hands down the best one!! The coaches here are absolutely amazing! They all take there time with each kid and teach them very thoroughly. My daughter gets so excited to come each time and really enjoys it here! I would recommend this place to anyone!

My son loves Coach Nick, who has been doing private lessons for about a month now. My son has learned so much and his current skillset has significantly advanced in a short period of time. My son has a developmental disability, so his methods of learning are a bit unconventional, but Coach Nick has been really accommodating and creative in helping my son learn. We drive about 40 minutes to get to this location, and definitely feel it is worth it. The coaches are engaging, fun, and individualize their lessons to each learner.

Excellent gym.
Early this week, I visited Youth Sports to get some info and to sign my almost-5-year-old up for a trial class.
The woman behind the front desk was helpful in getting us started, and was just the sweetest. My son had a great time at his class, but it was very apparent that he was placed in the wrong group. We should have been placed into the preschool level, but since my son's birthday is so soon, the receptionist placed him with the beginner boys for his trial.
Austin was incredibly patient with my son as he disrupted his whole teaching flow. My son had to be herded to each area, and frequently went off wanting to do his own thing lol...
Austin, I'm so sorry you had to put up with that! We should have been directed toward the preschool level. After the class, I read over the info they'd given me again and saw that there was a specific preschool group for ages 4 and 5 my son would have been much better suited for. I'm not sure why we weren't given that suggestion. All that said, it's a great gym and we look forward to signing my son up for the appropriate level.
