Very welcoming space for beginners. The facility is incredible, very clean.
I was nervous, because I've only done yoga through YouTube. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The temperature wasn't overwhelming like I thought it would be.

I have attended a handful of classes here and I must say that this place is wonderful for anyone from beginner to experienced. There are options for all types of experiences and the instructors explain everything so well. I can't pick a favorite yet, they're all amazing!

great spot for hot yoga. lots of class options. Especially like Kelseys How Power class on wednesdays. inferno hot pilates classes are super busy but most yoga classes are not packed at all. highly recommended

Had my first Hot Yoga class. It was tough but it was moce. The heat was not too bad, if u can handle something like a dry sauna. The instructor was helpful and encouraging. I will definitely be going back again.
