I absolutely love 30 Minute Hit! I’ve tried normal gyms on and off for the last 12+ years and I never kept up with it because it’s hard to know what workouts to do and I was never motivated enough to actually get there. I also always felt self conscious about other people watching me while I worked out. Well 30 Minute Hit has taken care of all of that! It’s a women-only circuit based gym and you always go in the same order. No need to figure out what workout you’re doing that day because it’s all laid out for you. While all the stations are the same, there are many different combos and forms you can do as you get better. I also love the energy from all the trainers there. They are so motivating and they make sure you’re working hard but in an encouraging way! When some stations started getting easier for me they had me switch it up so I’m always challenged. It’s also super close to me which is a huge plus. I like how there aren’t any set classes so you can go any time during their operating hours and get your 30 minute workout in. Each station is 2 min and you have 15 seconds between each one. It goes by quickly and I always feel so accomplished and strong! They do a free trial workout so you can actually go through the circuit to try it out. I really liked that because it gives you a sense of what the structure is and how you get personalized feedback without paying extra for a personal trainer. Also, I have zero kickboxing experience and hadn’t had a stable workout routine in a year or two, and I still felt supported — I never feel judged or incompetent for even a second.
And the playlists are great! Overall it’s such a great community and I’m super glad I joined.
Also: I mentioned it’s women-only gym. The co-owner, DeWayne, is an exception but he’s super fun, professional, and I’ve never felt uncomfortable or unsafe at all. The building itself has covered windows and the doors are very tinted/mirrored so you can’t see the inside of the building from outside. I liked that aspect too. They have a small corner where kiddos can hang out during a workout and there’s also an arcade next door for the older kids!

The trainers are super kind and attentive and knowledgeable. They keep you moving but in a way that motivates and is healthy for you as an individual. The facility is clean, in great condition and inviting. I feel safe and relaxed working out here.

When I decided to join 30 minute Hit it was because I figured 30 minutes I could do, I would force myself to go and get it over with. What I wasn’t expecting was to enjoy it so much! I have found myself excited to go and missing it on days I can’t go. DeWayne, Veronica, and Sierra are all amazing, They motivate and challenge you. I love the welcoming , judgment free space. It fits in to my chaotic schedule and I feel so accomplished. I have never consistently worked out and I’m now there 3/4 times a week. If you need something different and something that works I would give it a try!

If you want to have fun while you workout, this is the place to be. Not only do you get a great workout, but also a rush of energy and tons of encouragement to push yourself. Veronica, Dwayne and Sierra are tremendously helpful. This circuit works out your whole body. In thirty minutes you crush a workout 🏋️♀️ and you are able to go about your day. Check it out!!

30 Minute Hit is absolutely amazing. I have tried so many different apps and gyms, then found this gym and it has honestly changed the game for me. The owners and the staff there are so amazing and they are there to guide you and motivate you. First place I have been where I don't feel judged or uncomfortable. If you are a woman and this is something you are looking for you should definitely go in and try their free trial they offer. I highly recommend this gym!

This is my favorite place to be. Since joining hiit I’ve noticed feeling more confident and overall regulated. High intensity really gave me the opportunity to learn strategic self defense while understanding how to regulate my stress response. Veronica and DeWayne are very passionate owners who truly care for the community. I can’t recommend their studio enough. I have adored every trainer they’ve had on their team and look forward to every opportunity I have to go in for a circuit. If you’re scared to join, my advice would be to take that leap and try it. Give yourself a solid month to give this place a shot because they will invest their time and heart into your outcome. You won’t regret it.

I cannot recommend this gym enough! The trainers/owners are so friendly and welcoming - everyone here is supportive and all encourage each other to give it their all. Whether you’re new to working out, or are a veteran at the gym - there are always new challenges and techniques to try out. If you’re hesitant to give this place a shot, please try the trial session; I was scared but made the decision to join and I haven’t regretted it since (been a member since March of this year)! :)

I’ve played sports, rugby, rowing, softball, distance running, karate…my whole life until a knee injury. Three surgeries later, I’m carrying more weight than ever and my previous sporty endeavors are not an option.

