I love the strength class! I’ve been looking for a place that focuses on weight lifting and so glad I found body strong. I like the dark light ambiance and the mood boosting music. All the instructors so far have been awesome! Happy this is close to my home.

I absolutely love Body Strong Studio! The energy here is amazing — great classes, awesome instructors, and such a fun, motivating vibe. The owner, Natalie, is incredible — she’s inspiring, stylish, and truly cares about everyone who walks in. The studio is always super clean, cool, and full of great people. Ive taken several of Saharas conditioning classes and they are great! Sahara has a really great energy and as someone who is still getting in shape I found the class to definitely push me but not be unbearable-as that is always something kind of intimidating for me with fitness classes! I had a great time. I highly recommend her classes!

I've been a member at bodySTRONG for over a year now, and I can confidently say it's the best gym I've ever been to. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted with a sense of energy and motivation that's infectious.
If you are looking for a gym AND community this is your place, Natalie, Jas, and Sahara are the best!! There's a real sense of camaraderie here, with everyone cheering each other on and celebrating each other's successes. Not only are the workouts effective, but they're also fun and engaging (shout out to Jas' playlists!!). With the new studio you really can't beat the variety of classes offered!
Update: still obsessed with this community, the coaches, and front desk staff!! I love that I come into class and see the same people who have become friends!!

Update: I've been with BodyStrong for three years now. Since launch, they've added conditioning, spin, mobility, and pilates classes. They're always experimenting and running cool programs and happenings (like December bingo!) Such a wonderful community -- lucky to be a part of it.
Original Review: I’m coming up on almost a year of BodyStrong classes and absolutely love it. While all the coaches are terrific, you get a unique workout from each during 40 or 50-minute workouts. Plus, there are all types in the classes, so modifications across levels are always offered. I encourage anyone to try a class - you’ll love it!

I've never been a workout class person - I'm more of the solitaire runner. BUT BodySTRONG Burien has changed me. I love their classes - Strength being my favorite and now a core part of my life. It not only has made me stronger physically, but it has also changed my mental health. Its a place where I can center myself. All the coaches are welcoming, encouraging and all really fun and funny. Key elements to keeping up workout routines. I'm so happy to have become a workout class person.

The coaches and staff are wonderful! The coaches are really knowledgeable and genuinely care about the folks they teach. As far as I’ve found, this is the only place in South Seattle that offers strength, conditioning, pilates, cycling, and mobility classes. Everything in one place!

bodySTRONG is the BEST gym, it has everything! The different class formats mean there’s something for everyone - cycle, strength and mobility! The owner Natalie is knowledgeable and has designed all the classes thoughtfully for all levels of fitness and different bodies.
The bodyMOBILITY class is a perfect compliment for anyone who is stiff or tight from strength training, running or even just sitting at a desk all day.

I think Natalie & Co. have done a wonderful job of creating a healthy gym atmosphere here. From the first group class I attended I never felt intimidated or pressured. At the same time, I'm challenged to do my best and push my limits. I also appreciate their transparent pricing and their website is really easy to navigate. Natalie has always communicated clearly and promptly. I also appreciate Jasmin's energy and engagement during group classes. I was in a workout rut and bodySTRONG helped me to get out of it...I really encourage you to try it out, your first class is free!

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! bodySTRONG has quickly become the best gym I have ever had the privilege of belonging to. The coaches are fabulous, approachable and kind. The training is just as fabulous, fun and addictive. Not only do the coaches put together "FUN" workouts with great music, they also put a lot of thought into specifying your "warm up" and your "cool down" with the workout you have completed or are about to start. They do not miss a beat... literally!!!!!!

The best addition to Burien! Great workout, amazing coaches, clean studio, and AC! They welcome all level of fitness with a wide range of weights and high-intensity circuits but plenty of modifications as needed. All of the coaches are super knowledgable and have created a wonderful community in downtown Burien - highly recommend!

Natalie is an amazing coach. She leads with intention and is capable of teaching young and old alike. She is warm, personable, and very knowledgeable. I saw Natalie one day a week for six weeks. I have never done anything strength training and have bad knees. She was beyond accommodating in telling everyone about modifications if that’s what their bodies needed. I never felt different but I also felt empowered. I love trying a variety of fitness (and a I'm big believer in balance) but dang... the physical and mental benefits I've experienced from bodySTRONG take the cake! The programming, and Natalie's encouraging energy paired with modifications for any and all levels, has you leaving each class feeling empowered and strong! I've seen improvements in my core strength, mobility, and feel more confident in doing each movement that is the safest way for my body. 10/10 recommend!!

Natalie's classes are short, powerful and so much fun! She has high energy, and her classes are translatable to people at any fitness level looking to build some strength. I often do her BodyStrong 30 minute classes on Tuesday or Thursday mornings. It's a great way to start my day and so achievable for anyone who's working out at home. Natalie is very communicative and efficient in getting the right information out to you so you're prepped and ready for class. Outer accountability doesn't hurt either! Highly recommend.

Natalie's workouts are my go-to workouts when I am short on time but still needing a great workout. As a coach, she's fun, motivating, and challenging, while still being considerate of physical limitations by always offering modifications. Bonus that she also has some of the best playlists! I also love that she offers virtual options, which are great for someone who's work schedule doesn't always allow her to do in-person classes (like me). Strongly recommend her to anyone and everyone!
