It's sad how neglected this gym has become. I hardly see any staff around anymore and trust me I go different times and still no sign of a member in sight. The bathrooms smell like urine; they never restock the wipes. Nothing compared to the Wapato and moxee gym, super clean and with staff member present! It looks like they hired a young teenager to do the cleaning because you guys definitely don't deep clean that gym. Please make a change

Have been going to Selah and Troutdale locations! Such friendly people! Encouraging! Group of people just wanting to be healthy. Great gym. Haven’t had a problem with staring or odd people! Feels like a home gym.

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership many time calling, and calling. Everytime I show up staff is not there. I called Union gap somebody answered and I told them if they can forward the message to cancel my membership in selah since that’s where I got my membership and she did supposedly and I got charged today. This was a month ago I don’t know why you guys make it so hard to cancel a membership! It’s ridiculous

Gym staff is responsive when you want to sign up and nothing after that. When you want to cancel they make it impossible and do not respond to any calls or emails while continuing to charge. My only option was to do a stop charge through my bank (which I had to pay for) to block them from charging me. Because I don't have any confirmation of successful cancelation, even with proof of all the times I tried to contact them, I will not be able to get a refund for the months they continued to charge me. Notice how the owner only responds to positive reviews and not the negative and continues these shady business practices. Buyer beware. You can sign up easily but you can't cancel.

This is home and always will be under this ownership. Best gym I've ever been a part of. It feels like family from the ownership, staff, coaches, and members on down. They take pride in customer service which is rare these days in any industry. They focus on cleanliness and keeping the gyms fresh. Clean and fresh with new equipment and up to date fitness culture!

I am a new member of Anytime Fitness but am already loving it. I have no gym intimidation here and know I can ask help from any of the trainers if I need. My one on one session with Thomas was the best workout I’ve ever done. I excited for my fitness journey with Anytime Fitness

If I can give a zero star review this would be the place for it. Just like the other reviews mention, they do have a rude and unprofessional approach regarding to your account details. I had an 18 month contract and was still being charged months after. I was never notified that I was still being charged AFTER my 18 month contract. Really suspicious and I don’t know why that would not be held to a refund. I regret ever signing up to this gym(it was the only one open at the time during the pandemic). Take your business somewhere else and let this place dwindle.

I have a contract with anytime fitness stating, that as long as I don't miss a payment or make late payment my price won't go up, anytime fitness decided to raise my price. I spoke with Jeff he was very unprofessional and stated that I'm lucky to have a gym to attend. I told Jeff what's the point of having a contract if they're not gonna honor it. I told Jeff that to do the increase I would rather cancel my membership if they're not gonna honor it, he said I would be charged for the month of February and a cancelation fee. So let me get this right. it's OK for Anytime fitness to break the contract but it's not OK for me to cancel without being penalties. The whole time I will speaking with Jeff i felt like he was trying to bully me.

Have been working out here four years , always have an issue with billing and staff are always suspect and never there. Charged me $250 for apparently sneaking my friend in. When he has his own membership , when you do finally talk to staff they are no help and rude. Will be going somewhere else , I’m done with this gym 👍 there is no communication. Be aware of how you are being charged, because they are thieves !

Nobody to answer phone calls or emails. Once contact is finally made, they give you the run around instead of helping you with what you need. They're rude, and once you notify them of membership cancelation, all professionalism and manners go out the window with them. Take your money to one of the other gyms in the area.
