Melissa is a star! Her Pilates classes are nothing short of magical, she is also the most kind and supportive human! The sound baths are also incredible - a unique and restorative experience. 10/10 would recommend a visit to Breathing Room!

I have attended private sessions with Fletcher's Pilates instructor Melissa and one of their studio's cool sound bath events and I have loved it! Melissa is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and super passionate about Fletcher's Pilates. She travels out of state to get the best training and devotes time to helping other instructors by training them on methodology. If you are looking for true pilates - reformer and all - Melissa should be your go-to in Seattle. Her specialized knowledge and attention to detail will make you realize... this is what you need to strengthen the muscles you SHOULD be using and fix your terrible posture ...!

I have been taking Pilates lessons with Melissa at the Breathing Room for over a year now and it has been such a great experience. She is such a kind, caring, thoughtful teacher who knows her craft extremely well. The studio itself is peaceful and calming- it's right on the waterfront. I highly recommend this place!!

The location is excellent. The classes are fantastic. The instructors are near perfect. The free parking and coffee spot are a blessing, but the waterfront view makes it all complete!!

This is such a SPECIAL studio. Its so wonderful being close to the water, viewing the sail boats as we move. The studio itself is clean, warm and inviting and Mellissa and Diana are both powerful teachers with so much love and knowledge to share
