Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

I’ve been going to this barre studio for about a month now, and I absolutely love it! The instructors are all so welcoming and sweet. They make every class feel comfortable and fun. At first, I thought barre might be a bit static or slow-paced, but it’s actually full of energy! I love that there’s such a great variety of class types and lengths, so I can always pick something that fits my mood or schedule.

After doing a more strength-focused class one day, it feels amazing to take a mindful flow the next and really recover. Overall, I’m super satisfied and excited to keep going. It’s become one of my favorite parts of the week!

Amazing studio with incredible instructors, challenging classes (in a good way), and welcoming for all fitness levels. It's been 5 months since I started attending barre classes in Kirkland and I'm going as many times a week as I can.

There's this special feeling when you're around people who have found their passion and were able to make a business around it. There's energy, positivity, and community in the air. It's a truly special place.

Parking: There's usually free 2-hour street parking available, and if not, there's free parking by the Kirkland public library.

I’ve lived all over the west coast and have been to many different types of classes, barre3 is by far my favorite. I think the classes are the perfect difficult to challenge but not overwork. It’s just the right amount of sore the next day!

Where has this workout been all my life?!? I’ve been a runner, a crossfitter, even tried reformer Pilates…Barre3 has great energy, powerful exercises (easily modified up or down to suit your goals), and good for the whole body and mind. Barre3 has been my morale booster outside of work since before the pandemic. It's in a very convenient and walkable location with easy parking nearby. Every instructor is unique with their teaching style, music selection and type of movements but all so positive and encouraging. After going here more consistently I feel stronger in all body areas like my core, legs, arms, back, and more flexible too. Even if you have other workout routines (I also do Latin dance), this is very complimentary to help build strength and endurance in a fun way! Since Hannah and Elizabeth took over the studio, they make it even better with team teach, colorful lighting, more class availabilities and types like Barre3 Strength and Cardio. Barre3 Kirkland is my happy place. Great location. Vary workout by strength, mood, day. It’s made me more regular with exercise than EVER before. I am here 4-7 days a week. The 45 min workouts go by fast. Great community feel seeing familiar faces. New owners (instructor/operators) Hannah & Elizabeth and all their front desk staff (Anna, Amanda et al) are simply awesome. I’ve been an annual member for 2+ years now and I can’t see myself stopping ever. It’s like daily bath now :)

If you’ve wondered about how to get back into exercising, try barre. Before i joined, I held wrong impressions of it being easy, ballet-like. But the Signature, Strength & Cardio 45 / 60 min works out are a complete body workout. Cardio in place, body weight exercises, and strength training with weight from 3lbs-20lbs, high repetitions, non-stop action. I’m rarely exhausted and always energized 😀😀

I have been with Barre3 since 2017, it is a long and great journey! The challenging and structured classes build my endurance and strength! I love how they have different instructors with different skills and styles continually creating different routines monthly. A workout that I always recommend to friends and family.

Each class feels like it’s truly YOUR class and the instructors are your wonderfully supportive guides. I love this place! The first class was tough for me to keep up since it had been a while for me to do such a great exercise regularly. However, 4-5 days after the class, I was incredibly sore but felt great, realizing how much it was working my entire body muscles and that's what I needed. I have never liked working out. It’s always been a struggle to find a workout that nourishes my mind and body, but this is exactly that. I’m excited for each class because I know each movement is thoughtful, intentional, and strengthens my mentality. All the instructors are so knowledgeable and encouraging. I've been going to Barre for a little over a year now and truly love it! The instructors do a really great job of making everyone feel comfortable during class, no matter the level of fitness you are at. I started going with no prior experience with Barre and not such great experiences with other fitness classes and group workouts, but Barre changed everything! The classes are also super fun and everyone is very encouraging of one another. I recently joined Barre at the recommendation of a close friend. As someone with no real experience in pilates (which I've heard this is kind of a cross between pilates and yoga) and a little experience with yoga, I have to say I instantly loved Barre! It's much more than Pilates and Yoga.

I have been to a range of classes here and had many different instructors and they are all fantastic! There are class times that would work well for anyone and different class types (signature, cardio, strength) that will give your workouts variety and keep your muscles moving!

If you can commit to going at least 4x a week, then pricing wise, the unlimited plans are affordable and worth it!

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at barre3 Kirkland! As someone who struggled with muscle strength and endurance, I was initially hesitant. However, the sessions are expertly designed – not too challenging , which prevented frustration and the urge to quit. Instead, they foster a gradual and encouraging approach that has significantly strengthened my muscles over time. I now feel more capable than ever before.

One of the standout aspects is the warm and welcoming staff. The studio itself is impeccably clean, and what's even better is that you don't need to worry about sticky socks!

All in all, barre3 Kirkland is an exceptional place that's transformed both my physical abilities and my outlook on fitness. I can't recommend it enough!

Great studio. It’s clean and the equipment is in good shape and there is always enough for everyone. As an avid exercise hater, it’s always nice to have instructors pump you up and make you get the work done. This barre class is much less rigid than some of the others I have taken and offers varieties of poses and movements so everybody can participate and find something their body is comfortable and capable of doing.

I just went to my 13th class, and I am loving it! Barre is the major fitness activity I do during pregnancy, and I'm so glad my friend recommended Barre3 Kirkland to me early on. The instructors are all so kind and energetic, super accommodating for preggo and people with less agility with alternatives for the more challenging movements. I've been attending barre3 classes with my ClassPass membership, and I'm LOVING it!

