It's a little too modern for my taste. I prefer traditional yoga and meditation that's about balance and peace and this place is anything but. It's also really crowded. I understand it's a business and they need to make a profit but it just feels very "corpritized" and it wasn't for me.

I love Elyse’s classes and I’m so happy she’s still teaching while pregnant! I got the OK from my OBGYN to continue practicing hot yoga during my last pregnancy, and all of the instructors at BHY were supportive and accommodating. I credit the continued practice for my quicker postpartum recovery for sure! Elyse and all the teachers at BHY are a testament that yoga and Pilates are for ALL people!

I enjoy hot, yoga, but it’s disappointing that they don’t have vinyasa, are utilize hot yoga, purify my body of the beloved through breath and movement, but I believe that a flow is very important. I have been teaching beginners and intermediate yoga for over 25 years. I was published in Seattle and also South Sound woman when I had my yoga studio yoga sanctuary LLC on the west side in Spokane my classes were so full if I had a substitute, the students would not book their class. I only teach Hatha yoga with the sun salutations. But I am Bryce all the teachers, a beautiful, hot yoga, they kindness and their love for bringing out the best and all the students. Sincerely, Trisha Hinton.

Mimi’s Inferno Hot Pilates class with weights has easily been the best workout class I’ve attended since moving to Spokane a few months ago. A great class takes the right blend of a motivating instructor, a good playlist, and a challenging workout - Mimi nails all three.

The only thing I’d love to see change is the $5 weight rental fee per class. Since weights are a one-time investment for the studio, it’s a bit surprising that members are charged extra each time they want to use them. I took a class at the North Spokane location without weights and didn’t enjoy it nearly as much. I’d honestly rather make the drive to a class that includes them! It’s clear that the added resistance makes a big difference for many of us, so it would be great if that could be included in the membership. This is just a small thing, but it’s the only reason I’m not giving a full 5-star review. That said, I really enjoy this class overall and will definitely be back!

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it’s just not it. The hot yoga classes are completely overfilled to the point of discomfort — mats are basically touching, and the energy feels more chaotic than calming. On top of that, they blast aggressive EDM music so loud it’s hard to hear the instructor or even focus on your breath. It’s more like a sweaty rave than a mindful yoga experience.

Parking is an absolute nightmare, mainly because of how many people are crammed into each class. I honestly feel bad for the neighboring businesses who are clearly being affected by the noise and the overflow of cars taking up every available spot.

Another thing that really stood out was the lack of diversity — the crowd is overwhelmingly homogenous, and frankly, the vibe is weird. The energy felt off, with a mix of sad, checked-out suburban moms and a few unsettling older white men who made the space feel anything but safe or inclusive. Please put your clothes back on guys.

If you’re looking for actual yoga — with intention, community, and peace — I’d recommend supporting a studio that fosters respect, mindfulness, and balance over volume, trendiness, and profit.

I have visited this studio multiple times when visiting my family member and have had great experiences in the past. I have prior injuries and have never had an issue with completing modifications in yoga classes. However, I took a vinyasa class with Leslie and modified postures throughout the class as I needed to. Multiple other clients also were completing modifications as they needed throughout the class. At the beginning of class, Leslie came over to me asking me to please mirror the movements being asked (I was modifying a back motion that did not feel good for me.) After class, Leslie abruptly came over to me, singled me out, and asked why I was "doing something different than other clients in class." I responded that I practice movements based on how my body feels, and certain movements she was promoting did not feel right for my body. She responded with rude body language, was dismissive, and told me my modifications "were disruptive to the rest of the class." In hindsight, if I would have known this studio was one that seems to prioritize "perfect yoga posture" , I would have moved to the back of the room (better yet, stayed home). As an athlete with prior injuries, it takes courage and confidence to be able to speak up for my body and prioritize/modify movements as I need, versus "sticking it out" and pushing through movements that do not feel good to please other people.

I will not be returning to this studio or franchise, and am highly disappointed by Leslie. If the management of this studio does prioritize members and visitors to not make modifications, and maintain a "picturesque" model for class, I recommend making an announcement to visiting clients so they do not feel how I did today: Unwelcomed, discriminated, and extremely self conscious.

I did Melody’s 6 am Hot Flow class this morning. It was awesome. Melody is a great instructor. The room temp was perfect (103 degrees) and had a humidifier going. I sweated my butt off (in a good way)! The studio has a really awesome vibe. Everyone is so nice. The classes were full, vibrant, and radiating positive energy. Next time I’ll try their 5:30 am Hot Pilates class - it was super popular! The mats and towels they rent are super high quality Manduka products. The studio is super clean. Great products like LMNT for sale. I highly highly recommend BeYOUtiful Yoga!

This hot yoga studio is so darn special. They have 2 large rooms that are clean, comfortable, have appropriate cushy floors (I've seen carpet before, and these are so much better), a wall of mirrors, support blocks if needed, and anything you are missing you can rent.

The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, genuinely supportive, and fun. They always have a solid playlist for the practice. They allow you wiggle room to listen to your body and adjust if needed.

A wide variety of classes and times are offered in order to fit whatever your schedule might need.

Clean bathroom, cubbies, and shower. Ample parking around the whole building if the three short rows in front are full.

The classes themselves are remarkably lovely. You can build strength, balance, focus on your mental health. They truly do an amazing job. I don't say that lightly. I have been to 13 different studios in 5 different counties; this one is by far the best. They even provide a cold eucalyptus towel at the end of class. The personal and thoughtful touches make this place absolutely one of a kind.

If you are on the fence about tying hot yoga or this company, they have a very reasonable trial package for you to explore. Give them a go! You won't regret it.

I just bought a 2 weeks unlimited trial. So far the classes I tried ( warm deep stretching and hot Pilates) were really good. Staff is friendly and nice. However, I found the studio is inconvenient for customers. There are no lockers provided, only a shelf that could fit about 30% of class participants. I was advised to use a floor to leave my clothes on! Very kind instructor said I could use their room to leave my stuff there ( it’s very sweet of her, but I want my own space). Only one shower available and one bathroom, no changing space. It was inconvenient to change in the bathroom because I don’t want to put my clothing on the floor. Parking is always full. So you have to park by the different business almost always. Anyway, I think that the price of $20-$25 per class is too high for such inconvenient setting. Or, perhaps owners should only allow only 30% of the current current class participants.

I was skeptical at first when my wife dragged me to my first class. I'm about as flexible as a 2x4, but the instructors talk through beginner-friendly modifications to the poses. (They also recognize progress and will coach you to the next step.)

It's a real workout. Not just stretching.

Morgan leads a great Vinyasa practice! Her knowledge of the body and passion for the practice blended to create such a well structured and effective class! I love the smiles and kindness I am greeted with at each studio location, and the variety of teachers and styles that are available. Now it's time for a little Singing Bowl Yin with Jessie Jo to wind down from the day. ✨

I absolutely love everything about this business and the environment here 💕!! I wasn’t entirely sure about hot yoga (I had never done it before) and now I’m hooked! I’ve been going about 5 months now and every single interaction and experience here has been amazing. The staff is fantastic and helpful and the environment in the studio is so relaxed, never judgmental, and always feels like a place of learning and growing. If you are considering trying it out just call and ask some questions or try out a few classes. I was intimidated about trying and I’m so glad I overcame that and was welcomed so warmly here. Thank you everyone from BeYoutifulYoga- you are all amazing!
