I've been to six workouts now and loving it here! Challenging but adaptable classes allow me to push myself while modifying for an ankle injury. Really supportive, welcoming environment. Definitely recommend!

UPDATE 11/28/23 : coming up on a year since I started my fitness program with Agate Pass Fitness! I’m feeling better than and looking better than I have in years!

At 74 years of age I had doubts but Julie, Mike and my gym buddies supported me and continue to encourage me to keep working at it.

The Social aspect has been as rewarding as the fitness! My wife started working out here over 1 1/2 years ago and loves it! She does the HIIT program 3 days/week. They have other programs and start times throughout the day. But I am reviewing the 9:00am HIIT program.

As a '23 New Year's resolution, I started attending with her at the 9:00am sessions. It's a small group of less than 12 and the workout is both aerobic and strength. They call it HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training and it's fantastic.

The owner/trainer/leader is Julie and she's amazing! She helps you get started without performance pressure and the others are very accepting - no pressure to keep up with them. Some folks have been working out here since they opened.

Just do it! It's good for you and they make it fun...

Love, Love, Love this community ❤️. I was hesitant to go as I haven't tried CrossFit or group fitness classes before. I LOVE(D) it!! The workouts leave me sweaty, and happy. I've lost 30 pounds since joining a couple months ago. Coach Julie kept me accountable and checked in when I didn't show, which is exactly the motivation that I needed. She also has an easy to follow meal guide. Highly encourage you to join. I have locked hips rn which I'm working on with my PT, but I can still participate in the daily WoDs 💪💪💪🌞

I just finished the 6 week challenge and it has been the best thing I could do recovering from a back injury. My core is the strongest it’s ever been.
I’ve lost 15 pounds, and fit pants I haven’t fit in years.
Julie and Mike really know what they’re doing! Super positive and encouraging and also know exactly how to push you to accomplish the goals you agree to. Accountability is great and something I really needed and they are experts at providing that.

I’m back at Agate Pass Fitness after a minor surgery in December and it has been great.
Mike and Julie allow me to scale the workout of the day (WOD) and carefully monitor my form to prevent further injury.
It’s a real family atmosphere, and all of the athletes encourage and help each other meet their personal goals.
I’m so glad to me back.

Brand new to this area, I happened to see the sign off State Hwy 305 so I stopped in and am I glad I did! I hadn’t done a thing for almost a year bc of Covid, travel across country to new work base and death in family. When I called Julie, one of the owners, she took the time to make me feel welcome and I especially liked their view of inclusivity! It is hard , no doubt, but now two months in, the best decision I’ve made this Spring and my overall health, flexibility, balance and sleep and much more has greatly improved!
If you’re looking for a great, welcoming community, this is it!

Love Agate Pass CrossFit!! Colby, Mike and Julie run a wonderful, safe gym. They have created a community among all of the members and it feels like family. I have seen Colby interact with his dog Ginger and he would never do anything to hurt her or any animal! Check it out! If you are into fitness, you won’t be disappointed.

I walked through the doors of APF 8-7 years ago. I was a runner and played competitive sports growing up but after becoming a mom I found myself overweight and wanted to get myself back in shape. I did numerous fad diets, P90X, Insanity, kickboxing classes, running on treadmills, and not really getting any results. With three month I looked in the mirror and saw tone and definitions and wanted to see what another three months would look like so I continued. Also, within that three months I found mentors through my coaches and started bonding with and forming everlasting friendships with other athletes from all walks of life. Within I year I decided I wanted to to learn to coach and complete. So my coaches helped me study taught me coaching cues and athletes and I began to compete in CrossFit competitions across Washington. I have been a coach now at Agate Pass for 6 years and why? Because of the community of athletes at the gym. The environment is warm and welcoming and everyone is there for the various goals; However, the friendship and bonds formed are AMAZING. If you are looking for a gym with coaches, coaching to help you obtain your goal and want to help you succeed I suggest stopping by and you will instantly feel the warm environment of kind welcoming humans.

I wouldn’t trade Agate Pass Fitness gym even if I have one closer to home. It’s worth driving every morning . Our Coaches are enthusiastic, engaging , well prepared and more importantly makes u feel like a family. We have a diverse group, and athletes are nice to one another like a friendly community. Great family owned and run gym. Everyone is welcome no matter what their fitness level. Formerly only a CrossFit gym it has expanded to offer hiit and yoga. Consistently adjusting the schedule to accommodate our ever changing covid restrictions.

I take Aerial Yoga classes at Agate Pass Fitness. The gym is always clean and everyone is so friendly. They take covid procedures seriously, with temp monitoring, distancing, sanitizing and open bay doors. If you're looking for some good stretching, balance, grip strength, etc. Check out their aerial yoga program by Shannon Gill!

I thought I worked out hard on my own. HA! The programming at Agate Pass pushes me far beyond what I do on my own. Working out with a group of people, all striving to work their hardest, helps to push me to do more in every workout. The HIIT classes cannot be beat! Dropped in for about two weeks while I was town, and was so happy I chose Agate Pass Crossfit. I felt welcomed by members and coaches right away and got in a few training sessions with the coaches as well. The facilities and the equipment are top notch.
