I can’t believe how late I am in writing this review! It is significantly overdue!
Cedar Tree Yoga is an excellent place to get in touch with your body and your mind at your own pace (without shame).
I don’t think I’ve ever found a more welcoming environment, knowledgeable instructors (Who are consistently working to improve beyond what’s already there), and an open invitation to make your practice exactly what you need it to be.
Every class is infused with reminders do what feels intuitive to your own body, even if what feels good in that moment is laying in stillness on your mat and simply being close to your community.
And on a personal note, I’m so consistently impressed by the community stewardship on display between Sarah and Maggie. Their commitment to creating an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and accessible is such a testament to the joy that can be created when we believe in our community.
I adore this studio and I’m so glad to give it my resounding endorsement!

We love Cedar Tree Yoga! I love that this place focuses on slow, gentle and yin classes instead of vigorous "yoga exercise" (which has it's time and place, respectfully). It's pay what you can, so it's accessible for anyone. The instructors are all great and the vibes are 100% excellent.

I started going to Cedar Tree a few weeks ago after only ever doing at home yoga casually for a couple years. Everyone is SO nice and welcoming! This is the least intimidating group of people, they are all awesome. Classes are small, and feel easy and personal. I always feel better after. The “pay as you wish” system is great for people wanting to test things out and keeps it accessible. They also have everything you need so you just have to show up!

Beautiful practice space, and best of all, not heated. Skilled and thoughtful teachers who will accommodate every level. Everyone is covid respectful, if you wanna wear a mask, wear a mask. The room is big, and the classes are small ,so you can get the space you need. Definitely a no judgment zone.
