First impressions are everything. I signed up for this specific location through my work portal and was told I would need to head into the gym to get everything finalized. Upon arrival, the employee working around 2pm opened the doors and was very rude. She opened the door and asked what we were doing there. We informed her of us signing up through the app and she walked into her office and said she had nothing for us. We let her know that we signed up through our work portal and were told to head into the gym to finalize everything. She cut me off and said “What does that even mean? Signed up through work?” And had so much attitude. I asked her if the print off would help, and with attitude and sarcasm said “Probably”. I went out and got the print off and presented it to her and didn’t even really look at it and told us we had to go to the Summitview location and that she couldn’t help us. I know this is a gym but from a customers standpoint her attitude and demeanor towards us was terrible. I immediately cancelled my subscription and have moved onto a different gym. I’ll be out the money I paid for the month but I would rather go somewhere welcoming than having to deal with someone like that again.

Sad how neglected this gym has become. Always dirty bathrooms are never cleaned. Staff never refills paper towels or sanitized wipes. To top it off they make it so difficult to cancel a membership but quick to charge me every month. I've been a member for 5 years and I see a lot of laziness with their staff. We pay almost $60 per month I'll probably go back and pay less for a cleaner gym.

The potential for this to be an excellent gym is going to need extra effort on the part of the “Manager.” in the first three times that I’ve gone the gym is always dirty. There’s always trash on the floor. The bathrooms are gross. And in addition, the manager is not very nice. It wouldn’t kill her to smile and be friendly to people. I hate to say this, but I think planet fitness overall is much cleaner and nicer being a cheaper gym. This review is for the location in Union gap..

The location is much better since Yanette took over as manager. She is exceptional and helpful. She keeps a clean gym with a good community around it. A home away from home. Members assist when you ask for help and are very friendly. I don’t think there could be a better person for the job! Amazing! ❤️

Worst gym in town! I was a member for 4 years in previous Anytimes and had no problems. This particular one, they don’t do anything if you bring up a problem with other members. I’m a tiny woman and I was harassed by a buff male, who would make comments like; you are not even working out right” if you don’t want to make gains, go to planet fitness instead” to me and other girls working at the same time as him. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING! Shrek would have a cleaner bathroom than anytime fitness in Union gap. I switched gyms to Volution, where I had had no problems at all and bathrooms are clean.

This one in uniongap don't get cleaned regularly. The machines don't get wiped down right and bathrooms are always pretty gross

Had a great experience working with Justin Burke! Went out of his way when creating the best work out plan for me. Coming back from a shoulder dislocation injury was stressful but thanks to Justin i was able to gain my range of motion back as well as rebuilding muscle safely around my shoulder.

Gym is Very Dirty, considering Anytime Prides it’s self with cleanliness. This one is on the complete opposite of the spectrum.
Dust and cobwebs around all machines from months of not cleaning properly.
Staff thats usually there do not greet everybody, only people they know. They are talking more than they are attending to the gym.
Besides that, gym is usually ok, not to full and in a great location!

Clean, organized, people keep to themselves. I go very early or very late though. Two power racks (one looks like it's on the way out) and two squat racks (which are on a carpet transition strip, so you're standing on bump on the floor with weight on your back). Enough weights and machines. Locker rooms would be awesome. I like Anytime in Moxee more.

The sign on the door says 10 am open for guests. Literally nobody inside the office and door closed, waiting over an hour to get. Workout in. This is ridiculous, somebody needs to do their job.
