I’ve been a a member of this gym for almost a year. All the trainers are very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. This has been very valuable for me because they will adapt programs to my specific needs that align to my PT goals. I highly recommend this local and women owned business. They do this because they love what they do and want their members to achieve their for long term fitness goals.

As a new person to the Port Orchard area, I was looking for a community of wonderful and open minded people as well as top-notch physical health support. Annapolis Fitness & Performance has helped me to find confidence in my body’s ability that I didn’t know I had, and has very resourceful coaches that help to accommodate each person‘s needs. I have injuries that I have to be cautious of when at the gym and I’ve been able to find ways to work with those in place. Sydnie and Kristi are wonderful owners and are great folks to talk to if you’re curious about giving this a try.

I joined AF last March (2023)...out of shape and starting cold, but have been going strong since and I feel great. The team/family that Kristi & Sydnie have cultivated is absolutely superb. Workouts are challenging and effective for any fitness level, but the culture truly sets this place apart. As Kristi promised from day one, "we'll do the thinking, you just put in the effort", and it works!! Apart from the physical gains, AF motivates you to want to achieve YOUR personal best. So stop reading and sign up already...you can thank me later. ; )

If you’ve started…and then stopped…exercising many times in your life, AF is the place for you! This is the longest I’ve ever stuck with an exercise routine and the most fit I’ve been in decades. What makes me keep coming back? The trainers are positive, personable, and encouraging. The workouts are planned out for you, so all you need to do is show up. The other members are friendly. The gym is clean and the owners invest in their equipment. The workouts are HARD (in a good way) but not intimidating. Give it a shot!

I’ve been a member of many gyms, from CrossFit, other class style gyms, to conventional gyms, to exclusively working out with personal trainers at multiple locations.. and nothing compares to AF. The sense of community and support of the staff AND members is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The trainers are all so knowledgeable and willing to help cater a workout to what’s best for YOU and your body, at whatever fitness level you might be at or injuries/limitations you may have. Being a member of this gym has improved both my physical and mental health in more ways than I knew I needed! Thank you AF!

his gym is fantastic! Everyone is so welcoming. The trainers really get to know you and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. They are always there to help me modify an exercise in class that I'm not quite ready for considering I am about 100lbs overweight. Since joining, I have an incredible amount of energy and cannot wait to see even more body changes. I am finally not scared of my scale. Assistance with my nutrition has really been outstanding and easy to configure into my life. Thank you AF!.

I have been working out here for a short while now, and have already seen a massive improvement in my overall strength and fitness.

The trainers are attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely skilled. They will flex their workouts to help you, ensure you are working properly, and guide your progress closely.
And that doesn't even factor in the atmosphere! The members and the staff are friendly and helpful, and strive for each other's success. It feels like you are a part of a big team and you are all working towards the same goal.

I have to say, I am both impressed by and thankful for this establishment. If you have ANY fitness goal at all I guarantee you the trainers at this facility can get you there.

I can’t say enough great things about Annapolis Fitness Center. From the team…specifically, Kristi, Sydnie and Alison who really cared about me to the classes themselves! Each class is unique in itself…a combination of bootcamp, a regular gym and Orange Theory. I wish they would open up one near my home in California…there’s just nothing like it and I will truly miss it!

Best gym EVER!!! This is for people who like classes - and a huge variety of them! Body Pump, Body Combat, RPM (spin), Yoga, and so many more! The trainers are awesome; they take time to get to know you by name, and you’re guaranteed to make friends in the classes. Literally the most supportive and effective gym I’ve ever been to. My favorite place to work out! Other members and trainers quickly become like family and are all there lending unwavering support and motivation. There is such a diverse class list that there is truly something for everyone no matter what you're interested in trying. The instructors are phenomenal and encouraging. I had never taken a cycling class before and I had a blast. My favorite class is the Body Combat class taught by Sandy. It is intense but super rewarding. I love coming here and I'll definitely continue.
