Great gym! The ownership is very responsive and picks up the phone when I have questions. The facility is clean, well-kept, and has everything I need — two squat racks, a solid range of free weights and a good mix of machines and cardio equipment.

This gym has changed hands recently and lots of improvements are in place, with more coming! The owners are nice and I like that it's locally owned. All the machines are very clean and I haven't had to wait to use one yet. They also offer a variety of classes. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a gym!

First visit — great experience!
Checked out this gym for the first time and had a great experience. Clean space, good vibe, and it wasn’t busy at all — which is always a plus. I didn’t have to wait for any machines or equipment.
They’ve got some really nice gear, including a few machines I hadn’t seen before, which was a cool surprise. Everything seemed well-run and smooth. Looking forward to coming back!

My wife and I love this gym. We joined about a year ago and have seen it change for the better. We love the new staff and the social media has been fun to participate in. I'm telling my friends to come join here!

My wife says the bathrooms are clean and she loves the steam room. Overall a super nice gym and we're stoked to be a part of it.

I've been coming here for a little over a year. New management is super nice! Equipment is upgraded to new stuff and it has undergone renovations. The facility is kept immaculate and clean. The area has also changed for the better. I am super thrilled to be able to lift here!

The sauna is nice and the showers are perfect too. Overall a great place to work out!

This gym is very nice. It is clean and has modern high-end equipment. You can watch the TV while working out. There are plenty of very nice clients that are sociable, so it's easy to ask about things at the gym. I recommend checking out this place. You're going to be impressed. Nice, clean gym. Not busy at all. Good variety of cardio and exercise machines, barbells, dumbbells, and more to get a full body workout. Machines look new. Bathroom was really clean with a couple shower stalls and a sauna, and lockers to keep your belongings safe. I'm from out of town and would definitely come back!

This gym is the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. It’s always spotless, the vibe is motivating, and the equipment is next-level, and some of it you won’t find anywhere else. This is hands down the best gym in Burien. 206 Fitness is super clean, private, and open 24/7 so I can work out whenever I want. The equipment is all brand new, always cleaned and taken care of, and the lighting and vibe just make you want to train. Theres’s a steam room, which almost no gyms around here have.

What I really love is the energy. It’s a private gym, so it attracts people who are serious, respectful, and on the same page. Good vibes only. And if anyone ever causes problems, it’s handled right away. If you’re looking for a gym that actually cares and creates a solid environment, this is it.

I’ve been going to this gym for years and can honestly say it’s one of the better gym experiences I’ve had. Don (the owner) makes sure you’re taking care of with any concerns you may have. The equipment is always clean and I never had to worry about waiting my turn to use something as there’s such a great variety to be used. Definitely recommend going here if you’re on the fence about hitting the gym!