I used to be very into weightlifting and never did any lower impact workouts, like yoga, barre, or pilates. I never thought that I was into them, but a few months ago, I started getting into some yoga, barre, and pilates at home workouts and fell in love. I then tried out ClassPass so I could take in person classes as well.

The studio is super clean and welcoming. All of the staff I've met so far have been friendly and helpful. All of the instructors are so energetic and motivating. The classes are HARD. I thought that my experience with at home videos would prepare me, but the in person classes are a lot more challenging (in a good way!!!).

I've been attending the 60 minute classes, and they've all been great. I just keep coming back. You really work every muscle group and it's great. I enjoy the cardio bursts along with the slower and steadier movements as well. And I love the time for stretching at the end. I love working out in the morning, and barre3 has been such a great way to start my day.

I'm so excited to continue taking classes here!!! I would highly recommend checking it out if you're interested in barre :)

Barre3 in Kirkland is my absolute FAV workout! It is the perfect amount of cardio, strength training, toning and breath work. It is like a little slice of Nirvana for 1 hour. Barre3 is my exercise happy place! Admittedly, I am not the most active person, but everytime I come back to Barre3, I see results and quickly! The first time I took a class here was in 2019, when I was visiting my kids in Seattle. My daughter told me about the classes, right next to her house, so I decided to try it out. I took a few and loved every class I took. I recently took several more classes here while visiting my kids and once again loved all the instructors and classes. Each instructor has their own teaching style, which makes the classes fun and diverse. The classes were spaced out well and did not feel too cramped. The pacing was great yet still challenging. All the instructors were awesome, including Patty, Bo, Nikki, Simone and Amber! I'll definitely be taking more classes the next time I visit!

I've tried many studios through Class Pass and this is my favorite work out!! I always feel super strong after a Barre3 class and sore (in a good way). The instructors motivate you to push yourself harder! So far I've loved the style of these instructors: Bo Mellinger and Hillary Gault.

Clean, professional and a great workout! It was my first time there so I kind of expected some sort of new person orientation or something. It's a good thing I've done barre before otherwise I might have been a little confused. It would have been nice to see their facilities too (in case I had to use the restroom). Otherwise, I liked it and I'll be coming there again.

I recently started attending Barre3 classes at the Kirkland studio. I received a very warm and sincere welcoming email, and a voice mail message I left regarding some questions I had was promptly returned. I absolutely love the classes! So much so, that I have actually made it to 6am classes during the week and an 8:30am class on the weekend. I have been to 7 sessions and I am already seeing an feeling results. Give Barre3 in Kirkland a try, you will be glad you did!

This studio is super fun, challenging and inviting. The instructors are all so welcoming and creative with their workouts, which I appreciate the variety. Such a great energy and environment to be in to feel both refreshed and worked after every class! I recently moved to Washington and started taking classes at barre3 in Kirkland since it is conveniently located for me. I have taken barre at different studios for years and appreciate the fact that barre3 incorporates more yoga poses and flows than others I have taken in the past. I started taking Kirkland Barre3 classes during the pandemic and fell in love with this studio! The virtual format makes it feel like I am in class and the instructors do a a great job to correct form and encourage you from the screen, which is not true for many other studios. After my first class I was already addicted to Barre3. Such an amazing full body work. This is how you know it's amazing- I am by no means a morning person (meaning I can sleep until 11 or 12 easily), yet somehow I can actually wake up for the 6:15am classes. & I'm EXCITED to get out of bed! I have NEVER been able to enjoy waking up early for anything else... in my life. Not only is the work-out amazing, but the sense of community you get here makes the whole experience worth it. I joined when Barre3 reopened after the COVID shut down, and everybody was so welcoming and friendly. I felt like I truly belonged here. I've brought my mom and my friends to Barre3 with me and they all love it too. I highly recommend trying Barre3, no matter what your experience level is with exercising!

Most of the classes I’ve taken have been in-person (I miss those!). Everyone in a barre 3 class can be doing the same thing at different intensities, or with added challenge to make their workout suit their needs. It’s kind of like a fitness dance party! I used to go to the 6am classes and felt like I got my beats in before work. 🥳 For me, being in the studio with others was the motivating factor in paying for a fitness class, but Barre 3 has done a nice job of making the virtual classes work well. It’s still motivating to think that a few other people are doing the same workout with you at the same time. Overall, the instructors are positive, offer a challenging workout, and each class is different enough to keep me interested. I laugh at myself often in classes when we do some highly coordinated/choreographed movements— it requires a lot of concentration for me to do one thing with my arms and another 4 things with my legs at the same time. Lol. I think it humbles me. And best of all, I always leave sweaty, happy, and with the good feeling of worked muscles.

Great studio with super nice, energetic instructors! The classes are a mix of high intensity and slightly more "relaxing" moves that definitely get you sweating and heartrate up but also mixes up the muscles being targeted and stretched out throughout the class.

The weekday morning classes tend to be very full, so if your schedule allows for it and you'd like more space, the noon classes may be a better option (though I've only tried it once). I do wish that there were more change room facilities (there is one washroom with one supply closet that doubles as a change room) but for those who pop in for a class and return straight home, or need childcare during their class - this is a great option.

Wow I was not expecting to be so sore the next day, as I take XTend Barre at home pretty religiously - but this studio was no joke! I took SarahRose's class and she was intense! Highly recommend - great sound system and music, nice studio, felt exhausted but awesome afterwards.