They love to add special challenges for me to work on and give me constructive tips on how to improve my form for a better hit. Amazing instructors and amazing fellow kickboxers! You can tell this is a great spot by the fact that almost everyone you encounter has been coming for years. The instructors are so friendly with great attitudes and they’re attentive to my limits, especially Sierra. For me, this is the right balance of independent workout while still having pros keeping an eye on you and come over to fire you up when your energy flags. It’s a perk that it’s a circuit rather than scheduled classes, as well, so I can just swing by whenever I have time.
For what it’s worth, the employees are also really candid and not salesy about costs of joining, which is more than I can say for most gyms and studios I’ve worked out at. A+ experience all around!

Truly a fantastic workout with excellent trainers! Having no experience, I was a bit intimidated going in, but the trainers teach, motivate, and challenge in incredibly supportive ways every session. Firstly, I have to admit that a FB ad asked if I’d like to try a free trial session at 30 Minute Hit and after pondering for a moment, I replied, well yes I would FB, thank you very much! Doh! Dang FB ads!! But this one turned out well, unlike the mascara from China that was supposed to make my lashes super lush and long. 😂
I’m late 40s, generally pretty fit and was already working out multiple times a week. I figured it wouldn’t be that difficult. I was humbled. 😋. It was super challenging! And that’s why I signed up.
I appreciate the female only aspect, as it fosters a focus on female wellness and well-being, not on how we look to men. Meg is the trainer usually there when I go in and she is da bomb! She’s like a compassionate, kind drill sergeant. 🥰. She doesn’t let me be lazy, but always checks in to see if there’s anything physically or energetically that might require adjustments to my workout, harder or more gentle. Veronica and Dwayne, the owners, are both delightful as well. Dwayne has had to fill in here and there for the regular trainers and he is a wealth of info in technique and really fine tuning the moves to get the most out of it. It’s kind of a love/hate feeling. 😂. But isn’t that what one wants from a trainer?? I’ve never been a gym person, but this gym is even cool for introverts like me. I‘ve been going for about 4 months and have noticed a serious uplevel in my strength and physical power. Yeah, I’m pretty much Wonder Woman now. Love this place and highly recommend!!

I LOVE this place! It's a great workout every time and the trainers and owners are so wonderful to work with. Being a women's only establishment is great. You can tell that everyone feels comfortable wearing what they like without the fear of judgement or unwelcome comments; a refreshing break from traditional gyms! I really love that the trainers represent many different body types and personalities.
During my trial, one of the owners, DeWayne, asked my permission to touch my shoulders to correct my form. A simple thing to do that really made me feel comfortable and respected. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Amazing environment . The trainers are so encouraging and are very helpful. They are very considerate of your goals and ask every time you go in, on what you’d like to focus on. I havent been able to get myself to be consistent at the gym because i never had a gym partner and had no one to fix my form. Ever since I started the Hit program, ive become more consistent in working out. Even on days that I mentally dont feel good, I get myself to the studio physically and the rest of the 30 mins Im able to push through because of the trainers! I never thought id be able to lose weight and gain muscle but I am at my best shape and cant wait to improve more!

I have gym shopped for a long time, and most of the time the classes offered were at times that didn't work for me, or weren't what I was looking for. This circuit style drop in program basically allows you to go in whenever you're ready to, and it's only 30 minutes! Though it's an intense 30!
After just 4 sessions I'm already feeling changes in my body! All the instructors are super knowledgeable and friendly. After 2 major injuries that kept me from intense workouts for years, I'm finally feeling like I'm gaining strength back! They push you in the nicest way! I cannot recommend this place/this routine enough!

I joined 30 minute hit a little over a year ago and I have to say that it is up there at the top with one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. . Not only I am physically happy with my body, but I'm also in the best space mentally that I have been in years. The owners are wonderful and so knowledgeable about health and fitness. After college, I did free trials at every gym in town until I found one that didn’t feel like just a workout, it felt like fun! I was hooked right after my trial. Everyone who works at this gym is incredibly kind and well-trained. The atmosphere here feels body-positive and body-inclusive, with a focus on power, strength, and how you feel rather than how many calories you burn- that said, the workout is great! This place works for me because I love that I get semi-personal training and the workout always starts on my schedule. 10/10 would recommend.

