Anytime Fitness in Quincy is hands down one of the best gyms around! The facility is always spotless, and you can tell they take cleanliness seriously. The equipment is top-notch, well-maintained, and there’s a great variety—whether you're into strength training, cardio, or functional workouts. I love how versatile everything is, making it easy to switch up my routine. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s a great place to get a solid workout in. Highly recommend! I decided to update my review that I left a month ago. I’m keeping the one star. The manager Alyssa was still rude,unprofessional and honestly a horrible person to speak to when we called about why we were still getting charged. The conversation led to real concerns about my finances being mixed up with another client. People can be nice but it doesn’t mean they weren’t extremely rude to others but I hope she took it as a learning experience in customer service and client management. The cancellation process is horrible and we were still dealing with it months after we called to cancel before our membership was to be renewed. They did give me a refund check of $19.95 so thanks.

I love this gym! Most importantly, it's always clean and the variety of equipment + free-weights is top notch! The staff is super friendly, understanding and eager to help those in need! Alyssa, the manager... is an amazing asset to this location! She has always been super understanding and knowledgeable whenever I've had a question concerning my membership! Highly recommend this Anytime Fitness location, as I've been to many across the country!

I love this gym! I’ve been a member since day one. Alyssa and her staff go above and beyond for their members. Any questions, concerns, feedback they are quick to listen and help. Gym is always so clean and kept up well. I’ve always 100% felt so welcomed and they always make sure to help me with anything I need. Had an issue with billing over the summer and had trouble getting ahold of an employee to fix it. Came in today and the met the owner and he was so nice and more than took care of it for me. Happy to support this business.

Love this gym! Great customer service and always responsive with any questions, feedback or concerns. The gym is always clean and the employees acknowledge you when you enter and leave the gym.

When a workout machine is broken, this gym makes sure to get the item fixed in a timely manner. There is also, a self pay vending machine with all your pre-workout, protein and snack needs, which is amazing!

Personal training here was fantastic. I worked with Braulio for two months and am really proud of my progress. I had old injury concerns that he was mindful of, and helped me improve without re-injuring myself.

I travel a lot around the country for work, I keep an account open with anytime since it’s so accessible mostly everywhere I go. The staff in particular in this one is amazing, super welcoming and most importantly equipment always properly maintained. Also one of the cleanest if not the cleanest anytime in the state.
