The place is dope as hell I made some friends, workout with a group and even the dude Dom gives his input and helps sometimes with form and our exercises. I visited this gym while on vacation in Yakima. Clean facility, has lots of equipment and separate work out areas. There's a great snack station available that takes a debit card. The Manager and Team Members are helpful and friendly. I felt very welcomed there and will workout there whenever I'm in Yakima.

My favorite gym in Yakima. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always cleaning. They have plenty of equipment, treadmills, bikes, and two free weight areas with multiple power racks in each. They also offer personal training sessions and body composition scans in addition to other services. The community here has been awesome in my experience of over two years as a member.

Anytime Fitness is a great value for those of us that travel quite a bit, too. I've been to locations in Wenatchee, Moses Lake, the Tri-Cities, and even Phoenix, AZ. Every location has been similarly well-stocked, clean, and easy to access with your membership key.

I came in to ask about pricing and decided I wanted to start a plan. However, I didn’t have everything I needed on me at the moment, but was planning on coming back and the staff assured me they would be there until seven. I go to walk in the doors at 6:45 but they’re locked and all staff is gone. If you can’t do the bare minimum, at least don’t lie to me about it and waste hours of my time.

The gym is great. The people are great. The billing not so much. I missed a payment and I assumed they would cancel my membership after. However they just kept charging for the next 5 months after. I did not go the gym at all during the time and my initial contract length was also over. I admit I did not handle the situation responsibly initially. I should have just called to cancel and I didn’t. However to just keep charging after seems a little silly. Why not just cancel the membership after the first payment didn’t go through? Just because you legally can? I did receive a few calls for about a month after the first missed payment (they were automated calls that did not state if they would, or would not keep charging). Did not receive emails because it was mistyped in their system. Did not receive letters because I moved.

Again the gym and people that go there are great! But they have no qualms about charging you even if you are not using the membership and you haven’t made the last payment. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

This is my gym. I have been coming here for the past seven years. The gym has everything I need. My wife has been coming with me for the past three years and has been seeing remarkable results. The staff is extremely friendly. One of the bonuses is once again it is anytime my wife and I come to the gym at four in the morning. And it is also anywhere. Have been going to anytime since 2013 and haven’t left.
Although it’s not as updated as it once was. Could use some updates to the equipment and some of the floors and walls have definitely seen better days. Overall I enjoy the gym but it doesn’t have as many staffed hours so the cleanliness and upkeep has fallen some. But nice that it’s open 24/7 and has all the equipment I need.

Really bummed in the lack of (zero) communication from this location regarding our contract and renewal. My husband sent an email 4 month before our contract ended requesting it to not autorenewal. He received no response before he followed up again a month later. After switching home gyms locations and canceling through the new location, we find out that, despite signing one contract together, only my husbands name was moved and transferred and I am still hooked to the Yakima location. I had to call them before I was notified they need an in-person or hand written letter 30 days in advance to keep our contract for auto-renewing. So despite sending multiple emails to them months in advance to cancel, I am being charged past our contract date. A simple response explaining what is needed to cancel is the bare minimum customer service here. Not to mention that they don't send out any kind of reminder that your contract will automatically renew. Or that you can sign one contract and then be separated without notice, requiring both people to cancel separately. Sketchy Shiz.

I have been a member of this chain after I was forced to change from my locally owned gym due to changes to my job. The gym is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. At first I thought that the squat racks were limited, but was still able to get my leg workout done. However, by the time I was walking out, however, I was able to see multiple squat racks and deadlift stations, which I really liked and can definitely use in the future. The only downside that I saw to this is that it get pretty crowded, and the bathrooms and shower stations that it has are not nearly enough for the size of the gym however, as far as the equipment goes, it definitely meets the needs of those people that prefer free weights and compound exercises such as myself.

This isn’t a gym. It’s a heist. Their lack of professionalism, predatory tactics, and inability to communicate is astounding. I paid for a one month membership but never received a key. Instead they told me to sneak in and then continued to charge me when I did not have access to their facility or any other anytime fitness.

