I got to know of Breathe Hot Yoga through my friends and I got to say how amazing Hot Pilates classes this studio offers, especially with Thu as instructor. Thu’s Hot Pilates class is such a fun and energizing workout! She always brings great energy and a positive vibe to the room. Her playlist is full of high up beat remix tracks such as EDM that keep the pace strong and make the class fly by. Even though she’s fairly new to teaching, you can tell she genuinely cares about everyone in the room. She checks in, motivates us, and makes sure we push ourselves to limits.
Every session feels like a mix of cardio, strength, and fun!
I feel sweaty, challenging, and so satisfying.
If you love a fast paced yet fun class with a caring and energetic instructor, Thu’s class is definitely worth trying.
NOTE: the class does not allow phone for privacy purposes.

I've been an unlimited member for over 2 years and go to the Hot Pilates classes at least 4x a week. It has definitely been a secret weapon to getting into the best shape of my life. So what is Hot Pilates? Think of it as half mat work (abs, hip bridges, and slower more intentional pilates movements) and the rest of class is HIIT in a heated room (half burpees, weighted goblet squats, curls, pushups, still a sprinkle of barre, all designed to get your heart rate up). All of this is done in a heated room. It's an extremely efficient full bodied workout if done right and goes by quick. There is a time for slow challenging movement, and a time to breathe heavy. The instructors are all personable and the studio has a strong community presence which is what has kept me a member. If you want a younger vibe, high tempo, current pop playlists, and a challenging workout to match the beat - I highly recommend Erin and Cari. If you are someone who prefers slower beats (lots of 80's and a sprinkle of current pop), I recommend Kati. If you're looking for something in the middle, I recommend Becca and Stephanie.
That said, there is definitely room for improvement. The cost of membership is cheaper than most, but you get what you pay for. The studio often runs out of the 7lb and 10lb weight options and many of them are rusting and in desperate need of replacement - it's actually a safety concern and feedback has been given multiple times to address this. I would also love to see the studio invest in adding a few 15lb and 20lb options as well for those who are more advanced.

Breathe Hot Yoga is such a gem. The classes — from Hot Pilates to yoga — offer something for everyone, and the instructors truly care. It feels like than just a studio, it’s a community. I always feel welcomed, grounded, and part of something special.
There are 3 locations to choose from, which always helps with my schedule, but it’s still small enough keep the small business feeling. Prices are reasonable compared to other studios and easy to book- I never have a problem reserving a class. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call their yoga or Pilates home!

I am a very active person and regularly run and am a member of a couple of fitness studios in the area. Wanting to work more on flexibility and stabilization, I took advantage of Breathe’s 2 week intro trial and went to a couple of hot Pilates and breathe hot classes.
Overall, I’m not impressed. The instructors aren’t as inviting as other fitness studios and don’t seem like they make the time or effort to know students. They don’t correct form, and often the classes get PACKED. I went to a couple of Pilates classes where we had less than 5 inches of space between mats, making it difficult to t-out our arms.

I do have a core! I tried the 14-day promo and would definitely continue if I were to stay in the area. Love the variety and all the instructors are all fantastic.
Pilates and yoga are super challenging yet within 14 days I can already notice a change. A well run studio. Friendly people and accessible.
Thank you 🙏🏻 namaste.

Great studio and community. Instructors go extra to learn names, give recognition during class and make you feel welcomed. A good variety of offerings, including extra events like sound&gong bath, fascia yoga. I would love to see breath work and guided meditation. The hot pilates classes, like mat HIIT, seem to be the most popular. I always try to get to class early to get properly sized equipment, if your on-time you might be stuck with whatever is left. You'll also get great views of the fire station across the street.

I’ve been going to the yoga and Pilates classes since the studio opened about eight years ago. All of the instructors are terrific: professional, well-trained, friendly, and caring—I call them the “dream team” of teachers. I love this place!!
