I've had a wonderful experience at bStrong! I've been attending the small group training for a few months now and have developed confidence and made gains. As someone who is not a fan of lifting, this supportive environment and level of accountability has been huge for me. It makes a big difference to have a developed program and your own space to work in especially while learning. A coach available to offer guidance and encouragement without feeling the focus is completely on you all the time:-) has been the perfect balance for me. It's easy to adjust your schedule in the app and there are always other included activities to participate it, running club, hikes and workshops. I highly recommend you try out this program.

Looks nice and good. So I try to join the membership. I went there. The guy in the charge saying to me all information in the website and I can try 2 weeks half price.
Later, I check the website but everything is full. Looks like I can’t even start the training.
I call them. Nobody answered the phone. They call me later saying same thing every detail in the website and I can join from there.
This place looks good but hard to join.
Waste my time and energy.
Wish they upgrade the website.

Came in here for almost 3 years.

One of the best places to understand and work on your fitness. They treat every member like a part of a family. I met amazing coaches and people who I can gladly call friends.

If you have questions on nutrition or lifestyle, they gladly help you on that.

There are free sessions on powerlifting, stretching and nutrition from time to time if you need work on the basics.

Absolutely love this gym! I looked around a bunch of gyms when I initially moved to Washington and felt the most at home here. The coaches are knowledgeable, and they push you to hit your session goals. Really great team, very thoughtful exercises focused on functional gains, coaches are great at modifying based on your needs and very responsive on email and in small group sessions. I find the focus on balance and functional strength training valuable across all age groups, easily one of the best places I have worked out at (tried other cross fit like locations, orange theory, kick boxing…)

I started the workouts here about a month back and it has been pretty great. All the coaches I have worked with (Philip, Blake, Kyle, Hannah, Sarah, Charles) have been awesome and helpful. They come up with a plan and guidelines that's compatible with me and my abilities, keep an eye to ensure the right technique and encourage to push myself and get better steadily. Always encourage to - you do you push to be the best version of yourself.

I just started a workout routine here at the beginning of June and am really happy with the gym so far! Their scheduled workouts motivate me to actually go (a problem I usually have with gyms), and if I need to, I find rescheduling to be surprisingly easy. I really like the close supervision/tips on form that I get from the coaches. The coaches are approachable and the members are not pretentious/arrogant. Beyond this, the workouts seem really effective, and I love that they track the weights you're lifting and encourage you to progress over time.

I had a really positive experience at bStrong as a client in the nutritional program as well as personal training. In both, I worked with Ben. I had pretty specific goals, which Ben was able to work with and tailor the program and workouts to help me meet those goals. I was able to dial in how to eat for my body type and how I was training, to put on muscle while losing fat to gain more definition and discover what works/doesn’t work for my body. I can now do things I couldn’t do before like pull-ups! Overall, I just feel better and more confident in my body.

One thing that stood out to me on the personal training end is that I felt safe as a female working one-to-one with a male trainer. The welcoming, non-judgmental, client-focused vibe is a culture that Ben and Kyle have cultivated with their team. I appreciate that.

This was one of the best investments I’ve made in my fitness journey. It is what you put into it and I brought 100%. Ben did the same. Bellevue is lucky to have bStrong in the community! Thanks guys!

I started my search for a local gym since I moved to Seattle in 2019. I tried a few places in various sizes, none of them feel personal and community-like until I found Bstrong.
Over the years, I have grown a strong sense of belonging here with the owners Ben and Kyle, and all the amazing coaches. Everyone working or coming here is friendly, humble, encouraging, and uplifting. In my mind, Bstrong is the ample sunlight for PNW lifestyle!

I have been going for about 2 months now, and this has been exactly what I needed to get fit! Staff and other gym goers are really friendly. The schedule and routine are fun and their system takes all the thinking out of working out, which is the biggest blocker for when I try to work out on my own (how many sets, how many reps at what weight, etc). They focus on your form and weight progression over time, which has made me way more confident in the gym. I’ve seen so many people of all experiences in the gym, from the super fit to the total beginner. Try it out if you are thinking about it!

Been doing small group sessions at bStrong Bellevue for 6 months now and my body feels better than it has for years! I have more muscle tone, have lost some fat, and have increased mobility. The entire staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The rotating exercise regimens provide a great whole body workout including both the big and small muscle groups. BStrong is the first training class I’ve ever joined and clearly the best decision ever. Kyle, Ben and Moses are awesome trainers and very warm people. They understand individual fitness needs and never push unnecessarily. However they do push to get you to a new fitness level. While Ben is zen and full of knowledge, Moses is a bundle of energy with amazing understanding of fitness and exercises. The class is always fun with something new and the trainers keep checking if folks are doing well. The small groups are awesome and I love working out with a fun group of people while getting stronger each time.

Have been training with Moses for several months now and I can't say enough good thing about him and bStrong bellevue. Before I started training here, I was concerned about doing strength training because of my lower back problem but Moses is able to tailor my training plan to maximize the results without loading my lower back. I also love the short boxing exercise he adds in between my strength training sets. It's super fun and helps to burn some extra calories!

The gym strictly follows the covid safely protocol and diligently sanitize all equipment after each session, I feel super safe working out here during COVID and will definitely recommend bStrong bellevue and Moses to anyone who is looking for a gym around.

I have felt welcome since I stepped foot into this gym over 4 years ago, as a ClassPass member. I was impressed that both Kyle and Ben remembered my name and greeted me warmly every time I came in.

Like I mentioned above, I started as a ClassPass member, but eventually added personal training with Ben to work on strengthening my low back, which then made me cancel ClassPass and join bStrong full time.

Pre-COVID, my favorite classes were the β€œFull Body Fuze” classes, where we worked on strength training with barbells and other weights. Over the years I’ve learned and mastered the basic barbell lifts and I feel both strong and confident every time I walk up to the bar. Nowadays the classes are capped to 4 participants, but as long as I can keep lifting heavy weights safely, I am a happy girl.

I have been part of bstrong for the last 3 years since I came to Seattle. Bfit has played the major role in improving my health and building self-confidence. But the main thing I love about them is how they are able to give a close personal attention to everyone even in group training classes. They have also been helpful in solving my personal problems regarding my dietary restrictions, flat feet and other health related concerns. I have tried other places but haven't found any other trainer pay that close of a personal attention to every individual in group classes. Highly recommend!

I am more than thrilled to be writing this review for my favorite community in Bellevue. Yes, you read it right. bStrong is a whole lot more than a fitness center. It is a strong community of people who help each other with their fitness and life goals. Kyle and Ben have played an integral role in helping me set and achieve a high bar for strength and fitness. This has helped with other aspects of my life including taking care of my family and delivering consistently at work. This review would not be complete without sharing info about the hidden gem at bStrong - the Sunday yoga class led by Sammie. Not only is Sammie a wonderful teacher, she takes it up a few notches by helping one set an intention for each class. It is the perfect complement to the high-intensity classes I take during the week. Thank you bStrong for everything!

This review is long overdue. bStrong is the best, and my only regret is that I didn't commit to the monthly unlimited membership sooner. I initially found this gym (formerly bFit) through ClassPass and it was one of the gyms I always found myself back at, even if inconsistently. Since committing to the monthly unlimited membership (5-6 months ago), I now feel like I'm in better shape and stronger than I ever have been, and I'm just getting started. Results are never instant with anything, but consistency is what I always lacked- even as a very active person, trying new gyms all the time, etc. The coaches are incredible. They feel like good friends, they know what they're doing, and the sense of community at bStrong is something I hadn't had before but always wanted in a gym. I always look forward to coming in and always leave in a good mood!
