About the Club

Zweet Sport Total Fitness is a boutique style studio in Old Town, Alexandria, offering small group fitness & indoor cycling classes, plus personal training (one-on-one or semi-group training) and nutritional counseling.

Our cycle studio is outfitted with Stages Indoor Bike Technology, enhanced by our stadium-style seating, expert lighting and sound engineering, plus vibrant community.

All of our small group fitness classes offer elements of strength, cardio, power, mobility, and core stability, but each in different ways. That means you can choose what style of class suits your personal fitness goals while maintaining the freedom and flexibility to challenge yourself on a daily basis.

I’ve been taking Heather’s Power30 class at Zweet Sport Fitness for years, and I can’t say enough amazing things about her! The class itself is such a perfect mix of strength training and circuit work — always challenging but fun — and Heather makes every single session something to look forward to.

She’s an incredible instructor: motivating, encouraging, and truly invested in her members. She learns everyone’s name, tailors her coaching to what each person needs, and always offers great modifications or support when you’re dealing with an injury or limitation.

Heather has helped me get stronger and more confident over the years, and I’m so thankful to have her as not only my favorite fitness instructor but also as a friend. She’s the best! 💪

Cannot write enough good things about this studio! I’ve been taking class here for about 5 years and have stayed engaged, motivated and happy with my experience throughout. The classes are well timed and programmed, and I’ve absolutely gotten stronger and seen results with attending the power classes regularly. The cycle classes are fantastic, upbeat and there are a variety of instructors to choose from depending on your difficulty and music preferences. Cannot recommend this locally owned studio enough- best little gem in old town!

I’ve been going here on and off for a couple years now, and I absolutely love it!! The variety and quality of classes are unbeatable, and the instructors are so nice! The class environment is super welcoming, more so than at other group fitness places I’ve been to. I mostly go to Edea’s spin classes and Marja’s Power 45 classes, and I always feel like I get an excellent workout. Also, as someone who hasn’t always been “into” fitness, I think the classes are really fun! Can’t recommend Zweet Sport enough :)

Zweet Sport is a wonderful studio with great energy and awesome instructors. I came here for over a year for personal training with Heather Pritchett. I can’t recommend Heather enough. She is super friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. She personalized my workouts and added variety, which made it easy to show up and be consistent. I am very grateful I found personal training through Zweet Sport and could work with Heather; without them, I would not have been able to achieve my strength training goals!

Fantastic workouts! Each instructor has their own vibe and their own playlist, so no two classes feel the same. It's easy to find classes that matches specific goals like strength or cardio/HIIT. I really love the group workout feel, but also it's easy to make modifications as needed without sticking out. A lot of the classes are only 30 minutes, so they fit nicely even into a busier work week.

The location has changed to 727 N Henry and they now offer more classes, including spin! I found Zweet while being a customer of ClassPass and OrangeTheory. I canceled both memberships and joined Zweet. You can get cardio, strength training and yoga. I couldn’t ask for a more well-rounded fitness company. All the instructors are great. I never get bored.

This is my favorite fitness studio in the area! I often go to Marja's Body Sculpt classes and I'm hooked! The classes are fun and challenging. They are 30 minutes long, so I have zero excuses to skip my work out. Regardless, the classes kick my butt and make me feel so much stronger. Marja is really kind and wonderful. She always works with all of my injuries and gives me modifications. She makes the class fun and makes you feel comfortable no matter what your fitness level is. I am so happy I found this place!

Marja is not only a delightful gal to work with, she is an extremely accomplished and knowledgeable trainer. She makes the workouts fun and knows how to modify for any physical deficiencies and injuries that one might be experiencing. Her fees are extremely reasonable and my workout buddy and I are so delighted we chose her among other trainers that we were considering.

Marja is the perfect compliment to her business partner, Kimberly Landini, who is just as fabulous and accomplished in her yoga practice and instruction at Zweet Sport!

Zweet Sport is a wonderful addition to the Alexandria Fitness Community. They have a tiny, but efficient studio which a wide variety of equipment. Barbells, dumbells, rowing machines, punching bags, TRX straps, treadmill, etc. but most importantly, they have great instructors! I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking for an effective high-intensity workout, led by knowledgeable trainers, and done within 30 minutes.

Just found this gym through Zweet Sport Hot Yoga which I've been going to for 2 years and love. I've been looking for a smaller boot camp/weight lifting class close by my home and this fits the bill! The workouts themselves are different every time I've gone and kit your butt in just 30 minutes. I'm having my husband start up with classes this week so they are great for both sexes. Definitely recommend to give this spot a try!
