Brand new gym, was open about 4 months, then closed with no word on reopening, no contact from the corporate honchos, other than charging me twice for a gym that isn't even open. Contact with an actual person is apparently not possible. I wouldn't recommend this company (24 hour fitness) even if you held a gun to my head. Totally dissatisfied and disgusted with 24 hour fitness and it's blatant greed.

Well drove by the other day and there is a new company sign. I guess this location was sold to another gym. No notice to any of the members in the area? They better be canceling out the contracts!

This particular location (South Hill Puyallup) is great. Because no one goes there and it’s brand new. However, as someone else noted, I just got hit with their annual fee, as well as the monthly fee. I must have missed it in the very very fine print. So while I have a fine time at this location, the company as a whole doesn’t do a good job.

Started off great every week there is less and less instructor led classes and more "virtual" classes. Disappointed that I now have only 2 class options to fit my work schedule. Almost all classes now start before 6pm when prior there was almost always a 6:30 and some days 7 pm option.

Great gym. Extremely clean and well taken care of. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the disorganization of the plates. Drives me up a wall that people put 2 or 3 different size plates on each rung. You have to dig through them to get to the one you need or even go on a scavenger hunt to find them sometimes. Label the rungs or something please!

I just join this place a few days and I noticed the water pressure in men bath room and swimming place is so weak.
Also there is no swimsuit water extractor in place.
Hope they will fixed both issues.

Been going here for a couple of months. Always clean, lots of cardio and weights to chose from. Staff is always very friendly. And I loveee that they are open 24/7!

Gym is quiet and clean; not a meat market like the gym in Sunrise Center. Staff friendly and folks workout and not stand around hoarding equipment.

Plus close to my house and convenient; get in/out anytime I like without waiting around.

The gym itself is alright, but when I signed up I was told there was a "free guest friday", which is part of the reason I signed up. But I try to bring a friend in yesterday, and I'm told "that was an event for August, but we can get your friend in for a $25 drop in fee (half the price of membership for one day) or we can get started on signing him up for membership." We left. I'm very upset that the way I was told about the guest friday was not that it was limited time, but that it was something they always had. Now I feel like I should cancel my membership because I was lied to. You dont lie to get more customers.

Don’t usually leave reviews but I feel like the reviews so far don’t represent this place well. The staff is always very friendly and smiling when I walk through the door. I’ve never been pressured to buy anything from them and somebody said it’s dirty but it’s literally all brand new equipment so that’s a lie... I’ve gone to about 10+ different 24’s over the years and this one is one of my favorites for sure! :)

I don't have a lot of gym experience. I joined the Y over a year ago and recently made the change to 24 when they opened. They have only been open since Saturday and so far, I'm wondering if I made a mistake. I get emails, text messages and on Saturday a trainer did a "free" evaluation all with the intention of selling me a personal training package. I just want to go and workout, I don't want to be constantly hounded to buy more. I hope it's not always going to be like this. Update: I just subtracted a star. I have been trying to use the app they keep pushing and have NEVER been able to log on. I sent an email to the company; received a notification to give them 72 hours to get back with me. It has been 7 days and I haven't heard a word. The other night I asked the guy working the front desk about my problem with the app. He just shrugged and said, "I can't help you. Sometimes it works for me and sometimes it doesn't. I don't know what to tell you." My frustrations are growing.
