I was Dealing with Acl injury /meniscus tear for over 3 yrs not being able to do much running or playing soccer due to pains in my knees/legs until Meeting David has been a life change experience.
I can now run jump squat paint free.
His training methods are next level 💯
Knows exactly what he is doing and doesn’t make you do no bs workouts.
Will definitely be coming back

David is awesome and has helped me understand the way that my body has learned to compensate for imbalances. With his help I’m learning to counter those imbalances and I was even able to discontinue medications I needed for chronic pain. I highly recommend center circle health and fitness if you’re looking to bounce back from injury or are looking to step your physiology and mobility game up.

Before starting training with David at Center Circle Health and
Fitness I had a strong cardio program and did yoga and tai chi. But I knew I needed to add strength training and, despite my best efforts, was unable to do it on my own. I hoped that working with a trainer would provide the needed motivation. I have been working with David for less than three months and it is already a life changing experience. David is an extremely knowledgeable trainer with a unique way of working, combining postural restoration and functional range conditional methods with more classic strength training. A mobility assessment showed that I have very little functional movement in my hips, and my shoulders also had some restrictions. It is obvious that each session has been specifically tailored to address these
limitations to help me achieve my goals. In just a short time I have gained a significant amount of control of my movements and have lessened long held compensation patterns. I am also seeing increases in my strength and flexibility.
David is great at keeping me motivated in my training sessions to push past my limitations, but is also very patient and understanding. After sessions he sends me detailed instructions for daily restoration drills which makes it easy to continue to progress between sessions.
From day one I was impressed with his knowledge of both fitness and nutrition. In the short time I’ve been working with David I have lost fifteen pounds and have increased my mobility and strength. I can really see the progress in other fitness related things I do such as increasing my speed on the treadmill and reaching poses in yoga that were out of reach previously. With his program I feel like I’m working hard but smart and couldn’t be happier with my progress!

I went to see David after I had been dealing with several growing groin strains throughout our soccer season. I didn’t know what techniques he would use since most personal trainers are pretty straightforward, but I was very surprised with the breathing work and strength work he had me doing, which required a lot of focus, and even though very low impact it was very tough, but After one session, my body feels extremely good. He did say that I had to continue, and do the exercises that were shown to me in order To make progress. But I am very pleased with his Work and knowledge he provides, would definitely recommend to any amateur or high-level athletes, who are looking to better their body and find A better flow of emotion.

Alongside David, I play for a semi pro soccer team. My body had been feeling great all season until mid December where I sustained an injury. I had somewhat of an idea what the issue was but felt very discouraged in what had been physically an amazing past 6 months to the being hurt. The pain I had sustained was with my left knee which then caused hamstring issues. I took a week off training in hopes it would subside. I scheduled an appointment with David, having already heard that he had helped other people. TO be honest, I did not know what to expect. I arrived and David took a look at my body and took notes, he noticed how I had a tendency to lean more towards my right side. Even the way I was in my most restful state his observations were precise. He took me through some breathing and strength exercises. I have not been feeling this great in such a long time. I am still at a loss for words what happened. But all I know is that my body is feeling amazing. What shocked me was that I was attempting at jogging as I was running late to the appointment when I came to see him and afterwards I could jog like normal. David did such an excellent job. He gave a lot of great information and tips. He gave me exercises to be doing, that I have been doing religiously that has greatly helped. I highly recommend. It will only work if you also continue to actively do as he recommends! Thank you David!

David is an excellent teacher and encourager and has helped me regain hope in my body. After several years of lingering injuries and joint/muscle disfunction, I started to think my problems were permanent. And works with you to reach your health goals.
