this gym plays loud music that is all over the place as far as genres. it would be better if it didn't play music at all. everyone has the option of bringing their own music but no one has the option of silence.

This place sucks. I’ve called and tried to sign up with them for months now and every time it’s the same thing
Does anyone there work? Return calls? Try to grow the business? Holy cow, I feel sorry for anyone locked into a contract with this place. You’d be locked in for life at the rate to which you get customer service. Not even kidding, I’ve tried to sign up as a new resident to the area for the last 3 months and no one there works.
Take my business to Richland Golds or the Pacific Clinic in Kennewick even, this place sucks.

Changed my rating because it’s peaceful and convenient. They have changed the method of entering the gym several times since 2020 but the keycard is probably the best.

Charged me ~$140 dollars for a gym membership and won't send the card to me
I've called them at least 4 times, and each time they assure me they will but I still haven't received it yet. It's been 12 days. Do I have to come down there myself and do all the data entry and print the card myself?
Every day they don't send me a card, that's a day I'm paying for. Sign up for club24 if you like no gains and having your money stolen. I'm going to give them one last chance, and I will remove this review.
