Bre is a fantastic trainer and person. She is deeply knowledgeable about human physiology, functional movement, and how to exercise, safely and effectively. She takes her work seriously, which means her clients get the absolute best instruction, which leads to RESULTS. When I've trained with Bre, consistently, I've been in the best shape of my life. I am proud to say my technique, swinging Kettle Bells (hard! fun!), is top notch and that's because of her. "Check it before you wreck it" is one of her mottos and while it might sound silly, it's not. How can you be fit, healthy, and living your life if you are hurt? Bre knows how to keep you safe and moving toward your fitness and wellness goals. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
