Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

The classes are great and for anyone. The instructors are supportive without being too pushy or aggressive. The environment is very welcoming and the facilities are clean and inviting. I always get nervous about getting back into workouts at a new place, my social anxiety was eased with the welcome I received. I really appreciate that I can buy a class pass so I can really get a feel for how many classes I will want to do and can squeeze into my month. I highly recommend these workouts to squeeze into your busy day, you get really good bang for your time.

I have been part of the Barre3 Mill Creek community for 10 years. It is medicine for the soul. The instructors are incredible and well trained and supported. Barre3 is rooted in Science and evolves and changes according to the latest research about fitness and the body. It is accessible to all levels of fitness, and modifying or leveling up is encouraged according to what one’s body requires that day. It is not a competitive atmosphere due to this amazing philosophy of listening to your body. The community is fantastic and very welcoming. This studio offers a wide variety of classes that are easy to get into (not a long waitlist) and targets a variety of fitness levels. I would say the vibe is more about empowering yourself to show up and honoring the body in a very positive atmosphere. Great staff- very friendly. The classes are as hard as you want them to be. I absolutely love this studio and the Barre practice in general. It's really great for most ages and athletic ability. I'm 52 and while I've always been active I have extra weight and joint issues. I was always intimidated in a traditional gym space. I grew up thinking that overexerting my body was the healthiest option for me. Ever since I started Barre3, I felt nothing but welcomed and safe and have felt awareness of my body and what it is capable of. The workouts are challenging in the best way and the instructors welcomed modifications and lots of encouraging words. The breathwork at the end is my favorite part because it allows for awareness and feeling present which is something I lack often. I recommend for all ages and levels of fitness.

Every instructor has had their own spin on the movements and even when you take the same class, it doesn’t feel like it was the exact same as the other ones- which I appreciate. All the instructors here feel like they genuinely take the time to introduce themselves to you and notice if there is someone new in the class. These classes also really kick your butt in a good way! I was very much hesitant to go to any gym/athletic classes but with little hope i went for the trial class and i found it way more interesting. It involves yoga postures with a bit of exercising activities that keeps the heart pumping up and run faster as well. The instructors are very kind and motivating and it truly makes one to go more and more classes! Highly recommend here, if your mind is swinging here and there to go to which class but somehow you need a motivation, then you should be here!

They offer Signature, Cardio, and Strength classes that blend circuit training, pilates, and yoga. The instructors are great and offer options and adjustments. The class is so empowering and way better than personal training offers at half the price for unlimited membership then it costs for me to see an expensive trainer (probs only once a week….). I have been taking barre classes at the Barre3 Mill Creek studio for a year now and I love it! The trainers are amazing - they create an enthusiastic and welcoming atmosphere and they provide modifications to the exercises to suit your fitness level. I joined Barre3 after suffering from a broken spine and then a knee injury and the classes has helped a lot in my recovery and in getting stronger.

I LOVE this place! The staff/instructors are super friendly and great at what they do! I have taken classes from several instructors and they all have been fantastic! The 3 I’ve most worked with mostly: April, Shayla, and Carol.
I had not worked out in a very long time, but at Barre3 they made sure I’m comfortable and pick at my own pace. Barre3 is very good when it comes to adjusting schedule according to your convenience! I had to pause my classes due to traveling and they were super accommodating! They have lots of great packages, something for everyone.

I started going to Mill Creek Barre3 as my first dive back into exercise after having my second baby. I was nervous, but the instructors have all been amazing and always give you ways to modify or challenge yourself. They encourage you to push yourself within what feels good to YOU. Can’t describe how much I love and appreciate this place even from my first visit. The instructors actually do the exercises with you and will walk around the room making sure everyone is doing it correctly. I absolutely love Barre3 Mill Creek! I wanted to find an environment I could be challenged in, yet supported. I wanted to hold myself accountable by having classes to sign up for, but have flexibility in the class days/times each week. I’ve taken a variety of classes at multiple studios and while I’ve enjoyed some of them, I’ve never found my “forever studio”. Barre3 Mill Creek has become the place that I look forward to going to every day. It’s become my community; my “forever studio”.

While each instructor has their own personality and style, the classes are consistent in providing positive results. One thing that stands out for me is the way in which the instructors offer options. There are always modifications and they provide flexibility for their members. The people that join classes range in age, athletic ability, height, weight, and goals, yet everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and supported. For some, it’s about having an hour to themselves. For others, it’s about pushing themselves physically. For some, they look forward to the breathing exercises we end class with. For others, they look forward to their legs shaking and the calories they burn.

This studio has created a culture that you crave being a part of. I highly recommend trying a class. You may be one class away from finding your “forever studio”.

I was looking for a safe, clean, respectful studio where I could focus on getting stronger and more fit, and not compromise my safety during COVID. This is that place. The new owner and her talented team have made this a welcoming, fun and accepting place where I can keep challenging myself among a supportive community. I recently moved to Mill Creek WA and was looking for a safe way to participate in an exercise class during Covid, since I was fully vaccinated. Places were starting to open, and after finding Barre3 online, I scheduled my first class. It was with Shayla, the owner, who carefully listened as I explained that although I was in physical therapy for a shoulder injury, I still needed to exercise. She encouraged me to do only what I could, and the class members were most welcoming. My therapist was not only happy I joined Barre3, but taught me specific techniques to use in class to augment my therapy. Several weeks later, I have full range of motion and no longer need PT. My experience with Shayla and Barre3 helped me progress and I’m a grateful regular in class.