My numerous attempts to contact them trying to remedy the issue fell on deaf ears. There is no way to call them. The refuse to pick up the phone. Instead they rely on infrequent email reply’s and insincere apologies ended in ridiculous reasons as to why they cannot cancel.

If you would actually like to access the gym you pay for DO NOT go to this facility.

I came during posted hours after receiving an email with confirmation code. Staffed hours are Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Once I got here, the customers told me they didn't know where the staff was. The people who run Anytime and the patrons who come are friendly. Always open and convenient. You can enter with a key fob. I have seen a some of the locations have extra amenities like showers, tan booth and hydro massager tho I haven’t used them. They have ample amount of cleaning wipes available throughout the facility. An Anytime Fitness app and fitness instructors can help you stay on track with fitness goals!

This place is awesome. I go at off peak hours and it is simply outstanding. Super clean. The team there could all work in a top notch hotel or spa. Outstanding customer interactions with everybody I observe. I feel treated like a valued person. Someone they are happy to see. The cleanliness is more than I have ever experienced. Since the covid thing they were closed for a bit but opened with a vengeance. Clearly they are concerned for their employees AND their customers. The leadership and dedication to sanitation is astounding. Want to have them show up at my house for a couple hours and see it shine. Love this place. They are an example others places should follow. I was a member for a few years at anytime fitness, due to surgery I have not been back, Anytime Fitness is a great place to work out, the environment is fantastic! The folks that work and operate this facility are wonderful and helpful. This facility is kept clean, in my opinion this is a great place to workout everyone is friendly and I felt welcomed and comfortable. This is a one stop workout facility with showers and tanning beds, now if they offer a senior program I would consider going back.

I’ve been going to this gym for years. There were signs up recently saying the old equipment was going to be replaced along with TV monitors and TV’s. Signs came down. No new equipment and tv monitors on the elliptical machines were removed and not replaced. The big screen TV was also removed from the wall. Only one working tanning bed instead of the original 3. Rethinking my membership at this gym as it needs its equipment updated badly.

The anytime fitness staff is great! Unlike other gyms, they let you be. With a 24 hour access key, walk in and get right into your routine. They don't try to harass you with pushing new accounts. So I signed up for the 18 month membership. Paid all 18 months on time. At the 16 month mark I called and asked to cancel my membership at the end of the contract. I spoke to a male who advised that he would "make a note in the system to cancel" on my account. I thought awesome, that was easy.
Then on the 17 month mark I called again just to be sure my contract was canceling. I spoke to a different male who advised I would have to go down and write the request on a piece of paper and give it to them signed. I thought okay....that's not what the other guy told me last month. So I went in and asked for a piece of paper so that I could cancel. The guy whom I just spoke to stated "I cannot provide a piece of paper for you". (Hilarious) So i used an old receipt I happened to have in my purse, signed it and gave it to him. He stated that there will be one more charge for the following month and thats it.
I see my bank statement today and they charged me an extra $15 to my bill. Of course this happens and no one answers the phone on weekends.

As far as the equipment at this gym, 2 treadmills out of like 5 or 6 work properly. Only 1 of 3 of the ellipticals ever work like they are supposed to. The carpet in the video room is old and torn and the bathrooms always has water all over the floor so while you are changing your socks also get wet. The doors, front and back are usually slow/not working. For like a month the backdoor was not working at all and you had to walk around the building to get to the front (im not complaining about the extra exercise so much as the sketchy people that live in the alleyway in the back, fun stuff)

Overall my experience was unfortunately long and I am extremely happy that the contract is over. This gym is not worth the $40+ a month. I started buying stuff to make my own home gym, free weights are just as good as all those weight machines that are constantly being used by everyone at the gym.

Anytime Fitness is by far the best gym I have had the pleasure of joining. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment is new and there is a great variety. The gym is always clean. And when you are there you don't feel like you're being judged or competing with anyone. I would recommend Anytime Fitness to anyone. If you are even thinking about it, don't hesitate to go check it out. The staff can answer all your questions and they aren't pushy.
