I've been training 1:1 with Adaeze for about a year now, but I've been attending her classes and events at the gym, lululemon, and with Free Flo Fit for at least 3 years if not longer.
There are no words for how amazing training with Adaeze is, but I'm going to try. Her energy and passion is unmatched. She is absolutely who you want to go to if you are looking for knowledge, inclusion, encouragement, and all around fun, to keep you moving forward on your fitness journey.
Being able to train with a black-women owned business in Woodinville, WA has been one of my greatest joys since moving to the greater Seattle area.
If you are looking for in person personal training, online training, or even corporate wellness, Adaeze is who you should hire. No questions asked.

I cannot recommend Ada enough! Her women’s-only weightlifting classes have been such a game-changer for me. Not only have I gained strength and confidence, but I’ve also felt truly empowered in every session. One of the most special experiences was being able to bring my daughter along to witness such a positive and uplifting environment filled with strength and self-assurance.
Ada’s mobility classes are equally amazing—I always leave feeling refreshed, aligned, and stronger. And her Afrobeat mobility and step class? Pure joy! It’s such a fun and energetic way to move, and her enthusiasm is contagious.

Adaeze is absolutely amazing! I did the 30 day squatober challenge and it was such a great experience! She was sooo encouraging and created a wonderful accountability environment via WhatsApp. Her daily messages were super motivating and she provided an open door for any support that we needed. I train with Adaeze weekly & attend group classes when I can! She has an incredible knowledge of functional exercise to help you in your daily life and on body recomposition/weight loss. She will push you very hard but be your biggest cheerleader. Incredible trainer and I highly recommend doing even just her online trainings & challenges. A true trainer who wants too see and help you succeed

I participated in a 30 day challenge with Adaeze and it was one of the first challenges like this that I actually stayed on track and felt great while doing it! Adaeze created a community of accountability that was motivating, inclusive, and added a level of fun to the work. The “how to” videos were super helpful and always showcased different modifications to make sure I could meet the challenge where I was at for the day. I was so happy I signed up for this challenge and look forward to participating in similar work in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Adaeze has a personality/energy that will brighten up any room she walks in! I’ve attended her strength & mobility classes in person & have recently completed her Squatober Challenge that was held virtually via a Whatsapp group. Whether the training environment is in person or virtually, Adaeze is great with providing support, encouragement, and takes the time to teach proper mechanics. Adaeze is community driven & is excellent with training individuals of all fitness levels. She’s a trainer I highly recommend!

Wow wow wow. I don’t have enough words to describe what an amazing trainer and more importantly beautiful person Adaeze is. I just finished her squatober challenge and her support and knowledge is off the charts. In 30 days I went from being a professional couch potato to completing 250 squats and lost a pants size. I started Adaeze's Squatober Challenge (October2024), and it was everything I was looking for! My word of the year was discipline, and this challenge gave a wonderful outlet to be consistent with my health and wellness. The group chat was amazing, and she brings such wonderful energy and community focused vibes. Also, the modifications and videos came in SO clutch, and I was able to check my progress with each movement. I didn't want to do it every day, but I just kept hearing Adaeze say, "It doesn't matter how you do it, listen to your body and Get It Done!"
I have also taken her mobility afro dance fitness workshops, and those are fun too! You will sweat, but you will feel good while you're doing it! Can't wait to see what other programs she has to offer!

I did the Squatober challenge with Ada, and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience! 😄 Apart from her amazing energy and friendliness,
I did the challenge so that I can get into the habit of working out regularly, and loved the whatsapp group she set up for all the people doing the challenge!
Seeing everyone posting their videos talking about how a challenge was, and everyone posting that they completed the challenge throughout the day, gave me the strength to push through and finish mine. She gave us encouragement and form videos on top of the daily videos showing us what we were doing and how to do it!
I also loved the fact that we could do the challenges pretty much anywhere, and not only at home or in a gym... I found myself doing the sets in a park, in a parking lot, really anywhere I had some space and a little bit of time to complete a set. Microworkouts are definately my thing! 💪🏾
I felt soooo supported throughout the whole process and this helped me really do the Squatober challenge successfully! 😍 I cant wait to work on another of her programs with her! 🤗🤗

Adaeze is truly an amazing fitness coach and trainer! I have struggled with being motivated to workout, stay active and to eat healthy. Because of how caring she is with her clients, supporting them every step of the way and always providing encouragement, I feel more determined to have a healthy lifestyle for as long as I possibly can. I really appreciate how Adaeze not only challenges myself and others through her program (burning over 250 calories in a dumbbell workout in the span of 30 minutes.. what??), she also provides her own testimony and insight on how her fitness journey has been.