This 30 Minute Hit location is the absolute best. Throughout the last year we have all struggled and have been incredibly anxious about COVID-19 and the safety of each space we enter into. After several months of being closed this location opened up to those who felt safe enough to go into that space to workout. At the time they were not requiring masks and I expressed this concern to them and they offered to put a hold on my account for 3 months so we could see where we stand then. Unfortunately, our community experienced a growth in COVID-19 cases and thus the gym needed to close for the safety of others. They again did not charge during this time and continued to produce online courses for those motivated enough to do the workouts from home. They have now reopened again and are now requiring masks in addition to all their other safety precautions they have implemented! I could not be more excited to return to the space and knock out all the stress I have been building up over the last year. I have felt well informed throughout this entire process and was always aware of the expectations from me if I was in a space where I needed to cancel. My only note I would make is I wish they were open more evenings, but with time I assume that will happen. Please come support this business! They are lovely and the workout is amazing, even with the mask on!

The first thing that attracted me to 30 min HIT was that it was an all women’s gym. You can’t find that anywhere else in Bellingham. It was also super important for me as a single mom to find a place I could bring my child. I’ve had some experience with high intensity interval training too and loved it, so I just had to give this a shot. Best thing about it, it was ONLY 30 mins and no set class time! After the free trial, learning that it was a complete full body workout with a trainer there to push me all the way through, I was hooked! Not to mention that I felt like a complete badass after punching and kicking some bags! 🔥 No more having to spend over an hour in the gym to make me feel like I got a good workout or thinking about what I had to do when I got there. At HIT, I get a challenging workout every single time. I’ve been going for almost a year now and it’s still not easy! I can’t say that I’ve ever loved going to workout as much as I do now. I feel like I was talked into the membership when I came in for my trial. I thought I could make it work and it would be good for me. I was rarely ever able to come in because of the odd hours they keep and because of that, it was hard to keep up with the pace of the workouts, which made it even harder to get myself to go in on a regular basis.
Then, when my AmeriCorps volunteer term ended, and I wasn't able to find another job and I was quickly running out of funds, they did not give me an alternative to sending the rest of what I owed to collections. I understand that I signed a contract, but I feel like not being able to find a job is a good reason to be flexible with a contract, or at least offer an alternative. I really wish that they'd had a 6 month contract to begin with because that's much more reasonable than a year.
If you're not 100% sure that you can afford this and go during the hours they are open, do not sign up.
Edit: they also bribe their clients into giving 5 star reviews as a way to win prizes like tablets.

Best gym EVER!!! I couldn't ask for a better place to drip sweat! The trainers are by your side the whole way through motivating to do your best with every hit. I can already tell I'm stronger and fitter. This is not only an amazing work out and gym but it's a great community of women who you get to shar successes with. As a yoga junkie, I was a little skeptical about a boxing circuit. After my first round I was hooked. Using strength, stamina, and focus, you will no doubt find that post-workout-glow similar to that of a runners high. I have been coming to the 30 Minute Hit in Bellingham for about 3 months now and have toned my arms, and got my cardio stamina up tremendously. The best part, is that it only takes 30 minutes.

I've been going to 30 Minute Hit Bellingham for over a year and still get a killer workout every time I walk through the door. I love that it's a full body workout and only takes 30 minutes. No matter your fitness level, you can complete the whole circuit and get a great workout. The trainers are very friendly and encouraging. They help me maintain good form and know when to switch things up to challenge me!

Bellingham 30 Minute Hit has changed my life. I went in a year ago for a free trial because I knew that I needed to get active, and it was the only women's only gym in the area I could find. My only regret is that I waited a week more to join.
The workout pushes me, but also allows me to see progress. Before the Hit, I would try something, fail, and then decide that I was "just not good at that" and give up. The Hit showed me that if I keep at it, I can get better at something. I also have more confidence in every aspect of my life now because I know what I can do and what I can get myself to do. I feel so much better about myself. It's also had the nice side effect of helping me lose a few inches and gain some muscles, too. :)
The trainers and owners here believe in what they do, and they believe and care about their members, and it shows. You won't regret trying this place out.
